Abstract

本发明涉及一种传感器组件，包括传感器，还包括设置在绝缘套中的通信电缆和通气管、通气软管、密封胶、接头，传感器置于接头腔体内与腔体焊接固定，传感器的引线和通信电缆焊接，焊接处设有热缩管，通气软管一端插到传感器上的传感器通气管上，另一端插到绝缘套中的通气管上，密封胶将传感器的引线及传感器通气管和通气软管的连接处密封住。本发明有益的效果：提高了传感器的密封性和耐久性，有效保护传感器引线和通信电缆线焊接点，传感器的电路部分和通气管、通气软管用密封胶封装，防止传感器内部结露对传感器测量电路造成损坏，保持传感器的大气接点和外界通畅。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种传感器组件，特别涉及一种投入式压力传感器组件，适用于液位测量。
背景技术
    投入式压力传感器组件是直接与被测介质相接触的现场一次仪表，广泛用于液位测量。随着石油，化工等行业的不断发展，要求传感器组件的抗腐蚀能力更强，密封效果更好，耐久性更佳。
发明内容
     鉴于现有技术状况，本发明提供了一种传感器组件。用于解决液位传感器组件的长期使用密封圈密封老化造成测量介质泄漏问题，解决传感器内部结露对传感器测量电路造成短路损坏问题。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是：一种传感器组件，包括传感器，其特征在于：还包括通气软管、密封胶、接头和设置在绝缘套中的通信电缆和通气管，所述传感器置于接头腔体内与腔体焊接固定密封，所述传感器的引线和通信电缆焊接，焊接处设有热缩管，所述通气软管一端插到传感器上的传感器通气管上，另一端插到绝缘套中的通气管上，所述密封胶将传感器的引线及传感器通气管和通气软管的连接处密封住。
    本发明有益的效果：经过结构改变，用氩弧焊接密封替代胶圈密封的传感器测量结构，提高了传感器的密封性和耐久性，用热缩管有效保护传感器引线和通信电缆线焊接点，传感器的电路部分和通气管、通气软管用密封胶封装，防止传感器内部结露对传感器测量电路造成损坏，通气软管将传感器的通气管和带有通气孔的电缆相连接，保持传感器的大气接点和外界通畅。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种传感器组件， 包括传感器5，还包括通气软管2、密封胶3、接头4和设置在绝缘套1中的通信电缆1-1和通气管1-2，传感器5置于接头4腔体内与腔体用氩弧焊焊接固定密封，传感器5的引线和通信电缆1-1用锡焊焊接，并将焊接处分别用热缩管包住，通气软管2一端插到传感器5上的传感器通气管上，另一端插到绝缘套1中的通气管1-2上，密封胶3将传感器5的引线及传感器通气管和通气软管2的连接处密封住。传感器5型号为：MEMS 154N系列。

1.一种传感器组件，包括传感器（5），其特征在于：还包括通气软管（2）、密封胶（3）、接头（4）和设置在绝缘套（1）中的通信电缆（1-1）、通气管（1-2），所述传感器（5）置于接头（4）腔体内与腔体焊接固定密封，所述传感器（5）的引线和通信电缆（1-1）焊接，焊接处设有热缩管，所述通气软管（2）一端插到传感器（5）上的传感器通气管上，另一端插到绝缘套（1）中的通气管（1-2）上，所述密封胶（3）将传感器（5）的引线及传感器通气管和通气软管（2）的连接处密封住。
