Abstract

【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种具有金属片的电连接器。
【背景技术】
通常,电连接器包括设于绝缘本体内的多排导电端子及遮蔽于绝缘本体外侧用于屏蔽的金属壳体。这种电连接器广泛运用于电脑,工作站和其他连接信号传输线的电子办公室设备。在这种电连接器中,金属壳体防止电磁噪音进入电连接器,但它不能解决导电端子之间的信号串扰问题。
因此,需要提供一种能克服上述问题的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器,其能解决导电端子之间的信号串扰问题。
本发明提供一种解决上述问题的技术方案:一种电连接器包括遮蔽壳体、组装于遮蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、至少两排固定于绝缘本体内的导电端子及嵌设于绝缘本体的金属片,绝缘本体具有对接面和垂直于对接面的安装面,金属片位于各组导电端子之间,该金属片从对接面延伸到安装面,包括至少一个延伸出安装面的尾部。
本发明还提供一种解决上述问题的技术方案:一个电连接器组件,其包括第一电连接器及第二电连接器,第一电连接器包括遮蔽壳体、组装于遮蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、至少两排固定于绝缘本体内的导电端子及金属片,该绝缘本体具有对接面和垂直于对接面的安装面,金属片固定于绝缘本体且位于两排导电端子之间,第二电连接器包括金属壳体、位于金属壳体内的至少两个对接板及金属片,该金属片位于两个对接板之间,第一和第二电连接器相互对接,第一电连接器的金属片从对接面延伸到安装面,且包含至少一个延伸出安装面的尾部,当第一和第二电连接器对接时,第一电连接器的金属片与第二电连接器的金属片形成电连接。
相较于现有技术,本发明设置金属片能减小导电端子之间的信号串扰。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2,电连接器组合100包含第一电连接器200和第二电连接器300。第一电连接器200安装于电路板400,第二电连接器300与一线缆500相连。
请参阅图4及图5,安装于电路板400的第一电连接器200包括一个金属遮蔽壳体21、组装于遮蔽壳体21内的绝缘本体22和安装于绝缘本体22的四排自上而下的端子23a、23b、23c、23d。第一排和第二排导电端子23a、23b设置于上绝缘块234a,第三排和第四排导电端子23c、23d设置于下绝缘块234b,两个绝缘块234相互分离。导电端子23的接触部分231成悬臂状,尾部232嵌设于绝缘块234且部分突伸出绝缘块234。绝缘本体22具有对接面222和垂直于对接面222的安装面223。结合图6,成型于绝缘块234的导电端子23插设于绝缘本体22中,其包括分别突伸于对接槽224内的两排接触部231,第一排和第二排导电端子23a、23b的接触部231突伸于上面的对接槽224a,第三排和第四排导电端子23c、23d的接触部231突伸于下面的对接槽224b。尾部232向后且向下延伸到安装面223,以焊接于电路板400的通孔中。
上下排列的对接槽224a、224b之间设有间隔壁221。间隔壁221前端具有向前开口的收容槽225,该收容槽225形成在间隔壁221上并沿水平方向延伸。金属片24从对接面222延伸至安装面223,具有收容槽225的宽度,其底端设有多个延伸出安装面223的尾部241,该金属片24沿上、下方向的截面的形状与导电端子23的形状相对应。参见图6,该金属片24嵌设于两块绝缘块234a、234b之间的绝缘本体22中,且该金属片24前端242暴露于收容槽225,尾部241延伸至绝缘本体22的安装面223。导电垫26收容在形成于绝缘本体对接面222的收容槽225中,该导电垫26的两侧分别设有开口槽261,金属片24的前端242插入且固定在导电垫26的一侧开口槽内,形成电连接。金属片24的尾部241与导电端子尾部232相似,用于与电路板400接地线路形成电连接,从而防止上面两排导电端子23a和23b与下面两排导电端子23c和23d之间的串扰。
参见图6,具有导电端子23的绝缘本体22位于金属壳体21后端,形成连接器本体25。而金属壳体21的前端则设置有两个弹性件27,其具有向内弯曲的弹性指271。参见图4,这两个弹性部27形成框状夹住遮蔽壳体21的前端,弹性指271向后延伸到遮蔽壳体21内部。
参见图2和图3,与第一连接器200相对接的第二电连接器300包括两个位于金属壳31内的对接板33a、33b。特别参见图3,第二电连接器300进一步包括一个收容于绝缘本体22内,位于两个对接板33a、33b之间金属片32,该金属片32平行于对接板33a、33b且略短于对接板33a、33b。
图3显示了两个电连接器的配合。第一和第二电连接器200、300相互对接,其中对接板33a、33b插进对接槽224a、224b从而与导电端子的接触部相接触,其中对接板33a与对应的导电端子23a、23b形成电连接,对接板33b与对应的导电端子23c、23d形成电连接。金属片34插入导电垫26的另一侧开口槽中,因此两个金属片通过导电垫26形成电连接。
第一电连接器200的金属片24和第二电连接器300的金属片32形成电连接,由此减小上绝缘块234a的导电端子23a、23b与下绝缘块234b的导电端子23c、23d之间的串扰。在第一电连接器200的金属片24与第二电连接器300的金属片32之间的电连接通过导电垫26实现。
图7至图9是本发明的第二实施例,其第一电连接器200’与第一实施例的第一电连接器200相似,其不同点在于电连接器200’的金属片24’的前端设有若干弯折而平行于对接面222’的弹性部243’,且该弹性部243’位于绝缘本体22’的收容槽225’中。当第一电连接器200’和第二电连接器300’对接时,第一电连接器222’的弹性部243’弹性的抵压于第二电连接器300’的金属片34’。因此,电连接形成于金属片24’和金属片34’之间,这样减小上绝缘块的导电端子23a、23b与下绝缘块的导电端子23c、23d之间的串扰。

