Abstract
本发明涉及一种沼气的提纯技术，属于资源与环境保护领域，可用于对固体废弃物，工业废水，畜禽养殖场废物等底物发酵产生的沼气进行提纯。采用如下步骤进行提纯：从厌氧罐产生的沼气首先进入颗粒物过滤器，将颗粒物和冷凝物从气流中分离出来，之后进入干燥塔将水分去除，经干燥的气体在脱硫塔内与脱硫剂接触，发生化学反应将沼气中的硫化氢等硫化物去除，脱硫后的沼气存储于低压储气罐。低压储气罐中的沼气在增压鼓风机的作用进入吸附塔单元，对沼气中的二氧化碳进行吸附，经上述工艺提纯后的沼气浓度可达到98%，压缩后储存于储气罐中，用于化工原料，民用燃料等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于沼气提纯的工艺方法，属于资源与环境保护领域。
技术背景
中国厌氧处理固体废弃物，工业废水，畜禽养殖场废物的技术，经过近30年的发展。目前已达到中大规模。至2000年底，中国已建立了400-500个不同类型工艺处理工业废水的沼气工程，建立了600多个大中型处理畜禽废水、废渣的沼气工程。估计年产沼气近10亿m3，相当干标准煤100万吨。厌氧发酵产生的沼气必须经过必要的提纯，才能用于化工原料，民用燃料等。而传统的沼气提纯技术只能去除沼气中的一部分杂质，未能较为彻底地对沼气进行提纯。
本发明提供一种有效地提纯沼气的方法，可以将原料气中的二氧化碳，硫化氢等硫化物，水蒸气，及少量颗粒物去除掉，提纯效率高，且吸附剂可再生，自动化程度高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于沼气提纯的工艺方法，是利用物理、化学的办法将沼气中的二氧化碳，硫化物，水蒸气等物质进行去除，制取较纯净的沼气，用于化工原料，民用燃料等。
本发明提纯沼气的工艺方法的具体步骤如下。
从厌氧罐产生的沼气（1）首先进入颗粒物过滤器（2），将颗粒物和冷凝物从气流中分离出来，之后进入干燥塔（3）将水分去除。
经干燥的气体进入脱硫塔（4）内，脱硫工艺采用干法脱硫连续再生工艺，其中脱硫剂以氧化铁为主要活性催化组分，并添加多种助催化剂与载体，在常温常压下通过催化作用去除硫化物，脱硫率可达90%以上，脱硫后的沼气存储于低压储气罐（5）。
低压储气罐（5）中的沼气在增压鼓风机（6）的作用下进入吸附塔A（7）或吸附塔B（8），对沼气中的二氧化碳进行吸附，经上述工艺提纯后的沼气浓度可达到98%，经沼气压缩机（9）压缩后储存于储气罐（10）中。
本发明涉及的沼气提纯工艺具有以下优点：
（1） 沼气提纯率高，可有效去除沼气中的二氧化碳，硫化氢等硫化物，水蒸气等物质，提纯后的沼气浓度可达到98%以上；
（2） 脱硫工艺采用干法脱硫连续再生工艺，具备硫容高、床层阻力小、操作方便、可连续再生、再生工艺简单等特点；
（3） 采用压力可调的吸附塔对二氧化碳进行去除，自动化控制水平高，气体成分在线监测，吸附塔阀门自动切换，远程操作水平高，装置运行可靠性高。

Claims (1)
1.一种用于沼气提纯的工艺方法，是用物理、化学的方法将沼气中的二氧化碳，硫化物，水蒸气去除，制取较纯净的沼气，用于化工原料、民用燃料；其特征是：该工艺的流程如下：厌氧罐产生的沼气（1）首先进颗粒物过滤器（2），将颗粒物和冷凝物去除，之后进入干燥塔（3）去除水分，干燥的气体在脱硫塔（4）内与脱硫剂接触，发生化学反应去除沼气中的硫化物，脱硫后的沼气存储于低压储气罐（5），在增压鼓风机（6）的作用下进入吸附塔A（7）或吸附塔B（8），对其中的二氧化碳进行吸附，经上述工艺提纯后的沼气浓度98%以上，经沼气压缩机（9）压缩后储存于储气罐（10）中；所述的颗粒物过滤器（2）包含许多小型、独立的预处理腔，在一个多腔分离块内并行连结，过滤效率90%以上；所述脱硫塔（4）采用干法脱硫连续再生工艺，其中脱硫剂以氧化铁为主要活性催化组分，并添加多种助催化剂与载体，在常温常压下通过催化作用去除硫化物，脱硫率90%以上；所述吸附塔A和吸附塔B通过控制气体的压力，并交替进行对二氧化碳的吸附，吸附剂为有机醇胺，在高压条件下，二氧化碳通过表面吸附去除，在下次吸附之前，经过一系列的降压过程后吸附材料再生。
