Abstract

本发明涉及机械技术领域,具体地说是一种叶片泵的叶片结构,包括长叶片、弯折结构和短叶片。四个长叶片与四个短叶片间隔设置,四个长叶片的前端分别设有弯折结构。本发明同现有技术相比,采用长短不一的叶片并在长叶片前端增加弯折结构,使叶片泵叶片的工作容积增大,从而使叶片泵腔体内的油体被充分带动,解决了叶片泵腔体内的油体密度不均的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,具体地说是一种叶片泵的叶片结构。
背景技术
在离心力和压力的作用下,叶片泵的叶片旋转并与定子内表面形成工作容积。如果叶片泵的腔体容积过大,叶片旋转时就不能完全将叶片泵腔体内的油体充分带动。这样,会造成叶片泵腔体内的油体密度不均。因此,设计一种能够充分带动叶片泵腔体内油体的叶片结构是至关重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种能够充分带动叶片泵腔体内油体的叶片结构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明包括长叶片、弯折结构和短叶片,其特征在于:四个长叶片与四个短叶片间隔设置,四个长叶片的前端分别设有弯折结构。
本发明同现有技术相比,采用长短不一的叶片并在长叶片前端增加弯折结构,使叶片泵叶片的工作容积增大,从而使叶片泵腔体内的油体被充分带动,解决了叶片泵腔体内的油体密度不均的问题。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
参见图1,本发明包括长叶片、弯折结构和短叶片。四个长叶片1与四个短叶片3间隔设置,四个长叶片1的前端分别设有弯折结构2。
本发明在工作时,在叶片泵的带动下,长叶片1和短叶片3旋转,由于长叶片1与短叶片3的长度不同,再加上长叶片1的前端设有弯折结构2,使叶片的工作容积增加,在短叶片3和前端设有弯折结构2的长叶片1的带动下,叶片泵腔体内的油体得到充分搅拌,解决了叶片泵腔体内的油体密度不均的问题。

1.一种叶片泵的叶片结构,包括长叶片、弯折结构和短叶片,其特征在于:四个长叶片(1)与四个短叶片(3)间隔设置,四个长叶片(1)的前端分别设有弯折结构(2)。
