目前，随着经济社会的迅速发展，人们对生活的要求也逐渐提高。人们的饮茶习惯从以前的喝花茶、茶叶茶，转变为饮用保健茶。虽然现在市场上保健茶的种类较多，如桑叶保健茶、苦丁茶等，也受到了广大消费者的欢迎。但现有的保健茶原料昂贵，而且功能全而不精，对于一些个别不适的问题，例如小便困难，无法有效的解除。
发明内容
为了解决现有保健茶无法有效解决人们小便困难的不足，本发明提供一种利尿保健茶。该保健茶主要由龙胆草、艾草、夏枯草、淡竹叶等组成，具有活血调经、利尿消肿、清热除烦的功效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：本发明利尿保健茶的重量配比是：龙胆草15-25份、艾草15-25份、夏枯草15-25份、淡竹叶15-25份、绿茶15-25份。
本发明车前草保健茶的制作方法如下：将龙胆草、艾草、夏枯草、淡竹叶洗净后，经过杀青、揉捻、晾干后备用。将处理过的原料与绿茶混合均匀，然后将保健茶分装成小袋。饮用时，只要用开水冲泡小包装袋，便可饮用保健茶。一小袋可多次冲泡，十分方便。
本发明的有益效果是，该保健茶融合了龙胆草、艾草、夏枯草、淡竹叶等的药用特性，具有活血调经、利尿消肿、清热除烦的功效。
具体实施方式
实施例一：将龙胆草15千克、艾草20千克、夏枯草20千克、淡竹叶20千克洗净后，经过杀青、揉捻、晾干后备用。将处理过的原料与绿茶25千克混合均匀，然后将保健茶分装成小袋。饮用时，只要用开水冲泡小包装袋，便可饮用保健茶。一小袋可多次冲泡。十分方便。
