3. 一种含纳米银的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:(1)配制静电纺丝溶液:将硝酸银分散在有机溶剂或有机溶剂与水的混合溶液中,超声2小时;有机高分子溶解于上述溶液中,浓度为30-50% W/V,搅拌过夜后备用。(2)制备包含纳米银的复合纤维膜:有机高分子与硝酸银混合液装于5毫升注射器,使用5号不锈钢枕头,直径l_3mm,针头距离纤维收集板15-30厘米,溶液流速0. 8-1. 2mL/h, 外加电压20-30千伏,在现有静电丝纺设备上静电纺丝收集纤维膜;然后,将收集纤维膜置于紫外灯下照射5-10小时;最后,在真空状态下室温干燥1-3天,去除残留溶剂,并以4度保存。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于:所述的有机溶剂为:聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物溶于丙酮或二氯甲烷或丙酮与二甲基甲酰胺的混合液,聚环氧乙烷溶于二甲基亚砜或二氯甲烷与丙酮的混合液,聚乙烯醇溶于二氯甲烷或二甲基亚砜,聚乳酸溶于二氯甲烷,以及聚己内酯溶于丙酮或二甲基亚砜或二氯甲烷与丙酮的混合液。
