Abstract

挤压机模具组件
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎制造领域,并且更具体地涉及轮胎部件制造。
背景技术
在轮胎制造中,许多轮胎部件由多个橡胶零件形成。橡胶轮胎部件例如轮胎三角胶、胎侧和胎面是通过挤压过程形成的。典型地用于轮胎制造的一类挤压机是螺旋挤压机。螺旋挤压机典型地具有长腔,其中螺杆居中在通道中,其中螺杆素炼橡胶。通道的端部典型地具有模具,该模具具有形成在其中的孔。孔的形状决定待被制造的橡胶零件的截面形状。挤压机压力迫使橡胶通过小模具孔,从而以连续的方式形成待被制造的零件。所期望的橡胶零件通过切割所挤出的零件至特定长度来获得。
一些橡胶轮胎部件的制造可能更具挑战性。三角胶具有三角形的截面形状,其被挤出为具有期望的三角形截面的线性件。依据轮胎的应用,一些三角胶具有高和薄的三角形截面。因为模具的形状模拟期望的橡胶部件的形状,所以模具孔同样具有较厚区域和更较薄的区域。橡胶趋向于跟随着最小阻力的路径,这意味着橡胶不意于流进模具的薄的区域。这会导致必须被废弃的畸形的三角胶工件。因而期望有制造复杂橡胶件的改进的模具和方法。
发明内容
定义
“高宽比”表示轮胎断面高度与其断面宽度的比。
“轴向的”和 “轴向地”表示平行于轮胎旋转轴线的线或方向。
“胎圈”或“胎圈芯”通常表示轮胎的包括环形抗拉构件的部分,径向内部胎圈与将轮胎保持轮辋到相关,其由帘布层帘线包绕并且成形为带有或不带有其他增强元件,如胎圈芯包布、增强片、三角胶或填料、护趾胶和胎圈包布。
“带束层结构”或“加强带束层”表示由平行帘线的至少两个环形层或帘布层,帘线经过编织或未经编织,位于胎面下方,未锚固至胎圈,并且具有相对于轮胎的赤道面处于17°至27°范围内的左和右帘线角度。
“斜交帘布层轮胎”表示在胎体帘布层的加强帘线相对于轮胎的赤道面从胎圈至胎圈以约25-65°的角度对角地穿过轮胎延伸,帘布层帘线在交替的层中以相反的角度延伸。
“缓冲层”或“轮胎缓冲层”表示与带束层或带束层结构或加强带束层相同。
“胎体”表示由轮胎帘布层材料和其他轮胎部件的叠层,被切为适合于切割的长度或者已经被切割成圆柱形或超环面形状。在被硫化以产生模制轮胎之前,附加部件可以添加到胎体。
“周向”表示沿环形胎面的表面的周边且垂直于轴线方向延伸的线或方向;它也可以代表其半径限定胎面的轴向曲率的一组相邻圆形曲线的方向,如在截面图中看到的。
“帘线”表示加强线束之一,包括用于加强帘布层的纤维。
“气密层”表示形成无内胎轮胎的内表面的弹性体或其它材料的一层或多层,其含有轮胎内的充气流体。
“插件”表示通常用于加强漏气保用型轮胎(runflat-type tires)的胎侧的加强件;还表示在胎面下方的弹性体插件。
“帘布层”表示由涂覆有弹性体的径向配置开或以其它方式平行的帘线的帘线加强层。
“径向的”和“径向地”表示在径向地朝着或离开轮胎的旋转轴线的方向。
“子午线帘布层结构”表示一个或多个胎体帘布层,或至少一个帘布层具有相对轮胎的赤道面以在65°到90°之间的角度定向的加强帘线。
“子午线轮胎”表示带束或周向地限制的充气轮胎,其中从胎圈延伸至胎圈的帘布层帘线位于相对于轮胎的赤道面在65°到90°之间的帘线角度处。
“胎侧”表示轮胎的在胎面与胎圈之间的部分。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于挤出橡胶件及类似物的挤压机10,挤压机10包括圆筒形的本体11,该本体容纳内部螺杆12,挤压机布置成使得橡胶材料Q通过漏斗16进给到主体部分11中。当螺杆12旋转时,橡胶前移通过主体。橡胶在其通过螺杆加工时得到素炼。然后橡胶在离开挤压机出口之前通过预成形器110和模具128。图2示出了现有技术的模具组件,其包括压力板13A、中间腔13B和终模板13C。压力板13A包括具有多个孔17的平盘。该孔通过反复试验来不被插塞或者被插塞以试图引导橡胶的流。橡胶然后通过中间腔13B。中间腔为空白盘状物,形成橡胶扩张进入的空通道。橡胶从中间腔13B行进进入最终成形模具13C。成形模具13C是具有成形孔21的平板,该成形孔成形橡胶件的最终的形状。示出的成形孔21可以用于成形具有薄尖的三角形的三角胶。本发明不局限于这种形状或轮胎部件,而可以用于形成其它形状。销19可以设置在压力板中以试图并引导橡胶流通过窄的通道23来形成薄尖(tip)。现有技术设置的问题在于其需要反复试验并且缺少对于流的任何积极控制。
图4和5示出了本发明的模具组件100。压力板13A和中间腔13B由预成形器板110代替。预成形器板110由圆盘形成,其具有用于形成三角胶或其它轮胎部件的预期形状的成形孔120 。第一斜角部114完全包围成形孔120,且起着引导橡胶进入成形孔120的漏斗的作用。预成形器板还包括可选的第二斜角部112,其位置邻近第一斜角部。优选地,第二斜角部112完全包围第一斜角部。优选地,第二斜角部112的倾斜角度小于第一部114的倾斜角度。倾斜角度

