Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的在盖件和由塑料制成的运输容器之间的合页连接装置。
背景技术
为了提高盖件和运输容器之间的合页连接装置的机械强度通常采用金属制成的合页夹,其在较宽的凹槽中夹到合页上。该合页夹被设计成覆盖大约270°的圆弧的圆筒形套筒且具有穿孔,用以额外地利用螺栓或铆钉将夹具固定在盖件的合页体上。这种具有合页夹的合页比如在Fa.GeorgUtz AG(格奥尔格·乌茨控股股份公司)欧洲目录1999,第35页中描述。在盖件的合页体上采用金属合页夹用以形成与塑料运输容器的铰接连接的方式在诸多方面是有问题的。金属合页夹必须在安装时被保持且利用锤子压到合页体上的较宽的凹槽中。合页夹由弹簧钢制成且仅利用工具就可以再次移除。在回收这种运输容器时必须首先除去合页夹,之后才可以将其在碾磨机中碾磨。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于运输容器上的盖件的简单的以及可回收的合页连接装置,其机械稳固性与通过金属合页夹保险的合页连接装置的机械稳固性类似。
根据本发明的合页连接装置的较大优点在于,其特别容易安装、非常稳固且能够简单地更换上述类型的现有合页连接装置。

具体实施方式
在图1至4中展示了用于由塑料制成的运输容器的合页连接装置1,其具有合页体2和合页夹3。合页体2被设计成具有纵向孔5的套筒4,其中,套筒4在纵向孔5的两侧各具有一个带沟槽形凹部7的外部宽槽6。套筒4与角形连接件8连接,其是(这里未进一步示出的)运输容器的盖件的一部分。合页夹3的宽度设计得与合页体2的外部宽槽6的宽度相等并且在其两个端部具有锁止鼻9,其设计成具有锁止缘10的棒形形状。如从附图中可见,合页夹3设计成具有大约220°的圆弧的圆筒形状。该圆弧应大于180°小于270°,但特别是位于200至240的范围中,由此确保合页夹3在合页体2上的足够的夹紧。此外合页夹3具有桥形加固件11,其相对于两个端部或锁止鼻9中心设置,用以适配到纵向孔5中。此外在套筒4的自由端部还设置沟槽形凹部12,桥形加固件11可以夹入其中。因此桥形加固件11提供合页夹3的较高的稳固性以及在锁止鼻9端部上的非常好的弹性。
该合页连接装置1由与运输容器相同的塑料材料(聚乙烯或聚丙烯)制成,从而可容易地回收整个塑料容器。
由于合页体2被夹紧到容器上的端轴颈(Drehzapfen)上,因此其不是一定需要合页夹3。合页夹仅用于额外地保险盖件。合页夹3的优点在于,其可以简单地在没有工具的情况下除去且因此也可以如此除去盖件(在盖件上成形合页体3)。
对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,代替棒形锁止鼻9可以设置两个凸缘形锁止鼻。也不一定非要在合页夹3的两侧都设置锁止鼻9不可,而是可以在合页体2中设置唯一一个锁止鼻9和唯一一个凹部7就足够。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于由塑料制成的运输容器的合页连接装置(1),所述合页连接装置具有设计成带有纵向孔(5)的套筒(4)的合页体(2)以及环围套筒的合页夹(3),其中,套筒具有用于容纳合页夹的环围的外部宽槽(6),其特征在于,所述宽槽(6)至少在一个端部上具有凹部(7),并且合页夹(3)在一个端部上具有向内突起的锁止鼻(9),用以锁入凹部中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合页连接装置,其特征在于,所述宽槽(6)在两个端部具有凹部(7)以及合页夹(3)在两个端部具有锁止鼻(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的合页连接装置,其特征在于,所述凹部(7)设计成沟槽形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的合页连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁止鼻(9)设计成具有锁止缘(10)的棒形形状。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的合页连接装置,其特征在于,所述合页夹(2)设计成具有大于180°且小于270°、特别是在200°至240°之间的圆弧的圆筒形状。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的合页连接装置,其特征在于,合页夹(3)具有桥形的凹部(11),所述凹部相对于两个端部中心地设置,用以适配到合页体(2)的纵向孔(5)中。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的合页连接装置,其特征在于,合页夹(3)由塑料制成。
