Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的将连杆安装并可转动地轴接到活塞的方法。
背景技术
在内燃机中,活塞和曲轴之间的力转递通常通过连杆来设置,连杆的一端可转动地附接到发动机的曲轴,并且另一端相应地通过活塞销可转动地附接到活塞。所述装置包括位于活塞销和连杆的上端之间的支承面以及位于活塞销和活塞之间的支承面。活塞销上的大部分弯曲负荷来自于汽缸中的气体力,小部分来自曲柄机构的惯性和侧向力。随着对于更高的汽缸输出和更高的汽缸最大压力的需求的增长,有必要增大支承面面积以符合来自燃烧的增大的弯曲气体力。增大的汽缸压力大部分影响支承面上的上半部。然而,下支承半部上的支承负荷不随着汽缸压力的增大而增大,而是随着活塞重量和发动机的更高的速度而增大。
用于增大支承面积的已知方案是在连杆的上端中采用球形支承面。因此连杆的上端能够被可转动地直接轴接到布置在活塞内的支承面上,并且因此不需要单独的活塞销。弯曲支承面的面积比柱形支承面的面积大,以允许利用增大的汽缸压力。这种传统方案的缺点是连杆的上端的重量增大,由此连杆必须被加强并且发动机的平衡必须被提高。现有方案还是复杂的并且安装不方便且耗时。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于利用弯曲支承面以将连杆可转动地轴接到活塞的新颖方案(其中所述方案可应用于内燃机中),和其安装方案,从而可使现有方案中的缺点最小。
发明内容
本发明的目的能够如权利要求1和其它权利要求中所公开的那样被基本上实现。
本发明的基本构思是以新的方式利用弯曲支承面,使得所利用的设计和尺寸允许容易且快速地将连杆的端部和在其内部定位有支承构件的活塞安装在一起。
根据本发明,所述活塞设置有支承构件,所述支承构件具有待与所述连杆的所述端部可转动地接合的弯曲支承面,所述端部设置有类似的支承面。所述支承构件具有环状形状,并且具有位于所述连杆一侧的切口。所述连杆的所述端部被布置成通过所述切口进入所述活塞中就位,其中,所述连杆的所述端部和所述支承构件相对于彼此基本垂直。然后使所述连杆或所述活塞进一步移动,使得所述连杆的所述端部与所述支承构件接触。此后,通过所述连杆和所述活塞之间的相对转动运动将所述连杆的所述端部和所述支承构件布置到它们的最终位置,使得双方的支承面相互对准并且基本对应。

具体实施方式
在附图中,附图标记1表示发动机的活塞,该活塞1设置有布置在其内部的支承构件3,用于将连杆2的端部2a可转动地轴接到活塞1。支承构件3是环状件,其具有位于连杆2一侧的切口3a。参照附图,如下进行待与活塞1可转动地轴接的连杆2的安装。
连杆2的端部2a和具有支承构件3的活塞1的相互转动位置被布置成使得端部2a相对于支承构件3大致垂直(参照图1a、1b和3a)。换言之,连杆2的端部2a的转动轴线5相对于支承构件3的曲率的轴线6垂直。从本发明的观点来看,原则上,所述件中的哪一个件即连杆2或活塞1被转动是无关紧要的。实际上,尤其在连杆已被安装在发动机的曲轴上的情况下,使活塞1相对于连杆2转动可能比使连杆2相对于活塞1转动更容易。在这些件的该相互位置中,使连杆2的端部2a通过支承构件3的切口3a。再者,实际上,活塞1有利地相对于连杆2移动,从而如图1a和3a所示,连杆2的端部2a与支承构件3接触。
如图1a、2a和3b所示,在第二阶段中,支承构件3的支承面和端部2a的支承面通过活塞1和连杆2之间的相互的相对转动运动而对准。实际上,活塞1与支承构件3一起有利地相对于连杆2转动,从而达到图2a、2b、3b和4所示的相互位置。在该位置中,轴线5和6也对准。然后,为了完成安装,如图4所示,将锁定构件4插入活塞1。锁定构件4防止活塞1在发动机运行期间相对于连杆2绕该活塞的纵轴线转动。
图4还示出了单独的件和元件的尺寸确定。因此,支承构件3的宽度的尺寸被确定成使得在安装之后该支承构件3的整个外周在连杆2的端部2a的转动轴线5的位置处剖取的活塞1的纵轴线的横截平面中至多覆盖180度。对应地,连杆2的端部2a形成为使得在其弯曲支承面的两侧存在平坦的侧面2b(参照附图)。由此弯曲支承面能够比针对活塞销使用的柱形支承面宽得多。然而支承构件3比球形支承面更容易制造,并且其允许将连杆2的端部2a插入通过位于活塞1的下部处的切口3a(参照图1a和3a)。为此,切口3a应该被同样地确定尺寸,使得其允许所述插入。实际上,切口3a可以有利地被确定尺寸成大致与连杆2的端部2a的在该端部2a的转动轴线5的方向上的宽度对应(参照图1a和3a)。在该情况下,位于装置的下部的紧邻切口3a的双方的支承面仍足以承受由发动机的运行产生的惯性力和曲柄力。这些力有利地可通过为连杆的端部2a设置退刀部2c而被减小,该退刀部通过切削掉一些材料而形成,从而减小连杆2的重量。
附图仅示出了本发明的原理。因此本发明不限于所示的实施方式,而是在本发明理念的范围内变化是可行的。

Claims (7)

1.一种将连杆(2)安装并可转动地轴接到活塞(1)的方法,该方法的特征在于,所述活塞(1)设置有支承构件(3),所述支承构件具有待与所述连杆(2)的端部(2a)可转动地接合的弯曲支承面,所述端部(2a)设置有类似的支承面,所述支承构件(3)具有环状形状,并且具有位于所述连杆(2)一侧的切口(3a),所述方法包括将所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)布置成通过所述切口(3a)进入所述活塞(1)内就位,其中,所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)和所述支承构件(3)相对于彼此基本垂直,进一步移动所述连杆(2)或所述活塞(1),使得所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)与所述支承构件(3)接触,然后通过所述连杆(2)和所述活塞(1)之间的相对转动运动而将所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)和所述支承构件(3)布置到它们的最终位置,使得所述双方的支承面相互对准并且基本对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述最终定位阶段,所述活塞(1)与所述支承构件(3)一起相对于所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)绕其轴线转动大约90度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支承构件(3)的宽度的尺寸被确定成,使得在安装之后其整个外周在所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)的转动轴线(5)的位置处剖取的所述活塞(1)的纵轴线的横截平面中至多覆盖180度。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述切口(3a)的所述宽度的尺寸被确定成与所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)的在该端部的所述转动轴线(5)的方向上的所述宽度大致对应。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在相对于所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)适当地定位所述支承构件(3)之后,将锁定装置(4)插入所述活塞(1)中而与所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)的侧面接合,以防止所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)与所述活塞(1)之间的相互转动运动。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)被形成为使得在安装之后,在所述弯曲支承面的两侧存在有平行于所述活塞(1)的所述纵轴线延伸的平坦侧面(2b)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在安装之前,将材料从所述连杆(2)的所述端部(2a)的任一侧切削掉以使其更轻。
