Abstract

本发明提供一种支座,用于支撑一显示器。所述支座包括一底座、一导柱和一内导杆。所述底座顶端形成有凹陷,在凹陷的壁上形成有若干沿圆周方向呈放射性分布的第一定位槽。所述导柱底端位于凹陷中并通过一旋转轴和底座连接,底端安装有对应于所述第一定位槽的第一弹性卡头,导柱顶端形成有导杆槽,导杆槽内壁上形成有若干沿导杆槽长度方向排列的第二定位槽。所述内导杆位于导杆槽内,可沿导杆槽滑动且不可脱离导杆槽,内导杆上安装有对应于所述第二定位槽的第二弹性卡头。该支座可作大范围的角度调整和高度调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器的支座。
背景技术
显示器,例如液晶显示器,一般通过一个支座安装于桌面上,并且可旋转以适应不同的需要。然而,该显示器一般只能绕一根轴作小范围的旋转,调整范围有限。而且,显示器的高度一般是不可调整的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种支座,其可以作高度调整和大范围的角度调整。
所述支座,包括一底座、一导柱和一内导杆。所述底座顶端形成有凹陷,在凹陷的壁上形成有若干沿圆周方向呈放射性分布的第一定位槽。所述导柱底端位于凹陷中并通过一旋转轴和底座连接,底端安装有对应于所述第一定位槽的第一弹性卡头,导柱顶端形成有导杆槽,导杆槽内壁上形成有若干沿导杆槽长度方向排列的第二定位槽。所述内导杆位于导杆槽内,可沿导杆槽滑动且不可脱离导杆槽,内导杆上安装有对应于所述第二定位槽的第二弹性卡头。每一第一弹性卡头和第二弹性卡头分别包括一弹簧和一卡头。
所述导柱可绕底座作大范围旋转,所述内导杆可沿导杆槽滑动,从而该支座可作大范围的角度调整和高度调整。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,其揭示了本发明一优选实施方式的支座20,该支座20用于支撑一显示器10。该支座20包括一底座30、一导柱40及一内导杆50。
请参考图2、图3,底座30的截面成T型,包括一面积较大的底板31及一从底板31向上延伸的立柱32。立柱32顶端形成有凹陷33。在凹陷33两侧的壁34上形成有沿圆周方向呈放射性分布的第一定位槽37。
导柱40的一端为旋转头41,另一端形成有长条形的导杆槽42。在导杆槽42两侧的内壁上形成有若干沿导杆槽42的长度方向排列的第二定位槽43(请参考图4)。
内导杆50上形成有行程槽51。内导杆50的一端是显示器安装部52。
该支座20还包括第一弹性卡头60、第二弹性卡头63、卡片66、旋转轴67、及卡圈69。在本实施方式中,第一弹性卡头60包括弹簧61和卡头62,第二弹性卡头63包括弹簧64和卡头65。弹簧61、64使得弹性卡头60、63具有弹性。在其他实施方式中,弹性卡头60、63也可由弹性材料制成,从而省略弹簧。
请一并参考图4、图5,当安装时,首先,将第一弹性卡头60安装于旋转头41上的盲孔44内,将旋转头41伸入凹陷33内,使得第一弹性卡头60与第一定位槽37配合;将旋转轴67穿过底座30上的孔35及旋转头41上的孔45,从而连接底座30及导柱40,将卡圈69安装于旋转轴67的两头,防止旋转轴67从底座30上脱落。
然后,将第二弹性卡头63安装于内导杆50上的盲孔53内,将内导杆50伸入导柱40的导杆槽42内,使得弹性卡头63与第二定位槽43配合;将卡片66置于内导杆50的行程槽51内,并通过螺钉68固定于导柱40上,从而完成该支座20的组装。
最后,可通过本领域人员熟知的方式,将显示器10可转动的安装于内导杆50的显示器安装部52上(参考图1)。
当使用时,可通过旋转导柱40调节显示器10的角度及高度。当导柱40转动时,第一弹性卡头60在第一定位槽37之间滑动;当导柱40停止转动时,第一弹性卡头60和某第一定位槽37配合,将导柱40固定在该转动位置。
可通过滑动内导杆50调节显示器10的高度。当内导杆50滑动时,第二弹性卡头63在多个第二定位槽43之间滑动,同时内导杆50的行程槽51相对卡片66运动,当内导杆50滑动至最高点时,卡片66卡住行程槽51的底端,从而阻止内导杆50从导杆槽42内滑出。当内导杆50不再滑动时,第二弹性卡头63和某第二定位槽43配合,将内导杆50固定在该滑动位置。
除此外,还可通过转动显示器10调节其角度。由于该方式和现有技术相同,在此不作详细描述。
本发明不限于本实施方式所限定的,例如,导杆槽42的截面呈T字型,具有尺寸较小的出口,内导杆50的截面呈T字型,具有尺寸较大的底端,内导杆50的底端的尺寸大于导杆槽42的出口的尺寸。当内导杆50滑动至最高点时,内导杆50的底端无法通过导杆槽42的出口,从而内导杆50不能滑出导杆槽42。

Claims (9)

1.一种支座,其特征在于,包括:
一底座,底座顶端形成有凹陷,在凹陷的壁上形成有若干沿圆周方向呈放射性分布的第一定位槽;
一导柱,导柱底端位于凹陷中并通过一旋转轴和底座可转动的连接,该底端安装有对应于所述第一定位槽的第一弹性卡头,导柱顶端形成有导杆槽,导杆槽内壁上形成有若干沿导杆槽长度方向排列的第二定位槽;及
一内导杆,其位于导杆槽内,可沿导杆槽滑动且不可脱离导杆槽,内导杆上安装有对应于所述第二定位槽的第二弹性卡头。
2.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:所述内导杆上形成有行程槽,所述导柱上安装有卡片,卡片位于行程槽中并和行程槽配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:所述底座包括一底板及一从底板向上延伸的立柱,所述凹陷形成于立柱顶端。
4.如权利要求3所述的支座,其特征在于:所述底座的截面呈T型。
5.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:所述旋转轴两端安装有卡圈。
6.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:所述内导杆包括一显示器安装部。
7.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:所述导杆槽的截面呈T字型,具有尺寸较小的出口,内导杆的截面呈T字型,具有尺寸较大的底端,内导杆的底端的尺寸大于导杆槽的出口的尺寸。
8.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:该第一弹性卡头及该第二弹性卡头之任一个包括一弹簧和一卡头。
9.如权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于:该第一弹性卡头及该第二弹性卡头之任一个由弹性材料制成。
