本发明公开了一种聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,该方法的制备步骤如下:将78-82质量份聚丙二醇、30-34质量份己二酸、10-14质量份二羟甲基丙酸加入反应釜中加热180℃反应30h,然后加入15-16质量份丙酮、20质量份甲苯二异氰酸酯搅拌均匀,于70℃反应5h,然后在将搅拌中加入20-30质量份碘化铵和20-25质量份石棉粉,搅拌4h,即得。本发明的产品经工业试验证明,该涂层具有良好的耐火性,耐磨性,耐湿性,耐干洗性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,属于化工涂料技术领域。
技术背景
    聚氨酯全称为聚氨基甲酸酯 ,是主链上含有重复氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子化合物的统称。它是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成。聚氨酯涂层剂是当今发展的主要种类,它的优势在于:涂层柔软并有弹性;涂层强度好,可用于很薄的涂层;涂层多孔,具有透湿和通气性能;耐磨,耐湿,耐干洗。由于聚氨酯的高性能,而被广泛应用于汽车制造、冰箱制造、交通运输、土木建筑、鞋类、合成革、织物、机电、石油化工、矿山机械、航空、医疗、农业等许多领域。 但是其易燃性,所以很容易成为安全隐患,限制了其的推广,所以需要提高制品的耐火性。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法。
    为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,该方法的制备步骤如下:将78-82质量份聚丙二醇、30-34质量份己二酸、10-14质量份二羟甲基丙酸加入反应釜中加热180℃反应30h,然后加入15-16质量份丙酮、20质量份甲苯二异氰酸酯搅拌均匀,于70℃反应5h,然后在将搅拌中加入20-30质量份碘化铵和20-25质量份石棉粉,搅拌4h,即得。
本发明的产品经工业试验证明,该涂层具有良好的耐火性,耐磨性,耐湿性,耐干洗性。
