具体实施方式
参考附图,车辆10在图1中被示意性地示出具有控制系统11。控制系统11与车辆10的各个部件经由一组控制和反馈信号(箭头31)通讯。控制系统11包括状态观察器21,其被构造为建立真实系统(譬如变速器14的离合器18)的模型,以便于使用作为控制和反馈信号(箭头31)的一部分提供的输入和输出的测量来提供所述真实系统内部状态的估计。控制系统11还包括比例积分(PI)控制器模块,其提供用于指定离合器18的PI控制功能,后文中称为离合器PI 40。
方法100(见图3)可以被实现为一组计算机可执行指令,其可以被记录在有形/非瞬时存储器上并由控制系统11的相关联硬件部件来执行,以降低换挡事件中的不连续性。这样的不连续性会在状态观察器21中不同线性状态空间方程之间切换时发生,如将在下文参考图2和3详细描述的那样。方法100的执行有助于通过将指定离合器18或其它构件的转差估计(slipestimate)紧密地保持至校准参数值来有助于平滑在状态方程之间的任何过渡或切换。
当指定离合器18主动接合时,跨离合器18测得的实际转差将接近零。在状态观察器21中,估计转差值将相似地接近零。然而,估计转差值经常会经过并超过零。当这种情况发生时,可以在状态观察器21中的不同状态方程切换的瞬间观察到扰动和不连续性。
该不连续性的发生主要是由于估计速度从一个值(该值处于指定离合器18未被锁定的范围内)跳到另一个值(该值处于离合器18被锁定的范围内)。在很多情况下,速度差可以相当大,并可以由于正时而导致扰动,所述正时即状态观察器21被指令在不同状态方程之间切换相对于接合离合器18被实际锁定的时间。控制系统11在一个实施例中可以被用作图1所示类型的混合动力电动车辆(HEV)的一部分,或替代地为增程型电动车辆(EREV)的一部分。
根据实施例,图1的车辆10可以包括内燃发动机12,其可以选择性地经由输入离合器15连接到变速器14。输入离合器15包括弹簧阻尼组件(未示出),用于在发动机12的曲轴13和变速器14的输入轴17之间的连接的阻尼。电牵引电动机16、116可以被用于输送电动机扭矩到变速器14。以由此在EV推进模式中为车辆10提供动力。这可以发生,直到到达阈值车辆速度。高于阈值速度,发动机12可以被启动并根据需要被用于输送发动机扭矩到输入轴17。
变速器14可以包括输出轴19,该输出轴连接到一组驱动轮20。变速器14可以被配置为电无极变速器(EVT:electrically variable transmission)或任意其它能够将扭矩经由输出轴19传递到驱动轮20的适合的变速器。输出轴19响应来自车辆10驾驶员的速度请求输送实际输出扭矩(箭头33)。
仍参考图1,牵引电动机16、116可以配置为约60VAC到约300VAC或更高(取决于所需设计)的多相电机(multi-phase electric machine)。每一个牵引电动机16、116都经由高压DC总线、功率逆变模块25、和高压AC总线电连接到能量存储系统(ESS)26。DC-DC逆变器(未示出)可以被用于调节到车辆上载有的12V辅助电力系统的电压。
控制系统11可以包括单个控制设备或分布联网式控制设备,提供变速器要求部分上的PI功能。控制系统11的各硬件元件都经由适当的控制通道电连接到或以其他方式设置为电通讯至发动机12、牵引电动机16和116、驱动轮20和变速器14。这样的控制通道可以包括任何必须的传输导体,其提供硬线或无线控制链接,所述硬线或无线链接适合于传输和接收用于车辆10上适当的动力流动控制以及协调的必要电信号。控制系统11还可以包括这样的额外控制模块和能力,其可以是以期望的方式在车辆10上执行所需的动力流动控制功能所必须的。
控制系统11可以包括微处理器或中央处理器单元、只读存储器(ROM)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、可电擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、高速时钟、模数(A/D)和数模(D/A)转换器电路和输入/输出电路和设备(IO),以及适当的信号调节和缓冲电路。被用作用于记录方法100的有形/非瞬时存储器可以采用很多形式,包括但并不局限于,非易失性介质和易失性介质。非易失性介质可以包括例如,光盘或磁盘和其它永久存储器。易失性介质可以包括,例如,动态随机访问存储器(DRAM),其可以构成主存储器。这样的指令可以通过一个或多个传输介质传递,所述介质包括同轴电缆、铜线和光纤,包括构成连接到计算机处理器的系统总线的线路。
参见图2,当前控制系统11经由离合器PI 40提供了PI功能,且还经由状态观察器21提供了线性空间状态观察功能。这两个术语在本领域都是公知的。控制系统11的状态观察特质包括对物理系统(诸如如图1所示的将临离合器或变速器14的其他元件)建模的能力,以使用输入输出的测量值以及通过一阶差分方程相关的状态变量提供系统的内部状态的估计。
