Abstract

一种电路板测试支架,包括一底板及两卡持柱,该两卡持柱直立滑动固定在该底板上,该两卡持柱开设两相对的开槽,该两卡持柱可通过该两开槽卡持固定一电路板。该电路板测试支架可方便对电路板进行双面测试。

电路板测试支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电路板测试支架。
背景技术
电路板如电脑主机板在研发过程中,经常需要对电路板进行相关测试,目前电路板大多是双面板,故在测试时,对电路板的两面电路均需进行相关测试,通常的测试方法是将电路板周边采用螺柱给电路板以支撑来进行测试或者将电路板直接放置在绝缘泡棉上,当测试完一面的信号后,需要断电,拆卸主机板的连接并将主机板翻转来进行另一面的信号测试,这样翻来翻去给测试造成很大的不便,使测试效率低下,并且还容易在翻转的过程中碰坏电路元件,造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种可方便对引脚进行测试的电路板测试支架。
一种电路板测试支架,包括一底板及两卡持柱,该两卡持柱直立滑动固定在该底板上,该两卡持柱开设两相对的开槽,该两卡持柱可通过该两开槽卡持固定一电路板。
相较于现有技术,本发明电路板测试支架可通过该两卡持柱将一电路板直立固定在该底板上,故可方便对该电路板的两面同时进行测试,无需测试完一面再翻转后测试另一面,大大提高了测试效率。

具体实施方式
请参考图1及图2,本发明电路板测试支架100的较佳实施方式包括一底板10及两卡持柱20。该底板10及两卡持柱20均选用绝缘材质的硬性材料制成,如木质材料或硬塑料。
该底板10大致为矩形,其中间开设两条平行相邻且均贯穿该底板10两侧边的L形通槽12。每一卡持柱20均为长条形柱体且一侧边均开设一贯穿顶部至底部的开槽22,该开槽22的两侧壁分别向下延伸一对应该L形通槽12的L形滑动固定部24。该开槽22两侧壁的宽度与该通槽12的宽度相同,且该开槽22的宽度等于该两个通槽12之间的距离。其他实施方式中,该两卡持柱20也可通过其他结构直立滑动固定在该底板10,不局限于本实施方式给出的L形通槽与L形滑动固定部的滑动固定方式,并且该两卡持柱20也可滑动固定在底板10上任意位置,不局限于仅滑动固定在底板10中间位置处的该贯穿两侧的位于通槽12的直线段上。
请参考图3,组装时,将每一卡持柱20的两个滑动固定部24分别对应插入该底板10的两个通槽12的两侧,此时该两个卡持柱20可通过通槽12在该底板10上滑动,本实施方式中,该卡持柱20的滑动固定部24与通槽12之间可采用过盈配合方式配合,以使两者固定稳定。在其他实施方式中,该底板10也可整体不选用绝缘的材料,只要保证该两个通槽12及它们之间的材料为绝缘的即可,如果测试要求不高也可整体都不选用绝缘的材料。
请参考图4,当测试一电路板200时,首先通过滑动该两个卡持柱20以满足该两个卡持柱20的开槽22底部之间的距离等于该待测电路板200板体的长度,然后将该电路板200沿着该两个卡持柱20的开槽22滑动至该底板10的底面,本实施方式中,该开槽22的宽度等于或略小于(略小于时为盈配合方式配合)该待测电路板200板体的厚度,以保证该待测电路板200插入该开槽22后可稳固设于底板10上。当该待测电路板200插好以后,即可方便对其两面同时进行测试,无需测试完一面再翻转后测试另一面,大大提高了测试效率。

Claims (3)

1.一种电路板测试支架,包括一底板及两卡持柱,该两卡持柱直立滑动固定在该底板上,该两卡持柱开设两相对的开槽,该两卡持柱可通过该两开槽卡持固定一电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路板测试支架,其特征在于:该底板开设两条平行相邻且均贯穿该底板两侧边的L形通槽,每一卡持柱均为长条形柱体且该开槽贯穿该卡持柱一侧边的顶部至底部,该开槽的两侧壁分别向下延伸一对应该L形通槽的L形滑动固定部,该两卡持柱通过该滑动固定部插入对应L形通槽来实现滑动固定在该底板上的。
3.如权利要求1所述的电路板测试支架,其特征在于:该底板及卡持柱均由绝缘材料制成。
