Abstract

一种活塞喷油器检测装置,其特征在于:底座与透视平台、定位销连接,透视平台与观察罩连接,观察罩上设有滑动凹槽,调整手柄与观察罩连接,导线柱与底座垂直连接,导线柱与支撑板连接,支撑板上设有触动开关,导线柱与限位板连接,限位板与红外线发射管、照明装置连接。本发明的有益效果是:不用在喷油器试喷油的情况下对喷油器进行检测,省时省力,对环境无污染,节省人力成本。

一种活塞喷油器检测装置
技术领域
 本发明涉及活塞喷油器检测领域,具体是指一种活塞喷油器检测装置。
背景技术
目前,汽车厂检测活塞喷油器时均采用喷油环境模拟方式,这种方式是将喷油嘴安装在与发动机内腔环境相同的实验台上,让喷油嘴进行喷油,如果喷出的油打到指定位置,则视为合格。这种检测方式的缺点是费时费力,对车间环境造成污染,并且耗费人力成本。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种省时省力,对环境无污染,节省人力成本的活塞喷油器检测装置。
 为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术解决方案主要是由底座、透视平台、观察罩、滑动凹槽、调整手柄、导线柱、支撑板、触动开关、限位板、红外线发射管、照明装置、定位销组成;其特征在于:底座与透视平台、定位销连接,定位销位于底座下表面,透视平台位于底座上表面,透视平台与观察罩连接,观察罩上设有滑动凹槽,调整手柄与观察罩连接,导线柱与底座下表面垂直连接,导线柱与支撑板连接,支撑板上设有触动开关,导线柱与限位板连接,限位板位于支撑板上方,限位板与红外线发射管、照明装置连接。
 所述调整手柄可以在滑动凹槽内滑动。
 本发明的有益效果是:不用在喷油器试喷油的情况下对喷油器进行检测,省时省力,对环境无污染,节省人力成本。

具体实施方式

 在图1所示的一种活塞喷油器检测装置结构简图中,其主要结构包括:底座1与透视平台2、定位销12连接,定位销12位于底座1下表面,透视平台2位于底座1上表面,透视平台2与观察罩3连接,观察罩3上设有滑动凹槽4,调整手柄5与观察罩3连接,导线柱6与底座1下表面垂直连接,导线柱6与支撑板7连接,支撑板7上设有触动开关8,导线柱6与限位板9连接,限位板9位于支撑板7上方,限位板9与红外线发射管10、照明装置11连接。
将活塞喷油器检测装置放入活塞的装配平面上,通过定位销12进行精确定位,此时导线柱6及其下端的红外线发射管10等装置已经下到活塞缸体内部,调整手柄5处于水平位置,扳动调整手柄5使其在滑动凹槽4内滑动,并处于竖直位置,此时导线柱6转动成与初始位置成6°的偏角,红外线发射管10管口与被检测的喷油嘴垂直正对,按动启动按钮,红外线发射管10触动触动开关8,红外线发射管10开始发射红外线,照明装置11提供照明,当被检测得喷油嘴的位置不正确时,红外线会射在透视平台上,从观察罩上可见,当喷油嘴的位置为准确位置时,红外线会射进喷油嘴,信息会反馈到计算机屏幕上。

1.一种活塞喷油器检测装置,其特征在于:由底座、透视平台、观察罩、滑动凹槽、调整手柄、导线柱、支撑板、触动开关、限位板、红外线发射管、照明装置、定位销组成;底座与透视平台、定位销连接,定位销位于底座下表面,透视平台位于底座上表面,透视平台与观察罩连接,观察罩上设有滑动凹槽,调整手柄与观察罩连接,导线柱与底座下表面垂直连接,导线柱与支撑板连接,支撑板上设有触动开关,导线柱与限位板连接,限位板位于支撑板上方,限位板与红外线发射管、照明装置连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活塞喷油器检测装置,其特征在于:所述调整手柄可以在滑动凹槽内滑动。
