Abstract

本发明公开一种内墙装饰用板材,特别是一种建筑内墙装饰轻质仿材板。包括:蜂窝纸板、防水保护层和板材加强面层。防水保护层将蜂窝纸板完全裹覆、封闭,板材加强面层在防水保护层外侧与防水保护层粘结成一体,制成轻质板材。蜂窝纸板具有稳定的六边形结构,其承压能力与隔音性能良好;防水保护层具有良好的防水性能和粘接亲和性;板材加强面层采用环保型材料,具有隔热、阻燃和外观装饰定型作用。制成后的轻质板材密度极小、单位比重极轻,并具有隔音、隔热、阻燃、防水和环保的良好性能。

内墙装饰轻质仿材板
技术领域:
本发明公开一种内墙装饰用板材,特别是建筑内墙装饰轻质仿材板。 
背景技术:
现有技术中,有利用各种材料制成的内墙装饰板:有利用石膏与纤维织物制成的石膏装饰板,有PVC塑料装饰板,有EPS聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料复合装饰板,有GRC玻璃纤维水泥板,有纤维硅酸钙板,有玻镁防火板,等等。这些类型的内墙装饰板都各有优缺点和各自的适用范围。目前,市场上尚缺少一种用单一蜂窝纸板作为芯料的轻质仿材装饰用板。 
发明内容:
本发明意在提供一种制作工艺简单,重量极轻,外观质感强,且具有隔音、隔热、防水、阻燃性能好的环保型内墙装饰轻质仿材板。 
本发明内墙装饰轻质板材,其特征是:轻质板材由蜂窝纸板(1)、防水保护层(2)和板材加强面层(3)构成,防水保护层(2)将蜂窝纸板(1)完全裹覆、封闭,在防水保护层(2)外侧有或者一层板材加强面层(3),板材加强面层(3)与防水保护层(2)通过粘结构成一体,制成轻质板材。 
所述蜂窝纸板(1)是由一块或者由多块不同厚度的蜂窝纸板叠加粘合组成。 
所述蜂窝纸板(1)外侧粘贴有防水保护层(2),防水保护层(2)将整块蜂窝纸板(1)裹覆并密封。 
板材加强面层(3)通过粘结方式固定在防水保护层(2)外侧,构成一体, 
所述防水保护层(2)是成品覆膜或者是涂覆浆料。 
所述板材加强面层(3)是仿真覆膜、质感涂料、仿金属氟碳板或仿金属薄板。 
本发明蜂窝纸板具有稳定的六边形结构,其承压能力与隔音性能良好。防水保 护层既对蜂窝纸板具有良好的防水保护性能,又与其外层的板材加强面层有良好的粘接亲和性。板材最外面的板材加强面层采用环保型材料,且具有隔音、阻燃、外观质感强的特点。 
本发明内墙装饰仿材板具有单位比重极轻、隔音、隔热、防水、阻燃、外观质感强、环保无污染等优点。

具体实施例:
轻质仿真板材包括:蜂窝纸板1、防水保护层2、板材加强面层3。防水保护层2将蜂窝纸板1完全裹覆、封闭,板材加强面层3在防水保护层2外侧与防水保护层粘结成一体,制成轻质板材。 
蜂窝纸板1可只用一块,也可由多块不同厚度的蜂窝纸板叠加粘合组成防水保护层2可以是成品覆膜,也可以是涂覆浆料。板材加强面层3可以是仿真覆膜、质感涂料、仿金属氟碳板、仿金属薄板。 
实施例1: 
按图1和图2所示。防水保护层2将蜂窝纸板1完全裹覆、封闭,板材加强面层3在防水保护层2外侧与防水保护层粘结成一体,制成轻质板材。 
本实施例中只用一块单一厚度的蜂窝纸板1。 
实施例2: 
按图3和图4所示。轻质仿材板包括:蜂窝纸板1、防水保护层2)、板材加强面层3。 
防水保护层2将蜂窝纸板1完全裹覆、封闭,板材加强面层3在防水保护层2外侧与防水保护层粘结成一体,制成轻质板材。 
本实施例中用三块不同厚度的蜂窝纸板(纸板a两块,纸板b一块)叠加粘合组成一个整块蜂窝纸板。 

Claims (5)

1.一种内墙装饰轻质板材,其特征在于轻质板材由蜂窝纸板(1)、防水保护层(2)和板材加强面层(3)构成,防水保护层(2)将蜂窝纸板(1)完全裹覆并封闭,在防水保护层(2)外侧有一层板材加强面层(3),板材加强面层(3)与防水保护层(2)通过粘结方式构成一体,制成轻质板材。
2.根据权利求要1所述的内墙装饰轻质板材,其特征是:所述蜂窝纸板(1)是由一块或者由多块不同厚度的蜂窝纸板叠加粘合组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内墙装饰轻质板材,其特征是:所述蜂窝纸板(1)外侧粘贴有防水保护层(2),防水保护层(2)将整块蜂窝纸板(1)裹覆并密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内墙装饰轻质板材,其特征是:所述防水保护层(2)是成品覆膜或者是涂覆浆料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内墙装饰轻质板材,其特征是:所述板材加强面层(3)是仿真覆膜、质感涂料、仿金属氟碳板或仿金属薄板。
