Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加固承载结构,且更具体地涉及具有延伸穿过结构件或板的中空通道的混凝土承载结构件和/或板。
背景技术
在现代建筑中通常使用诸如纵梁、横梁和板之类的加固混凝土构件。例如,通常10至50厘米厚的钢加固混凝土的水平板经常用于构造建筑物的楼板。在多种工业建筑中,使用支承在地基上的厚混凝土板来构造建筑物的地面层。
使用具有延伸穿过其中的通道的混凝土横梁、纵梁和板也是已知的。例如,美国专利第2,938,255号揭示了一种制造具有纵向通道以减轻重量的横梁的方法。在Breuning的美国专利第5,396,747号中揭示了提供中空加固混凝土楼板的更近期的设备。Breuning的公开利用具有“二维结构”的平坦中空加固混凝土楼板以获得较高的强度和刚度、较少的材料量,以及获得弯曲力、剪切力和变形之间的平衡并减少水泥量。
在Clark等人的美国专利第7,024,831号中描述了制造楼板部件的更近期的混凝土楼板系统和方法。如其中所揭示的,混凝土楼板系统包括由中空混凝土块制成的多个平行混凝土横梁,用以减轻重量并接纳穿过其中的受拉索。受拉索的相对两端固定在每个中空横梁的凹入端内的端板上。横梁的两端适于紧接着基墙两侧的内侧安装。每个平行横梁的顶部适于接纳多个角形地板镶板。地板镶板紧接着该横梁的顶部互锁。
尽管有以上内容,但目前相信仍有对根据本发明的改进的加固混凝土承载结构的需求和潜在的商业市场。对这种结构应当有潜在市场,因为可通过使用不同的形状和诸如泡沫聚苯乙烯、PVC管和钢管的不同材料对特定的应用定制中空部分的体积。例如,材料的类型和形状根据横梁的负载、跨度和深度而变化。在横梁深度受到限制的情况下,可能适当的是使用钢管或管子来增加横梁的承载能力。
也可使用根据本发明改进的加固承载结构提供以下优点:由于中空区域而减轻混凝土构件的重量,由此减轻由于重量造成的挠曲运动。这还意味着水泥和钢筋的减少,且构件的惯性力矩由于致使挠度减小的插入的管或管子的增加的惯性力矩而增加。管或管子将承载部分挠曲力矩,且这取决于管材料和厚度。应用该方法的结果将提供较轻的渣重、较少的钢筋和较低的成本。此外,根据本发明的系统消除了垂横梁并使得能够在制备板之前准备钢筋并将钢筋固定到管上,且这会缩短时间并降低人工成本。
发明内容
根据本发明加固的承载结构包括外部纵向延伸混凝土承载结构件和封包在外部纵向延伸承载结构件内的内部纵向延伸中空构件。多根加固杆延伸穿过外部纵向延伸混凝土承载结构件,且多根箍筋沿内部纵向延伸中空件并围绕该中空件纵向间隔开。多根箍筋与加固杆接触并由水泥或混凝土封包在外部纵向延伸承载结构件内。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,加固承载结构包括钢加固杆和钢箍筋,钢加固杆和钢箍筋在其接触点处焊接在一起以形成与中空构件间隔开的笼状结构。

具体实施方式
现将结合图1和2描述本发明的第一实施例。如图所示,纵向延伸混凝土横梁20包括纵向延伸通道22,该纵向延伸通道22由沿横梁20的长度延伸穿过横梁20的管或管子23限定。横梁20还包括围绕管子23并与管子23接触的大量混凝土24。如图所示,横梁20具有大致矩形横截面,但是,对于特定应用也可使用其它形状。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,多根钢加固杆或钢筋杆26沿横梁20的长度延伸。例如,三根纵向延伸加固杆26设置在横梁20的下侧,而两根加固杆26设置在横梁20的上侧。如图2中更清楚所示的,多根钢箍筋28或环沿横梁20的长度间隔开并通过一部分混凝土24与管或管子23分开。如图2所示,钢加固杆和钢箍筋在其接触点焊接在一起以形成笼架或骨架。
本发明的第二实施例示在图3中并与本发明的第一实施例类似。例如,混凝土横梁20具有大致矩形横截面和中空通道,中空通道诸如延伸穿过横梁20的长度的聚氯乙烯(PVC)管23。但是,在本发明的该实施例中,与本发明第一实施例中的圆形钢箍筋28不同,钢箍筋38具有矩形形状。本发明的第二实施例还包括五根纵向延伸钢加固杆26,两根加固杆设置在横梁20的上部,而三根加固杆设置在横梁的下部。如图所示,加固杆26设置成矩形环或箍筋38的每个角部一根加固杆,且另一根杆26在底部设置在下部的另两根钢杆26之间。
图4示出本发明的第三实施例,其中横梁20具有大致矩形形状的矩形环或箍筋38和多根纵向延伸加固杆26,多根纵向延伸加固杆26在其接触点以相同方式焊接到箍筋38并如本发明的第三实施例中那样定位。本发明的第二与第三实施例之间的区别在于纵向延伸中空通道32。与本发明的第一和第二实施例中的PVC管不同,中空通道32由具有大致矩形横截面的钢管38限定。
