技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
上颌窦、筛窦、额窦和蝶窦的粘膜发炎统称为鼻窦炎。鼻窦炎是鼻窦粘膜的非特异性炎症，为一种鼻科常见多发病，可分为急性和慢性两类，急性化脓性鼻窦炎多继发于急性鼻炎，以鼻塞、多脓涕、头痛为主要特征；慢性化脓性鼻窦炎常继发于急性化脓性鼻窦炎，以多脓涕为主要表现，可伴有轻重不一的鼻塞、头痛及嗅觉障碍。很多患者都有过类似这样的经历：鼻子堵，到药店或者医院去买点药，点鼻子，吃药，如此反复几次，不能缓解症状，再去医院，穿刺、电烧、激光、冷冻、微波……，每次治疗后可能短期之内在一定程度上缓解一些症状，但过不了多久，仍然旧病复发，甚至有些人会越来越重，最后不得不手术治疗。但即使做了手术，有很多人仍然会复发。
中医认为，鼻窦炎的发病症型分为肺经风热型、胆府郁热型、脾经湿热型、肺脾气虚型、瘀热互结型，治疗鼻窦炎时只有对症下药才能根治该症，否则只能是治标不治本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据中医对鼻炎一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：薄荷3-9、连翘12-18、葛根18-22、升麻8-12、柴胡10-15、石菖蒲8-12、牡丹皮8-12、苍术28-32、赤芍12-18、茵陈28-32、蒲黄8-12、甘草3-8。
上述中药组合物的服用方法是按照传统煎制中药的方法取上述中药组合物药汁，每副取药汁250-350ml，每日早晚两次服用。
中医认为，脾经湿热型：证见鼻涕黄而量多，鼻塞重而持续，嗅觉差并见发热，头重如裹，体倦肢重，胸闷腹胀，食欲不振，小便黄赤，舌质红，苔黄厚腻，脉濡数或滑数。本发明所提供的中药组合物中，薄荷发散风热、清利咽喉、疏肝解郁和止痒；连翘清热解毒、散结消肿；葛根消渴、起阴气、解诸毒；升麻发表透疹、清热解毒、升举阳气；柴胡疏散退热、升阳舒肝；石菖蒲化湿开胃、开窍豁痰；牡丹皮清热凉血、活血散瘀；苍术燥湿健脾、祛风散寒；赤芍行瘀、止痛、消肿；茵陈清湿热、退黄疸；蒲黄止血、化瘀、通淋；甘草清热解毒、祛痰止咳。上述诸药合用可奏升清降浊、清除痰浊脓液，杜绝痰浊之源之效，对治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎具有良好的功效，经临床验证，该中药组合物的有效率达85%以上。

实施例1
一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：薄荷6g、连翘15g、葛根20g、升麻9g、柴胡12g、石菖蒲10g、牡丹皮10g、苍术30g、赤芍15g、茵陈30g、蒲黄10g、甘草5g。
实施例2一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：薄荷3g、连翘18g、葛根18g、升麻12g、柴胡10g、石菖蒲12g、牡丹皮8g、苍术32g、赤芍12g、茵陈32g、蒲黄8g、甘草8g。
实施例3一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料中药组合而成：薄荷9g、连翘12g、葛根22g、升麻8g、柴胡15g、石菖蒲8g、牡丹皮12g、苍术28g、赤芍18g、茵陈28g、蒲黄12g、甘草3g。
一种治疗脾经湿热型鼻窦炎的中药组合物，临床疗效如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例38例，其中男20例，女18例，年龄20～50岁，证见鼻涕黄而量多，鼻塞重而持续，嗅觉差并见发热，头重如裹，体倦肢重，胸闷腹胀，食欲不振，小便黄赤，舌质红，苔黄厚腻，脉濡数或滑数。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。一日一副，水煎两遍取汁约250-350ml，分早、晚两次服用。
三、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：症状和体征消失或基本消失；
(2)显效：症状和体征大部分好转；
(3)无效；症状和体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药7天-3月，痊愈30例，显效6例，无效2例。
五、典型病例：
病例1：
女，28岁，鼻塞重而持续，嗅觉差，头重，小便黄赤，舌质红。据其反应，每年换季时节，温度稍有变化，即发病，或者夏天坐于空调间内也易发作，每次发病后，需要1-2个月才能逐渐自愈，辗转多家医院治疗，只能减轻症状，达不到根除的效果。
服用本发明的中药组合物15天后，鼻塞症状消失，自觉头部轻松许多，继续服用半个月停药，不良症状完全消失，至今半年在再复发。
病例2：
男，42岁，患鼻窦炎已有10多年历史，每次发病时都是鼻涕量多、鼻塞、头痛、食欲不振，给患者带来极大地烦恼，经诊断，其胸闷腹胀、食欲不振、苔黄厚腻、脉濡数的症状符合脾经湿热型鼻窦炎症状。
连续服用本发明的中药组合物1个月，症状消失，巩固服用2个月，至今1年过去无再复发。
