Abstract

一种显示器高度调节装置包括形成有容置腔的基座、升降件及卡擎件。升降件容置在容置腔内并且能够在容置腔中移动,所述升降件与一显示器相连接,升降件包括多个卡合槽,所述卡擎件连接于所述基座并且能够相对于基座移动,所述卡擎件能卡持于其中任一卡合槽内将升降件定位于需要的位置。上述显示器高度调节装置的升降件可在容置腔内移动并可被定位于各用户所需高度,从而满足各用户的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器高度调节装置。
背景技术
现有的显示器装置的显示器只能相对底座转动来调节显示器的角度,但身高不同的用户使用同一显示器装置时,显示器需要处在不同的高度,才能使得各用户平视显示器,给各用户舒适感。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种显示器高度调节装置。
一种显示器高度调节装置,包括形成有容置腔的基座,所述显示器高度调节装置还包括升降件及卡擎件,升降件容置在容置腔内并且能够在容置腔中移动,所述升降件与一显示器相连接,升降件包括多个卡合槽,所述卡擎件连接于所述基座并且能够相对于基座移动,所述卡擎件能卡持于其中任一卡合槽内将升降件定位于需要的位置。
上述显示器高度调节装置的升降件可在容置腔内移动并可被定位于各用户所需高度,从而满足各用户的需求。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,显示器高度调节装置10包括形成有容置腔22的基座20、升降件40及卡擎件60。显示器80转动地安装于升降件40的顶端,使得显示器80的观看角度得以调节。升降件40可移动地容置在容置腔22内。升降件40包括多个卡合槽42,卡擎件60卡持于一卡合槽42内,用于定位升降件40。
请同时参阅图2及图3,基座20包括底座24、固定于底座24上的第一壳体26及固定于第一壳体26上的第二壳体28。第一壳体26形成有容纳腔30,第二壳体28容置于容纳腔30内,容置腔22形成于第二壳体28上。第一壳体26及第二壳体28上分别形成有与卡合槽42相对的定位孔32、通孔34。定位孔32内包括连接定位孔32相对两侧的转轴36。第二壳体28上还形成有位于通孔34下方的盲孔38及沿其高度方向延伸的滑动槽21。第二壳体28的边缘包括两耳部23,两耳部23采用热熔方式固定于第一壳体26的边缘上。在本实施方式中,第二壳体28大致为盒状体,两耳部23位于第二壳体28两相对侧的边缘上,通孔34、滑动槽21分别位于另两相对侧面上。
升降件40包括本体44、固定于本体44的底端的两固定轴48及两盘簧50。显示器80可转动地固定于本体44的顶端,卡合槽42形成于本体44上。本体44大致呈立方体,包括固定于其相对两侧的两固定片46及定位销47,固定片46两端各形成有固定孔(图未标),固定轴48固定于两固定片46上相对的固定孔中。定位销47滑动地容置于滑动槽21,用于限定升降件40移动的距离。在本实施方式中,定位销47位于其中一固定片46上。两盘簧50分别套设于两固定轴48上,两盘簧50的自由端采用热熔方式固定于两耳部23上,用于对升降件40提供推力。
卡擎件60包括卡合件62及弹性件64。卡合件62通过转轴36转动地容置于定位孔32内。卡合件62一端形成有勾部66,勾部66穿过通孔34,卡持于卡合槽42内,将升降件40定位。弹性件64一端容置于盲孔38内,另一端抵持于卡合件62,用于对卡合件62的一端施加推力,使勾部66紧紧地卡合于卡合槽42内。
请同时参阅图3及图4,需要调节显示器80相对于桌面的高度时,用户按压卡合件62,使弹性件64压缩,卡合件62脱离卡合槽42,此时用户可将显示器80向上拉升或向下按压至所需高度,然后释放卡合件62,卡合件62在弹性件64的弹力作用下绕转轴36转动并与卡合槽42卡合,使显示器80定位于所需高度。其中,在拉升显示器80时,由于盘簧50的推力,用户可施加较小的力即可移动该显示器80,从而降低用户的劳动强度。
在此实施方式中,卡合槽42呈锯齿状,勾部66上端面形成有与卡合槽42的斜面匹配的楔形面65,用户在向下调节显示器80高度时,不需按压卡合件62,可直接向下按压显示器80,楔形面65受到该卡合槽42的斜面的推动,,使得勾部66向外移动而与一卡合槽42脱离,直至用户不再向下推显示器80而使得勾部66再次卡合于另一卡合槽42中。
上述显示器高度调节装置10的升降件40可在容置腔22内移动并可被定位于各用户所需高度,从而满足各用户的需求。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种显示器高度调节装置,包括形成有容置腔的基座,其特征在于:所述显示器高度调节装置还包括升降件及卡擎件,升降件容置在容置腔内并且能够在容置腔中移动,所述升降件与一显示器相连接,升降件包括多个卡合槽,所述卡擎件连接于所述基座并且能够相对于基座移动,所述卡擎件能卡持于其中任一卡合槽内将升降件定位于需要的位置,所述升降件包括本体、固定于本体一端的固定轴及套设于固定轴上的盘簧,所述盘簧的自由端固定于基座上,用于对升降件提供推力。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器高度调节装置,其特征在于:本体包括固定于其相对两侧的两固定片,固定片两端各形成有固定孔,固定轴固定于两固定片上相对的固定孔中。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示器高度调节装置,其特征在于:所述基座包括形成有容纳腔的第一壳体及容置于容纳腔内并固定于第一壳体上的第二壳体,所述容置腔形成于第二壳体上。
