本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体是一种电动车用高性能密封铅酸蓄电池,正极板栅合金材料为:100kg铅合金中含有锑2800±200克,砷120±20克,锡150±20克,铜10±2克,将上述成份的合金在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于正板栅模具中,制成正极板栅;负极板栅合金材料成份为:在100kg铅合金中含有锑5000±500克;电解液的组成为:视密度1.290或1.320g/cm3的硫酸溶液。本发明根据用户的需要调整电解液密度,可以做成长寿命型和高能量型;节约能源,同型号电池大约轻1.5公斤,降低成本,减少极板型号和电池型号,有利于规模生产,减小污染。

本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体是一种电动车用高性能密封铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
电动车,如电动自行车、电动三轮车等,因无污染、节能、轻便等特点,具有强大的市场生命力。电动车用铅酸蓄电池作为电动车的主要组成不见,属于议耗品。目前,电动车用铅酸蓄电池存在的主要不足之处是:1)使用寿命短;2)电池自身重量重,容量低,活性物质利用率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电池自身重量相对较轻,容量高,活性物质利用率高,循环寿命长的电动车用高性能密封铅酸蓄电池。
本发明具体采用的技术方案是:
一种电动车用高性能密封铅酸蓄电池,其特征是,
正极板栅合金材料为:100kg铅合金中含有锑2800±200克,砷120±20克,锡150±20克,铜10±2克,将上述成份的合金在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于正板栅模具中,制成正极板栅;
正极活性物质组合物为:在75kg铅粉中加入25kg红丹、0.5kg木炭粉,将正极活性物质灌入涤纶排管中,经过固化、化成、干燥制成正极板;
负极板栅合金材料成份为:在100kg铅合金中含有锑5000±500克,将上述成份的合金材料在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于负板栅模具中,制成负极板栅;
负极活性物质组合物为:在100kg铅粉中加入密度为1.400g/cm3的硫酸溶液4.8L,加入硫酸钡600g,加入腐殖酸300g,加入纤维26g,加入炭黑160g,加入蓄电池用水55~60L,将上述负极活性物质组合物在和膏机中搅拌均匀,涂于负极板栅上,经过固化、化成、干燥制成负极板;
电解液的组成为:视密度1.290或1.320g/cm3的硫酸溶液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
1)本发明的电池使用寿命长。经测试该电池的5h率容量240Ah,循环寿命800次。经测试该电池的5h率容量210Ah,循环寿命1200次。
2)本发明的电池与同型号电池相比大约轻1.5公斤,降低成本,减少极板型号和电池型号,有利于规模生产,减小污染。
3)本发明为满足不同用户需求,采用不同密度的电解液,在256mm×178mm×271mm的体积内做成两种容量的蓄电池。
具体实施方式
实施例:
电动车用高性能密封铅酸蓄电池,电池尺寸为256mmx178mmx271mm。
正极板栅合金材料为:
100kg铅合金中含有锑2800±200克,砷120±20克,锡150±20克,铜10±2克(其余为铅),将上述成份的合金在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于正板栅模具中,制成正极板栅;正板栅铅筋直径A,铅筋高为B;
正极活性物质组合物为:
在75kg铅粉中加入25kg红丹(Pb3O4),加入0.5kg木炭粉,将正极活性物质灌入涤纶排管中,经过固化、化成、干燥制成正极板;
负极板栅合金材料成份为:
在100kg铅合金中含有锑5000±500克,将上述成份的合金材料在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于负板栅模具中,制成负极板栅;
负极活性物质组合物为:
在100kg铅粉中加入密度为1.400g/cm3的硫酸溶液4.8L,加入硫酸钡600g,加入腐殖酸300g,加入纤维26g,加入炭黑160g,加入蓄电池用水55~60L,将上述负极活性物质组合物在和膏机中搅拌均匀,涂于负极板栅上,经过固化、化成、干燥制成负极板;
制成排管,将配方量活性物质灌入排管中,经过固化、化成、干燥制成正极板。
用N片正极板和N+1片负极板,正与负中间加入隔膜,用汇流排焊接在一起,制成极群,将3个极群装入电池外壳;用穿壁焊连接为一个电池组,加电池盖密封后注入电解液;
高容量型电解液的组成为:视密度1.320g/cm3的硫酸溶液。
长寿命型电解液的组成为:视密度1.320g/cm3的硫酸溶液。

1.一种电动车用高性能密封铅酸蓄电池,其特征是,
正极板栅合金材料为:100kg铅合金中含有锑2800±200克,砷120±20克,锡150±20克,铜10±2克,将上述成份的合金在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于正板栅模具中,制成正极板栅;
正极活性物质组合物为:在75kg铅粉中加入25kg红丹、0.5kg木炭粉,将正极活性物质灌入涤纶排管中,经过固化、化成、干燥制成正极板;
负极板栅合金材料成份为:在100kg铅合金中含有锑5000±500克,将上述成份的合金材料在熔铅炉中熔化,浇铸于负板栅模具中,制成负极板栅;
负极活性物质组合物为:在100kg铅粉中加入密度为1.400g/cm3的硫酸溶液4.8L,加入硫酸钡600g,加入腐殖酸300g,加入纤维26g,加入炭黑160g,加入蓄电池用水55~60L,将上述负极活性物质组合物在和膏机中搅拌均匀,涂于负极板栅上,经过固化、化成、干燥制成负极板;
