技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种常温固化液体及其制备工艺。
背景技术
    目前,现有的水在冰点和沸点之间皆为液态形式,由于容易挥发而不易于贮存,在常温条件下,无法以固态的形式存在,沸点较低,容易蒸发消失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种常温固化液体,另一目的是提供常温固化液体的制备工艺,该固化液体在常温下以固态的形式存在,熔点高,耐高温,可保护固化液体包容的物件。
 一种常温固化液体由羟乙基纤维素、陶瓷纤维、水混合而成。
 更进一步的,固化液体中包括1-6%组分的羟乙基纤维、15-29%组分的陶瓷纤维、70-84%组分的水。
其制备工艺为:按份量称取各物质,首先在冰点至沸点之间的条件下将羟乙基纤维素将入水中,搅拌均匀,而后再加入陶瓷纤维,均匀混合自然冷却成型。
固化液体作为防火材料的应用。
该固化液体在常温下以固态的形式存在,能够形成特定的形状,熔点高,耐火,可保护固化液体包容的物件。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按份量称取各物质:固化液体中包含4千克组分的羟乙基纤维、12千克的陶瓷纤维、84千克的水,首先在冰点至沸点之间的条件下将羟乙基纤维素将入水中,搅拌均匀,而后再加入陶瓷纤维,均匀混合,而后放入防火保护柜的外壳与内壳之间,放入后自然冷却成型,可使防火保护柜接受上千度火烧,达到保护柜内的物品。
实施例2
按份量称取各物质:固化液体中包含2千克组分的羟乙基纤维、20千克的陶瓷纤维、78千克的水,首先在冰点至沸点之间的条件下将羟乙基纤维素将入水中,搅拌均匀,而后再加入陶瓷纤维,均匀混合,自然冷却按所需成型,将需防火的贵重物品置于其内。

1.一种常温固化液体,其特征在于:由1-6%的羟乙基纤维、15-29%的陶瓷纤维、70-84%的水混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种常温固化液体,其特征在于:其制备工艺为按份量称取各物质,首先在冰点至沸点之间的条件下将羟乙基纤维素加入水中,搅拌均匀,而后再加入陶瓷纤维,均匀混合自然冷却成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种常温固化液体,其特征在于:固化液体作为防火材料的应用。
