本发明属于一种载重汽车轮胎内腔采用弹簧钢板相结合的一种超高压不怕扎轮胎。
背景技术:
目前国内外的小汽车、载重汽车、工程车、摩托车、电动车、自行车等,都在飞速发展,轮胎的需用量非常大,当前汽车轮胎的外观结构多样化,但是都存在着致命的缺陷,害怕扎了漏气,修补后寿命有限,轮胎一次被扎漏气,轮胎就有被轧的可能,造成多次漏气,轮胎被轧,不能正常使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目地是一种新型结构超高压不怕扎轮胎,永远不操心充气,设计简单合理,不破坏原来结构,增强了气压,提高了载重量,提高耐用时间,增加运输量,给国家节约数千万轮胎。
本发明的目的可采用一下技术方案来实现,其中包括轮胎的其它尺寸不变,结构不变,外观不变,只要在轮胎内腔加一层优质弹簧钢板与内腔的弧度尺寸一样,就能实现不怕扎,在弹簧钢板外径和橡胶结合面涂一层高强度沾合剂把弹簧钢板与橡胶沾合在一起,在设置多个带帽连接钉,分部紧固连接在弹簧钢板外径。弹簧钢板内圆边上设置有弹簧钢板啊尔与轮胎牢固结合在一起不伤内胎。

如图1所示:本发明新型是在轮胎内腔加一层与轮胎内腔弧型尺寸一样的优质弹簧钢板3,在弹簧网板3外径与轮胎内腔结合面上涂一层高强度沾合剂,把弹簧钢板3与橡胶沾合在一起,在设置多个带帽连接钉分部坚固连接在弹簧钢板3外径,弹簧钢板3内孔边上设置有啊尔2与轮胎牢固结合在一起,不伤内胎。
使用时:
如图1所示,将本发明新型轮胎,装在载重汽车的车轮轴上,接地受力旋转时能承受超高压力,有很好的弹性,不会被金属扎孔,永远不在有漏气的烦恼。

1.一种超高压不怕扎轮胎,其中包括紧固卡口(1)弹簧钢板啊尔(2)弹簧钢板(3)钢丝层(4)线层(5)带帽连接钉(6)像胶(7)。其特征在于:在轮胎内腔加一层优质弹簧钢板(3),在弹簧钢板(3)外径与轮胎内腔结合面上涂一层高强度沾合剂,把弹簧钢板(3)与像胶沾合在一起,在设置多个带帽连接钉(6)分部紧固连接在弹簧钢板(3)外径。弹簧钢板(3)内孔边上,设置有啊尔(2)与轮胎牢固的结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种发明新型结构超高压不怕扎轮胎,其特征在于:弹簧钢板(3)的接地面与被扎面厚度大,两边向轮锅处越来越薄。
