Abstract

本发明涉及车床领域,尤其与中大型轴承车床的接料机构有关。目前中大型轴承车床,单机作业,自动化水平低,操作工劳动强度大,效率低。自动上下料需人工手工作业,自动化程度低,加工成本高。本发明为一种中大型轴承车床的接料机构,安装板固定连接在安装支架上;电机安装板固定连接在安装板上,电机通过减速器固定连接在电机安装板上,一同步带轮固定连接在电机上,并通过压盖固定;另一同步带轮连接在从动轴上,用压盖固定,两同步带轮间用一定长度的同步带连接。直线导轨固定连接在安装板上。位于同步带两侧的第一连接板、压紧板固定连接在安装板上,接料盒固定在第一连接板上。第二连接板的内腔内固定连接底板和支杆。使用本发明能实现中大型轴承车加工自动化生产,降低生产成本,提高了生产效率。

一种中大型轴承车床的接料机构
技术领域
本发明涉及车床领域,尤其与中大型轴承车床的接料装置有关。 
背景技术
由于中大型轴承尺寸大,重量大,目前中大型轴承车床,单机作业,自动化水平低,操作工劳动强度大,质量不稳定,效率低。自动上下料需人工手工作业,自动化程度低,加工成本高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决上述现有的各种不足之处,提供一种结构合理、能实现加工中大型轴承套圈的自动接料的接料装置,为此,本发明采用以下技术方案: 
一种中大型轴承车床的接料机构,包括安装支架,其特征在于:安装板通过安装从动轴的转体和支承板固定连接在安装支架上;电机安装板固定连接在安装板上,电机通过涨紧螺母固定连接在电机安装板上,其中一同步带轮固定连接在电机上,并通过压盖固定;另一同步带轮固定连接在从动轴上,用压盖固定,两同步带轮间用一定长度的同步带连接。支撑架固定连接安装支架上;直线导轨固定连接在安装板上。位于同步带两侧的第一连接板、压紧板固定连接在安装板上,接料盒通过第二连接板固定在第一连接板上。第二连接板的内腔内固定连接底板和支杆。 
作为对上述方案的进一步完善和补充,本发明还包括以下附加技术特征: 
所述的接料盒由装有轴承的底板、挡板和挡料盒及由螺钉连接的拉簧组成的料斗,带加强杆的连接板,气缸及安装底板,连接在气缸上的支板和推块组 成,所述轴承是工件;气缸能带动料斗转动一定的角度。 
所述的支撑架由连接板、支撑杆、压杆和垫板连接而成;所述的安装板的下方连接有底板和支杆。 
本发明使用时,工件加工完毕后,电机转动,带动同步带轮转动,同步带轮上的同步带带动接料盒下滑一定的距离,接住工件,随即接料盒上滑,气缸驱动料斗转动的一定角度,支撑架上的压杆压住料斗中装在底板上的轴承,将底板打开,工件落下,各零件回复原位,完成接料动作。 
使用本发明可以达到以下有益效果:因本发明结构合理,能自动进行接料,实现了自动化生产,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。 
如图1-4所示,本发明一种中大型轴承车床的接料机构的实施例,包括安装支架1,其特征在于:安装板10通过安装从动轴15的转体11和支承板12固定连接在安装支架1上;电机安装板2固定连接在安装板10上,电机14通过涨紧螺母13固定连接在电机安装板2上,其中一同步带轮16固定连接在电机14上,并通过压盖17固定;另一同步带轮16固定连接在从动轴15上,用压盖17固定,两同步带轮16间用一定距离的同步带3连接。支撑架9固定连接安装支架1上;直线导轨4固定连接在安装板10上。位于同步带3两侧的第一连接板18、压紧板19同定连接在安装板10上,接料盒6通过第二连接板5固定连接在第一连接板18上。第二连接板5的中空内腔内固定连接底板7和支杆8。所 述的接料盒6由装有轴承的底板、挡板、挡料盒、由螺钉连接的拉簧组成的料斗、带加强杆的连接板、气缸、安装底板、连接在气缸上的支板和推块组成,所述轴承是工件;气缸能带动料斗转动一定的角度。所述的支撑架9由连接板、支撑杆、压杆和垫板连接而成。所述的安装板10的下方连接有底板20和支杆21,可以调节接料盒的原位。 
本发明使用时,工件加工完毕后,电机14转动,带动同动带轮16转动,同步带轮16上的同步带3带动接料盒6下滑一定的距离,接住工件,随即接料盒6上滑,气缸驱动料斗转动的一定角度,支撑架9上的压杆压住料斗中装在底板上的轴承,将底板打开,工件落下,各零件回复原位,完成接料动作。

1.一种中大型轴承车床的接料机构,包括安装支架(1),其特征在于:安装板(10)通过安装从动轴(15)的转体(11)和支承板(12)固定连接在安装支架(1)上;电机安装板(2)固定连接在安装板(10)上,电机(14)通过涨紧螺母(13)固定连接在电机安装板(2)上,其中一同步带轮(16)固定连接在电机(14)上,并通过压盖(17)固定;另一同步带轮(16)固定连接在从动轴(15)上,用压盖(17)固定,两同步带轮(16)间用一定距离的同步带(3)连接;支撑架(9)固定连接安装支架(1)上,所述的支撑架(9)由连接板、支撑杆、压杆和垫板连接而成;直线导轨(4)固定连接在安装板(10)上;位于同步带(3)两侧的第一连接板(18)、压紧板(19)固定连接在安装板(10)上,接料盒(6)通过第二连接板(5)固定连接在第一连接板(18)上,所述的接料盒(6)由装有轴承的底板、挡板、挡料盒、由螺钉连接的拉簧组成的料斗、带加强杆的连接板、气缸、安装底板、连接在气缸上的支板和推块组成,所述轴承是工件;气缸能带动料斗转动一定的角度;第二连接板(5)的中空内腔内固定连接底板(7)和支杆(8)。
