Abstract

一种套装式单柱钢管塔，它包括塔体和附载件，所述的塔体由至少三段组成，各段塔体可全部套装在一起，内层的每段塔体在底部连接处设有断口，相邻塔体在断口处通过第一螺栓穿钉相连接。采用上述技术方案的本发明，内层的每段塔体在底部连接处设有有断口，相邻塔体在断口处通过第一螺栓穿钉相连接，这样断口处向外扩胀，使得内层的塔体与外侧的塔体之间可以紧密地连接在一起，然后再用螺栓穿钉将其固定，此时螺栓穿钉就不需要承担很大的张力，从而使得塔体连接更加稳定牢固，避免了事故的发生，也延长了塔体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种单柱钢管塔，特别是一种可广泛应用于市区各种高度较高线路、路灯架设和广告牌等的单柱钢管塔。
背景技术
随着城市规模的不断扩大和城市层次的不断提高，对城市的规划水平也提出了越来越高的要求。单柱钢管塔由于具有占地面积小、强度高、不用拉线、造型简洁明快等诸多优点，被越来越多采用在城市高压输电线路、广告塔等各种高度较高的应用中。目前常用的单柱钢管塔多为分体方式，塔体之间多采用法兰盘螺栓连接或为冲装连接，但由于塔体还是较长，安装、运输起来非常麻烦。
专利号为200810140743.3，发明名称为“一种套装式单柱钢管塔”的发明专利，虽然也公开了一种套装式钢管塔，但是在两段连接的地方利用螺栓穿钉进行固定连接。这样在安装完成后，上部的塔重压在螺栓穿钉上，长时间很容易造成螺栓穿钉生锈或断裂，造成事故。另外，内层塔体和外层塔体结合性不好，因此螺栓穿钉也承受了很大的张力，存在稳定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定牢固的套装式单柱钢管塔。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
本发明包括塔体和附载件，所述的塔体由至少三段组成，各段塔体可全部套装在一起，内层的每段塔体在底部连接处设有断口，相邻塔体在断口处通过第一螺栓穿钉相连接。
上述的塔体为直筒形或锥台形，横截面为六边形或八边形。
在所述中间各段塔体和最上面的一段塔体顶部均设有钢鼻。
采用上述技术方案的本发明，内层的每段塔体在底部连接处设有有断口，相邻塔体在断口处通过第一螺栓穿钉相连接，这样断口处向外扩胀，使得内层的塔体与外侧的塔体之间可以紧密地连接在一起，然后再用螺栓穿钉将其固定，此时螺栓穿钉就不需要承担很大的张力，从而使得塔体连接更加稳定牢固，避免了事故的发生，也延长了塔体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本发明包括塔体和附载件，上述的塔体由至少三段组成，各段塔体可全部套装在一起。为方便说明，本发明以三段塔体为例加以说明。
本发明中，塔体由顶段塔体4、中段塔体5和底段塔底6组成。其中，在中间各段塔体和最上面的一段塔体顶部均设有钢鼻1；在顶段塔体4上，通过第二螺栓穿钉3固定附载件2；上述的底段塔体6设置在底座8上。需要说明的是，上述的塔体为直筒形或锥台形，横截面为六边形或八边形。
为稳定牢固起见，本发明中内层的每段塔体在底部连接处设有多个断口9，相邻塔体在断口处通过第一螺栓穿钉7相连接，如图2所示。
本发明的原理是：将内层塔体在底部开有断口后，断口处向外扩胀，使得内层的塔体与外侧的塔体之间可以紧密地连接在一起，然后再用螺栓穿钉将其固定，此时螺栓穿钉就不需要承担很大的张力，从而使得塔体连接更加稳定牢固。

1.一种套装式单柱钢管塔，它包括塔体和附载件，所述的塔体由至少三段组成，各段塔体可全部套装在一起，其特征在于：内层的每段塔体在底部连接处设有断口，相邻塔体在断口之间通过第一螺栓穿钉相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套装式单柱钢管塔，其特征在于：所述的塔体为直筒形或锥台形，横截面为六边形或八边形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的套装式单柱钢管塔，其特征在于：在所述中间各段塔体和最上面的一段塔体顶部均设有钢鼻。
