真空泵
本发明涉及一种真空泵,其具有盆形壳体、在壳体中可偏心转动地安置的转子和封闭盆形壳体的壳体盖,其中转子具有转子轴,该转子轴穿通盆形壳体并且通过该转子轴来驱动转子。
具有这样的结构的真空泵是已知的。这些真空泵通常具有由金属制成的壳体,转子通过其转子轴可转动地被安置在该壳体中并且在该壳体中形成工作空间。通过压力油润滑实现泵室对环境的密封。例如车辆的发动机、尤其是车辆的凸轮轴使转子轴转动。给真空泵供给润滑油通过为此设置有轴向孔的转子轴来实现。为了能够实现将润滑油引导到转子轴中,驱动装置必须通过适当的装置与转子轴并且尤其是与该孔相连。
因此,本发明所基于的任务是提供一种真空泵,该真空泵能以简单的方式可靠地与外部油供给装置相连。
根据本发明,该任务借助开头所述类型的真空泵通过如下方式来解决:连接套筒位于转子轴的孔的自由端部区段中。
连接套筒是转子轴与驱动装置或外部润滑油供给装置之间的连接环节。连接套筒被构建为使得其是插接件。由此保证了简单的和可自动化的装配。
在本发明的一个优选的改进方案中,连接套筒由塑料制成,尤其是由弹性体或柔软弹性的热塑性塑料制成。由此,可以以简单的方式来补偿轴偏移和角偏移。
优选地,孔的自由端部区段由在直径上变窄的有阶梯的孔形成,并且孔的自由端部区段尤其是具有内环绕槽。此外,在连接套筒的一个优选的实施例中,在其嵌接到孔的自由端部区段中的近侧上具有至少一个环绕凸起。如果连接套筒被插入孔的自由端部区段中,则该环绕凸起嵌接到内环绕槽中。连接套筒因此被可靠地保持。
为了能够将连接套筒简单地插入到孔的自由端部区段中,一个环绕凸起具有半圆形的横截面,而一个环绕凸起具有梯形横截面。在横截面上为半圆形的环绕凸起用于密封孔中的连接套筒,而在横截面上为梯形的环绕凸起在轴向上被设置在外部,其中其横截面径向向外缩小。该环绕凸起基本上截锥形地构建并且有利地反接合(hintergreift)阶梯形孔的阶梯。
为了保证连接套筒在孔的端部区段的正面上的限定的靠置,连接套筒具有环绕的限位环。此外,通过如下方式能够实现润滑油供给装置的管路中的液密安置:连接套筒在其远离转子轴的端部区段上具有环绕凸起。
通过如下方式防止将连接套筒错误地插入转子轴中:连接套筒的远离转子轴的端部区段比近端部区段具有更大的直径。
润滑油在真空泵中的最优分布通过如下方式来实现:孔是盲孔,并且在孔的底部上设置横向孔。

连接套筒46大致在其中部具有定位环52,该定位环52在插入到转子轴18中的连接套筒46的情况下与其正面22靠置。在连接套筒46的该位置中,第一环绕凸起54啮合到第一周槽34中和第一阶梯36之后,由此将连接套筒46牢固保持在孔28中。在近端部区段44中还有第二环绕凸起56,该第二环绕凸起56啮合到第二环绕槽38中。第二环绕槽38比在横截面上为半圆形的第二环绕凸起56具有更大的半径,使得实现基本上线形的并且因此液密的靠置。第一环绕凸起54的横截面是梯形的,由此使得将连接套筒46引入到孔28中容易。容易的引导也通过孔28的截锥状扩展的端部42实现。第二环绕凸起56也可靠置到孔28的圆柱状区段上。
连接套筒46的远端部区段48拥有靠置在钻孔50的内环绕面上并且此处负责液密连接的第三环绕凸起58。从图3和图4还可看到的是,近端部区段44的直径小于远端部区段48的直径。
由柔软弹性的热塑性塑料或弹性体制成的连接套筒46可以无问题地并且在长时间段上或通过多个运动循环来补偿驱动装置26的连接误差。连接误差例如是轴偏移60和/或角度误差62。轴偏移可以为高达1mm,而角度误差62可以高达0.5°。根据本发明的连接套筒48的另一优点是衰减特性。此外,无需附加的密封元件,如O形环等,因为密封功能由环绕凸起54、56和58来承担。

Claims (13)

1.一种真空泵(10),其具有盆形壳体(12)、在壳体(12)中能够偏心转动地安置的转子(16)和封闭盆形壳体(12)的壳体盖(14),其中转子(16)具有转子轴(18),所述转子轴(18)穿通盆形壳体(12)并且通过所述转子轴(18)由外部驱动装置(26)来驱动转子(16),其中转子轴(18)设置有用于输送润滑剂的孔(28),并且在孔(28)的自由端部区段(32)中有连接套筒(46)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于,连接套筒(46)由塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空泵,其特征在于,塑料是弹性体或柔软弹性的热塑性塑料。
4.根据上述权利要求之一所述的真空泵,其特征在于,孔(28)的自由端部区段(32)由在直径上变窄的有阶梯的孔形成。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的真空泵,其特征在于,孔(28)的自由端部区段(32)具有至少一个内环绕槽(34,38)。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的真空泵,其特征在于,连接套筒(46)在其嵌接到孔(28)的自由端部区段(32)中的近端部区段(44)上具有至少一个环绕凸起(54,56)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的真空泵,其特征在于,在连接套筒(46)插入到孔(28)的自由端部区段(32)中的情况下,环绕凸起(54,56)嵌接到内环绕槽(34,38)中。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的真空泵,其特征在于,环绕凸起(56,58)具有半圆形的横截面,而环绕凸起(54)具有梯形的横截面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的真空泵,其特征在于,环绕凸起(54)以梯形的横截面轴向地设置在外部,并且环绕凸起(54)的横截面径向向外缩小。