Claims (8)

1.一种电连接器,其包括遮蔽壳体、组装于遮蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、至少两排固定于绝缘本体内的导电端子及嵌设于绝缘本体的金属片,绝缘本体具有对接面和垂直于对接面的安装面,金属片位于各排导电端子之间,其特征在于:金属片从对接面延伸到安装面,该金属片包含至少一个延伸出安装面的尾部,该电连接器进一步包括一个导电垫,该导电垫收容在形成于绝缘本体对接面的收容槽中,且与金属片形成电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:导电垫的两相对侧面分别设有开口槽,金属片的前端插入且固定在导电垫一侧的开口槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体具有两个上、下排列的对接槽,导电端子包括分别突伸于对接槽内的两排接触部,对接槽之间设有间隔壁,上述收容槽形成在间隔壁上并沿水平方向延伸。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体在对接面处形成有收容槽,金属片的前端设有位于收容槽内的弹性部。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:金属片的前端设有若干弯折而平行于对接面的弹性部。
6.如权利要求1或3或5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:金属片沿上、下方向的截面的形状与导电端子的形状相对应。
7.一个电连接器组件,其包括第一电连接器及第二电连接器,第一电连接器包括遮蔽壳体、组装于遮蔽壳体内的绝缘本体、至少两排固定于绝缘本体内的导电端子及金属片,该绝缘本体具有对接面和垂直于对接面的安装面,金属片固定于绝缘本体且位于两排导电端子之间,第二电连接器包括金属壳体、位于金属壳体内的至少两个对接板及金属片,该金属片位于两个对接板之间,第一和第二电连接器相互对接,其特征在于:第一电连接器的金属片从对接面延伸到安装面,且包含至少一个延伸出安装面的尾部,当第一和第二电连接器对接时,第一电连接器的金属片与第二电连接器的金属片形成电连接,该电连接器进一步包括一个导电垫,该导电垫收容在形成于绝缘本体对接面的收容槽中,且与金属片形成电连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:绝缘本体在对接面处形成有收容槽,金属片的前端设有若干弯折而平行于对接面的弹性部,且该弹性部位于收容槽内。
