一种铝粉生产用双流雾化器。在喷嘴内体设有6块分隔板,将喷嘴内体相间均匀分布成抽吸破碎功能氮气通道与锁流功能氮气通道,在喷嘴外体上设有分别通入两个通道的抽吸破碎功能氮气入口和锁流功能氮气入口;通过两个氮气入口的氮气管道上分别装有控制阀门;两个导流通道分别与相间均匀分布在喷管上的锁流氮气喷口与抽吸氮气喷口连通。本发明使雾化过程变得可控,可保证在需要提高产量时不影响细粉率,而在需要提高细粉率时不影响产量。

一种铝粉生产用双流雾化器
技术领域
本发明涉及化工机械领域,具体地说是一种铝粉生产用的双流雾化器。
背景技术
现有铝粉的生产方法主要是双流雾化法,其是利用较高压力的氮气对铝液进行抽吸破碎,使铝液形成微小的雾滴,并在系统氮气的保护和冷却下形成固态的微细铝颗粒,并利用反向较高压力的氮气对铝液进行锁流,以减少流出雾化喷嘴口的铝液的量,确保流出的铝液被充分破碎。传统双流雾化器所有氮气进入雾化器的通道只有一个,即抽吸破碎与锁流的氮气来自同一入口,无论需要改变哪一种功能氮气的流量时,另一种功能氮气也会随之同向改变;如当需要提高产量而减少锁流气量时,抽吸破碎气量随之降低,使得细粉得率也相应降低;而当需要提高细粉率时,又因为增加了破碎用气的量而使得锁流气量随之增加,使流出的铝水量减少而降低了产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抽吸破碎与锁流的流量及状态能分别进行控制、所生产的铝粉直径更细的铝粉生产用双流雾化器。
本发明在喷嘴内体设有6块分隔板,将喷嘴内体相间均匀分布成抽吸破碎功能氮气通道与锁流功能氮气通道,在喷嘴外体上设有分别通入两个通道的抽吸破碎功能氮气入口和锁流功能氮气入口;通过两个氮气入口的氮气管道上分别装有控制阀门;两个导流通道分别与相间均匀分布在喷管上的锁流氮气喷口与抽吸氮气喷口连通。
本发明使得抽吸破碎与锁流相对独立,互不受影响,当抽吸破碎能力不足时,通过调节抽吸破碎氮气管道阀门,适当增加氮气的供给量,不会使锁流氮气的量相应增加,而当需要增加锁流氮气的量时,通过调节锁流氮气阀门,也不会增加抽吸破碎氮气的量。从而使雾化过程变得可控,可保证在需要提高产量时不影响细粉率,而在需要提高细粉率时不影响产量。

实施例1:
在喷嘴内体设有6块分隔板3将喷嘴内体相间均匀分布成抽吸破碎功能氮气通道2-1与锁流功能氮气通道2-2,在喷嘴外体1上设有分别通入两个通道的抽吸破碎功能氮气入口4和锁流功能氮气入口5;连接两个氮气入口的氮气管道上分别装有控制阀门;两个导流通道分别与相间均匀分布在喷管上的锁流氮气喷口6与抽吸氮气喷口7连通。

1. 一种铝粉生产用双流雾化器,其特征在于,在喷嘴内体设有6块分隔板,将喷嘴内体相间均匀分布成抽吸破碎功能氮气通道与锁流功能氮气通道,在喷嘴外体上设有分别通入两个通道的抽吸破碎功能氮气入口和锁流功能氮气入口;通过两个氮气入口的氮气管道上分别装有控制阀门;两个导流通道分别与相间均匀分布在喷管上的锁流氮气喷口与抽吸氮气喷口连通。
