技术领域
本发明涉及与将刀具锁止到用于切割物品的机器中的用于刀具的支撑装置相关的技术领域。
具体地,本发明涉及一种机器,在所述机器中,将要被切割的物品在工作面上被拉伸并且被锁止到该工作面,以便通过连接到工作台的刀片切割成预定的形状,所述刀片被竖直地致动并且往复运动。
背景技术
工作台具有支撑装置,刀片被锁止到所述支撑装置。在这种方案中,刀片的轴向位置和它的锁止取决于如何将刀片紧固到保持器。
刀片中设置有中心孔,用来将其可移除地锁止(block),并且刀片还包括用来将刀片紧固到保持器的机构。在切割物品的操作过程中,刀片可能会例如由于紧固机构变松而发生轴向变化,这是因为紧固机构和刀片和轴向孔之间的公差导致轴向移位,由此带来很多缺陷和问题。
发明内容
本发明的优点在于,本发明提供一种刀片-刀片保持器的组件,所述组件能够使刀片关于支撑装置精确地对中,并且在切割物品的操作过程中保持刀片的定位和轴向定向。
本发明的进一步的优点在于提供一种用于将刀片可移除地锁止到支撑装置的组件,所述组件构思简单并且能够简单快速地定位刀片。

刀片2具有公知的平行四边形特征,并且具有中心孔F,并且,如图2中的例子所示,刀片在它的短斜侧边处具有两个切割刃T1、T2。刀片2的长侧边2a、2b在与每个切割刃T1、T2的尖端P相距距离K的位置处分别具有相应的座部R。
如图3、4所示,刀片2定位在刀片保持机构11的凹部12中,以限定接合元件14和形成在刀片2的两个长侧边2a、2b中的一个侧边上的座部R之间的相互联接,其中刀片2的长侧边的各个表面的一部分与第一壁12a和第二壁12b分别抵接。

在将刀片2定位并稳定到刀片保持机构11之后,接合元件14和座部R之间的相互联接是有利的,这是因为能够保证刀片2相对于刀片保持机构11正确地定位,以及随着物品切割操作刀片2相对于刀片保持机构11的位置和轴向定向的任何最终改变。
刀片2的每个长侧边2a、2b中包括与每个切割刃T1、T2的尖端P相距距离K的位置处的座部R使得刀片能够在切割刃T1、T2中的一个磨损之后而相对于刀片保持机构11转动。
从孔F和通孔15中取出锁止装置,从凹部12中取出刀片2,转动刀片2,并在凹部12中重新定位刀片,使得刀片2的另一个长侧边上的座部R与接合元件14相联接。所形成的联接继而如先前所述的那样被锁止。

Claims (5)

刀片保持器(1),所述刀片保持器由钩状元件(10)构成,所述钩状元件能够连接到用来切割物品的机器上并且具有刀片保持机构(11),以及 
刀片(2),所述刀片具有包括两个长侧边(2a,2b)和两个短侧边的平行四边形形状,所述刀片(2)在它的两个短侧边处设置有两个相应的切割刃(T1、T2); 
其特征在于,