本发明的第四实施例示出在图5中,其中横梁20基本上类似于本发明的第三实施例。但是,在本发明的第四实施例中,中空通道由塑料管22或钢管33限定并由诸如矩形或圆形聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、聚苯乙烯泡沫件的纵向延伸轻质固体结构42代替。
根据本发明第五实施例的加固混凝土板示出在图6中。混凝土板50限定具有第一厚度的混凝土基部52或楼板。如图所示,如本领域的普通技术人员清楚理解的那样,楼板或基部52可包括以常规方式分散的多根钢加固杆54。板50还包括多个平行的一体支承件60。如图所示,支承件60在混凝土基部或楼板52下方向下延伸,并具有约2倍楼板厚度的厚度。
每个内部支承件60包括由中空PVC管限定的纵向延伸中空通道22。如图所示,支承件60包括本发明第二实施例的结构。更具体来说,每个支承件60包括多根纵向延伸加固杆26、矩形环或箍筋38以及由塑料管23限定的中空通道22。包括楼板52和支承件60的混凝土板50在塑料或木质模65内形成并搁置在诸如钢纵梁的地基66上。
尽管已结合其较佳实施例描述了本发明,但应当认识到可对其进行改变和更改而不偏离所附权利要求书的范围。
Claims (14)
1.一种加固承载结构,包括:
外部纵向延伸混凝土承载结构件和封包在所述外部纵向延伸承载结构件内的内部纵向延伸中空件;
多根加固杆,所述加固杆延伸穿过所述外部纵向延伸混凝土承载结构件;以及
多根箍筋,所述箍筋沿所述内部纵向延伸中空构件并围绕所述中空构件纵向间隔开,与所述加固杆接触并由所述外部纵向延伸承载结构件封包。
2.如权利要求1所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述加固杆和所述箍筋是金属。
3.如权利要求2所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述加固杆和所述箍筋由钢制成。
4.如权利要求2所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述多根加固杆和所述箍筋在其接触点处连结在一起。
5.如权利要求4所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述加固杆和所述箍筋在其接触点处焊接在一起。
6.如权利要求4所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述外部纵向延伸混凝土承载结构件具有矩形横截面。
7.如权利要求5所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述内部纵向延伸中空件包括钢管。
8.如权利要求5所述的加固承载结构,其特征在于,所述内部纵向延伸中空件是塑料管。
9.一种加固混凝土板,包括:
混凝土楼板,所述混凝土楼板具有长度、宽度和厚度,且多个平行的一体支承件或横梁沿第一方向跨越所述楼板延伸并从其向下延伸且厚度大于所述楼板的厚度,且每个所述支承件包括外部纵向延伸承载结构件和封包在所述一体支承件内的内部纵向延伸中空件;以及
多根纵向延伸加固杆和多根箍筋,所述加固杆延伸穿过所述支承件,且所述箍筋围绕所述内部纵向延伸中空件沿所述中空件纵向间隔开并与所述加固杆接触并封包在所述支承件内。
10.一种加固混凝土板,包括:
混凝土楼板,所述混凝土楼板具有长度、宽度和厚度,且多个平行的一体支承件或横梁沿第一方向跨越所述楼板并在所述楼板下方延伸并从其向下延伸,且沿向下方向的厚度等于所述楼板厚度的约两倍,每个所述支承件包括封包在所述支承件内的内部纵向延伸中空件;
第一多根钢加固杆、第二多根钢加固杆以及多根箍筋,所述第一多根钢加固杆在平坦楼板部分内,所述第二多根钢加固杆纵向延伸穿过所述支承件,所述多根箍筋沿所述中空件纵向间隔开并围绕所述中空件,且每根所述箍筋与所述第二多根钢加固杆接触并焊接到所述第二多根钢加固杆以形成围绕所述中空件的笼架结构。
11.如权利要求10所述的加固混凝土板,其特征在于,所述中空件是塑料管。
12.如权利要求10所述的加固混凝土板,其特征在于,所述中空件是钢管。
13.如权利要求12所述的加固混凝土板,其特征在于,所述中空件具有矩形横截面。
14.如权利要求10所述的加固混凝土板,其特征在于,所述中空件填充有塑料泡沫。
