技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械设备中的水冷冷却辊筒。 
背景技术
目前现有技术的冷却辊筒基本采用直流式、夹套式、双流向式的结构进行通注冷却水,以达到冷却目的。其结果是整个冷却辊筒的表面存在着温度偏差现象。本发明是在为完成解决冷却辊筒的表面均衡无温差的目的而设计的一种新型冷却辊筒。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水冷无温差冷却辊。 
本发明的目的是这样实现的:冷却辊的筒体内同心圆设计有三个腔体,分别为外腔、中腔、内腔,冷却辊的冷却水进出端口分别与中腔、内腔通联,内腔与外腔之间由阵列管道通联,中腔与外腔之间由网状通孔通联,中腔与内腔之间不直接通联,中腔与内腔分别联通两端管道接口。工作时,恒温冷却水自两端管道接口的任意一端进入冷却辊,冷却水进入到外腔时的状态是以轴心向外辐射式均衡流动进行,恒温冷却水流出外腔时的状态是以均衡向轴心汇聚的方式均衡流动进行,在外腔的外表面的温度将会保持与恒温冷却水相近的恒定的表面温度。

具体实施方式
冷却辊的筒体内同心圆设计有三个腔体,分别为外腔(4)、中腔(3)、内腔(2),冷却辊的冷却水进出端管道接口(1)分别与中腔(3)、内腔(2)通联,内腔(2)与外腔(4)之间由阵列管道通联,中腔(3)与外腔(4)之间由网状通孔通联,冷却辊外表面(5)即是外腔(4)的外壁,中腔(3)与内腔(2)之间不直接通联,中腔(3)与内腔(2)分别联通两端管道接口(1)。工作时,恒温冷却水自两端管道接口(1)的任意一端进入冷却辊,冷却水进入到外腔(4)时的状态是以轴心向外辐射式均衡流动进行,恒温冷却水流出外腔(4)时的状态是以均衡向轴心汇聚的方式均衡流动进行,在冷却辊外表面(5)的温度将会保持与恒温冷却水相近的恒定的表面温度。

1.一种水冷无温差冷却辊,其特征是:冷却辊的筒体内同心圆设计有外腔、中腔、内腔,内腔与外腔之间由阵列管道通联,中腔与外腔之间由网状通孔通联,中腔与内腔之间不直接通联,中腔与内腔分别联通两端管道接口。
