Abstract

本发明涉及一种柔韧性优异的胎圈保护胶料及其加工工艺。按照本发明所提供的设计方案,该配方主要由下述成分组成:天然橡胶牌号SMR20、丁二烯橡胶BR9000、硬脂酸、氧化锌、防老剂4020、防老剂RD、防护蜡、炭黑N375、白炭黑、补强树脂牌号PFM-C、芳烃油、促进剂NS、不溶性硫黄IS-6005、防焦剂CTP。该配方采用天然橡胶与丁二烯橡胶并存的生胶体系,使用了新型材料-补强树脂PFM-C。按照本配方生产胶料,工艺简单、方便、成本低。本发明为轮胎生产提供了一种柔韧性优异的胎圈保护胶料。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔韧性优异的胎圈保护胶料及其加工工艺,该胶料用于乘用子午线轮胎生产。
背景技术
胎圈保护胶位于轮胎子口部位,轮胎与轮辋装配好后直接与轮辋接触,不断感受并传递汽车机械件与轮胎间的应力变化,伴随着频繁的应变。这种使用性能要求胎圈保护胶应具有:变形小,硬度高及柔韧性强,特别是柔韧性的要求。轮胎与轮辋装配过程中,如果胶料柔韧性较低会损伤轮胎的胎趾导致轮胎与轮辋着合不密实,轮胎内气压降低影响车辆行驶安全性;若胎趾损伤严重会造成轮胎报废不能使用。我们在轮胎维修站常会发现这种现象,给司机造成不便,引起资源浪费,甚至于为汽车安全行驶埋下隐患。本发明所使用的原材料除补强树脂外均为市售常见材料,容易获取。采用本发明生产的胶料不但硬度高而且柔韧性极强,解决了轮胎与轮辋装配时由于胎圈保护胶料硬度高容易引起胎趾损伤的难题,避免轮胎损坏,减少了浪费,有效节约了资源,保证车辆安全行驶。

本发明的目的是提供柔韧性优异的胎圈保护胶料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:半钢乘用子午线轮胎用柔韧性优异的胎圈保护胶料,其特征在于:由下述原料按重量比配制而成:

本发明的技术原理是:在生胶体系上采取天然橡胶与顺丁橡胶并用的方式,保证了胶料良好的耐屈挠性能和耐磨性能。选取高耐磨炭黑N375和白炭黑作为补强填料,改善胶料的物理机械性能保证胶料有较高的硬度;使用对苯二胺类防老剂4020、喹啉类防老剂RD和防护蜡,提高胶料的抗热、抗氧、抗疲劳老化和静态防护性能;使用补强树脂PFM-C,极大地改善了胶料的柔韧性,避免了在轮胎与轮辋装配时由于胎圈保护胶料硬度高易出现损伤或损坏胎趾的现象。

在本实施例中,制造胎圈保护胶料采用时间、能量和功率联合控制的智能混炼工艺。第一段混炼投料顺序:天然橡胶 牌号SMR20、丁二烯橡胶 BR9000先加入密炼机初步混炼,然后再加入硬脂酸、氧化锌、防老剂4020、防老剂RD、防护蜡、补强树脂 牌号PFM-C和炭黑、白炭黑配合剂,最后加入芳烃油。其余配合剂在第二段混炼中加入。
使用本实施例配方制成的胎圈保护胶料性能测试数据如下。

使用本实施例生产的胎圈保护胶料,加工简单、方便、成本低,工艺稳定。使用本实施例生产的胎圈保护胶料所制造的轮胎与轮辋装配时,子口部位未出现因胎圈保护胶料硬度高引发的损伤或损坏胎趾现象,车辆行驶过程中,轮胎使用性能良好。
