背景技术
传统的耐热钢C:0.22-0.32%,Si:0.4-0.6%, Mn:0.60-0.80%,Cr>18%,Ni:8.0-14.0%,在649-871℃间析出一种脆性б相,影响了耐热钢的力学性能。
含Cr25Ni20的耐热钢不析出б相,但由于加入了大量的Cr和Ni,成本很高。
 
发明内容
本发明目的是为了解决传统耐热钢在649-871℃之间析出脆性б相的问题。
一种低镍高性能的耐热钢,其特征是耐热钢成分质量百分比为:C:0.22-0.32%,Si:0.4-0.6%, Mn:0.60-0.80%,Cr:17.0-19.0%,Ni:6.0-9.0%,W:0.5-2.0%,Mo:0.05-0.30%,V:0.05-0.4%,Ti:0.05-0.40%,RE:0.05-0.40%;耐热钢高温力学性能为:在780℃时,抗拉强度бb>540Mpa,屈服强度бs>450Mpa。
由于加入了W,Mo,有效地抑制了б相的析出;加入V,Ti和RE进行变质处理细化了晶粒,从而提高了其高温强度。由于Cr,Ni含量大幅降低,其成本只有Cr25Ni20的一半。