注意到预成形器孔120的形状是本发明的重要方面是重要的。如图5所示,预成形器孔120具有大的球茎状端122和与该球茎状端相反的长薄端124。预成形器用于引导大量的橡胶通过预成形器板110的球茎状端122,其对齐为以便接收进入终模板128的窄通道130。因而预成形器的大球茎状端122作用为将橡胶填装进入长薄端130。预成形器孔的长薄端124与模具孔的大球茎状端132对准。因而预成形器孔形状被旋转180度与终模孔形状129异相。

Claims (9)

1.一种挤压机,其特征在于:本体,所述本体具有入口端和出口端以及与所述入口端和出口端流体相通的内部通道,能旋转地安装在所述内部通道内的螺杆,以及连接到所述出口端的模具组件,所述模具组件具有预成形器模具,所述预成形器模具具有用于形成待被挤出的部件的期望形状的预成形器成形孔,特征在于:所述成形孔具有薄的第一端和扩大的第二端;所述模具组件特征还在于终模板,所述终模板具有最终成形孔,所述最终成形孔具有放大的第一端和薄的第二端,特征在于所述预成形器模具和终模板被彼此相邻地定位成特征在于所述预成形器成形孔的所述薄的第一端与所述最终成形孔的所述放大的第一端对准,并且特征在于所述预成形器成形孔的所述放大的第二端与所述最终成形孔的所述薄的第二端对准。
2.如权利要求1所述的挤压机,其特征在于所述预成形器成形孔被第一斜角部包围。
3.如权利要求2所述的挤压机,其特征在于所述第一斜角部被第二斜角部包围。
4.如权利要求3所述的挤压机,其特征在于所述第一斜角部的倾斜角比所述第二斜角部的倾斜角大。
5.一种挤压机,其特征在于:本体,所述本体具有入口端和出口端以及与所述入口端和出口端流体相通的内部通道,能旋转地安装在所述内部通道内的螺杆,以及连接到所述出口端的模具组件,所述模具组件具有预成形器模具,所述预成形器模具具有用于形成待被挤出的部件的期望形状的预成形器成形孔,特征在于,所述成形孔是非对称的并且具有小的第一端和大的第二端;所述模具组件特征还在于具有最终成形孔的终模板,所述最终成形孔为非对称并且具有大的第一端和小的第二端,特征在于所述预成形器模具和所述终模板彼此相邻地定位成特征在于所述预成形器成形孔的所述小的第一端与所述最终成形孔的所述大的第一端对准,并且特征在于所述预成形器成形孔的所述大的第二端与所述最终成形孔的所述小的第二端对准。
6.一种用于挤压机的模具组件,所述模具组件具有预成形器模具,所述预成形器模具具有用于成形待被挤出部件的期望形状的预成形器成形孔,特征在于,所述成形孔是非对称的且具有小的第一端和大的第二端;所述模具组件特征还在于具有最终成形孔的终模板,所述最终成形孔是非对称的且具有大的第一端和小的第二端,特征在于所述预成形器模具和所述终模板彼此相邻地定位成特征在于所述预成形器成形孔的所述小的第一端与所述最终成形孔的所述大的第一端对准,并且特征在于所述预成形器成形孔的所述大的第二端与所述最终成形孔的所述小的第二端对准。
7.如权利要求6所述的模具组件,其特征在于所述预成形器成形孔被第一斜角部包围。
8.如权利要求7所述的模具组件,其特征在于所述第一斜角部被第二斜角部包围。
9.如权利要求8所述的模具组件,其特征在于所述第一斜角部的倾斜角比所述第二斜角部的倾斜角大。
