Abstract

一种风扇模组,包括一收容架、若干弹性元件、若干固定件及若干风扇,所述收容架包括两相对的第一侧板及若干收容这些风扇的收容空间,每一第一侧板的顶部对应每一收容空间开设两卡槽,每一卡槽卡固一个弹性元件,这些固定件组设于这些风扇并卡固于这些弹性元件。本发明风扇模组的风扇通过固定件卡固于弹性元件后收容于收容架内,当风扇高速转动产生震动时,弹性元件可以减少风扇的震动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇模组。
背景技术
随着计算机系统的集成度越来越高,其内部的CPU、显卡及其他电子元件的发热量随之增加。若不及时、有效地将此热量散出去,有可能造成计算机因过热而产生故障,甚至损坏。为此,计算机内部会放置风扇模组来进行散热。然而风扇模组内的风扇在高速转动会引起震动,震动对计算机系统内电子元件的性能和寿命产生不利的影响,同时震动也会制造较大的噪音。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可以减震的风扇模组。
一种风扇模组,包括一收容架、若干弹性元件、若干固定件及若干风扇,所述收容架包括两相对的第一侧板及若干收容这些风扇的收容空间,每一第一侧板的顶部对应每一收容空间开设两卡槽,每一卡槽卡固一个弹性元件,这些固定件组设于这些风扇并卡固于这些弹性元件。
本发明风扇模组的风扇通过固定件卡固于弹性元件后收容于收容架内,当风扇高速转动产生震动时,弹性元件可以减少风扇的震动。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明风扇模组的第一较佳实施方式包括一收容架10、若干风扇20、若干弹性元件30及若干固定件40。
收容架10包括一方形的底板12、垂直地设置于底板12两相对侧的两第一侧板14、垂直地设置于底板12两相对端的第二侧板16及若干垂直设置于底板12并与第二侧板16的平行的隔板17。隔板17使收容架10形成若干收容空间19。每一第一侧板14的顶部对应每一收容空间19开设两C形的卡槽140。每一卡槽140的两侧壁的上部分别形成一台阶面142。每一卡槽140的两侧壁的中部分别开设一卡口1400。
每一风扇20包括一主体22及位于主体22两相对端的方形的边框24。每一边框24在四角分别开设一固定孔240。
弹性元件30由弹性材料(如橡胶)制成。每一弹性元件30呈心形,其包括一顶面320及一与顶面320两端连接的呈弧形的底面321。顶面320的两端与底面321的交界处分别形成一挡止部325。底面321开设一收容槽322。弹性元件30于该收容槽322内靠近两挡止部325分别突设一凸起324。顶面320开设一C形开口326。
每一固定件40包括一C形的弹性部42及位于该弹性部42两端的两突柱44。
请参阅图3,组装时,将弹性元件30放置于收容架10的卡槽140内,卡槽140的侧壁收容于弹性元件30的收容槽322,凸起324卡于对应卡槽140的卡口1400内,挡止部325抵接第一侧板14的台阶面142,使得弹性元件30固定地收容于收容架10。每一风扇20安装两固定件40。挤压固定件40的弹性部42,使得固定件40收缩,每一固定件40的两端的突柱44分别穿设于风扇20的两边框24顶端相对的两固定孔240。松开弹性部42,弹性部42的两端抵接两边框24,使得固定件40固定于风扇20。再将风扇20放入收容架10的收容空间19内,固定件40的突柱44卡于弹性元件30的开口326内,使得固定件40卡固于弹性元件30。
使用时,由于风扇20通过固定件40卡固于弹性元件30后收容于收容架10内,当风扇20高速转动产生震动时,弹性元件30可以减少风扇20的震动。
请参阅图4至图6,本发明风扇模组的第二较佳实施方式除了用固定件50取代风扇模组的第一较佳实施方式中的固定件40,其他结构均与第一较佳实施方式相同。
固定件50包括一方形的开口52、形成于该开口52的四边的两第一围板54与两第二围板56。两第一围板54外侧分别突设一卡固部58。每一第一围板54呈凸字形,其底缘开设一弧形槽540。每一第一围板54还在弧形槽540的两端分别突设一突柱542。突柱542的端面为楔形。两第一围板54相互平行,两第二围板56水平地设置于两第一围板54的两相对端。每一卡固部58包括一自对应的第一围板54的外侧垂直延伸出的顶板580及位于顶板580两端的卡固块582。该顶板580开设两避位口583。每一卡固块582的顶端形成一半圆柱状的凸块584。
按照第一较佳实施方式中的组装方式将弹性元件30安装于收容架10。每一风扇20组设一固定件50。风扇20的顶端穿设对应固定件50的开口52,固定件50两第一围板54的突柱542装进风扇20的两边框24顶端的固定孔240内,使得固定件50固定于风扇20。本实施方式中,突柱542的端面为楔形可便于将突柱542装进固定孔240内。将风扇20放入收容架10的收容空间19内,每一收容空间19对应的弹性元件30的相邻端穿设固定件50的避位口583,以使固定件50的凸块584卡于弹性元件30的开口326内,从而使得固定件50卡固于弹性元件30。然后将该风扇模组固定于一电子设备200的底板202上。
使用时,由于风扇20通过固定件50卡固于弹性元件30后收容于收容架10内,当风扇20高速转动产生震动时,弹性元件30可以减少风扇20的震动。

Claims (10)

1.一种风扇模组,包括一收容架、若干弹性元件、若干固定件及若干风扇,所述收容架包括两相对的第一侧板及若干收容这些风扇的收容空间,每一第一侧板的顶部对应每一收容空间开设两卡槽,每一卡槽卡固一个弹性元件,这些固定件组设于这些风扇并卡固于这些弹性元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一卡槽的侧壁开设两相对的卡口,每一弹性元件突设有可卡固于卡口的凸起。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一弹性元件包括一顶面及一与顶面两端连接的弧形底面,该底面开设一收容对应卡槽侧壁的收容槽,两凸起凸设于该收容槽并分别靠近该顶面的两端。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一卡槽的两侧壁的上部分别形成一台阶面,每一顶面的两端与底面的交界处分别形成一挡止部以抵接该台阶面。
5.如权利要求3所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一弹性元件的顶面开设一开口,每一风扇包括两相对的边框,每一边框的顶端的两角分别开设一固定孔,每一固定件包括一C形的弹性部及位于该弹性部两端的两突柱,突柱穿设对应风扇的固定孔卡固于对应弹性元件的开口,每一固定件的弹性部的两端抵接风扇的两边框。
6.如权利要求3所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一弹性元件的顶面开设一开口,每一风扇包括两相对的边框,每一边框的顶端的两角分别开设一固定孔,每一固定件设一供风扇穿过的开口,每一固定件于开口的两侧分别设一第一围板,每一第一围板的内侧突设两卡固于风扇的固定孔的两突柱,每一围板的外侧突设两卡固于弹性元件的开口的凸块。
7.如权利要求6所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:两第一围板于外侧设有两卡固部,每一卡固部包括两卡固块,该两凸块分别突设于该两卡固块且呈半圆柱状。
8.如权利要求6所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一第一围板的外侧垂直延伸出一顶板,每一顶板开设两避位口以供弹性元件的一端穿过。
9.如权利要求8所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一突柱的端面为楔形面。
10.如权利要求1所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:所述收容架包括一底板、两第二侧板及若干隔板,该两第一侧板垂直设置于该底板的两相对侧,该两第二侧板垂直设置于该底板的两相对端,这些隔板垂直设置于该底板并与该两第二侧板平行,这些收容空间由这些隔板分隔而成。