状态观察器21输入可以包括测得的发动机速度(箭头50),相应牵引电动机16、116的速度(箭头52,54),和变速器14的实际或估计输出速度(箭头56)。状态观察器21估计各种输出值,例如发动机速度,电动机16和/或116(一个或多个)的速度,变速器速度,车轮速度,车辆速度,车轴扭矩,和阻尼器扭矩,并以依赖于变速范围的方式计算估计的离合器转差(clutch slip:离合器打滑)(箭头58)。离合器PI 40从状态观察器21接收估计的离合器转差(箭头58)并使用可存贮在存储器中并根据需要取出的校正参考离合器转差(箭头59)以闭合该特定值上的控制回路。因此,离合器PI 40的控制目标跟随校正参考离合器转差(箭头59),而非自动设定到零值。
参考离合器转差(箭头59)可以被作为对图1离合器18的速度做出描述的值的函数计算出。例如,参考离合器转差(箭头59)可以取决于指定离合器位置使用发动机速度(NE)、电动机速度(NA,NB)以及变速器输出速度(NO)的组合计算出。这适用于推导出的速度测量,即从其它测量值得到的计算值,也适用于任何离合器估计和参考值。
使用速度控制,多达两个速度可以在给定时间处被控制,例如离合器输入速度和离合器转差,当车辆10以空挡(Neutral)状态运行时两个离合器转差速度(两个速度自由度),当车辆10以Mode模式运行时仅输入速度(一个速度的自由度),或车辆10以Gear模式运行时没有受控的速度(没有速度自由度,因为速度由车辆指定)。对于每一个受控速度接收速度目标。对于阻尼和速度控制,这些速度目标被转化为上述变量NE、NA、NB和NO的校正参数值,以便于结合使用阻尼器扭矩(TDMPR)和车轴扭矩(TAXLE),以产生比例扭矩或P项。
这些参考值与速度目标直接相关。比例扭矩的计算可以如下:
PA=(K1·NE*)+(K2·NA*)+(K3·NB*)+(K4·NO*)+(K5·TDMPR*)+(K6·TAXLE*)
PB=(K7·NE*)+(K8·NA*)+(K9·NB*)+(K10·NO*)+(K11·TDMPR*)+(K12·TAXLE*)
其中PA和PB是比例或P控制项,即A和B牵引电动机(其分别为牵引电动机16和116)各自的阻尼扭矩指令,且K1-K12表示比例增益。比例增益可以被作为受控发动机速度(NE)、牵引电动机12和14各自的电动机速度(NA,NB)、用于对发动机-变速器连接进行阻尼缓冲的阻尼器扭矩(TDMPR)和车轴扭矩(TAXLE)的函数计算出。标有星号(*)的值为速度或扭矩误差值,例如NA*指电动机A/牵引电动机12的速度误差,而TAXLE*是车轴扭矩的扭矩误差。
用于图1和2的离合器PI 40的离合器转差参考值可以根据用于产生上述用于控制的误差的NE、NA、NB和NO值来计算。用于计算参考离合器(CX)的离合器转差的通用方程如下:
NCX_REF=(KE_CX·NE_REF)+(KA_CX·NA_REF)+(KB_CX·NB_REF)+(KO_CX·NO_REF)
取决于被计算的离合器转差参数,一些项将不参与,这是因为该特定项的增益为零,即在方程中使用的两个速度之间没有关系。
离合器PI 40的输出之一为离合器扭矩值(箭头60),即将给定离合器的转差估计保持在其参考值处所需的离合器扭矩,该参考值通常在换挡事件中为零或接近零。离合器扭矩值(箭头60)如所示被闭环馈送到状态观察器21。在图2中的方法允许当在锁定离合器和改变状态方程之前给定离合器的两侧被同步时,状态观察器21中的方程改变的平滑过渡。
参考图3,当关于图1所示的变速器14的指定离合器(例如离合器18)的运行而描述前方法100。离合器18可以是被识别为即将发生的换挡事件中的即临离合器的离合器。在随后的步骤中,离合器PI 40的积分器软件应该被重置或初始化,这取决于上述指定离合器是否将成为即将到来的换挡事件中的即临离合器或是待分离离合器。如果指定离合器18是即临离合器,则接收的扭矩估计被忽略直到离合器PI 40被触发。此时,离合器PI 40拾取此前留下的扭矩。例如,如果在离合器PI 40被触发之前扭矩估计达到20Nm,则离合器PI 40的积分器部分在20Nm处开始其首次计算。
如果指定离合器18是待分离离合器,则对由传动系统(driveline)动态响应部件接收的扭矩估计有贡献的所有扭矩为离合器反扭矩。这并不被认为是作用在指定离合器18上的实际扭矩。由此,离合器PI 40的积分器部分初始化到零值。当状态观察器21中的状态方程之间的切换是从给定离合器18被锁定的状态开始到离合器18未被锁定的状态时,没有额外扭矩被馈送到估计器,而离合器18仍在释放压力。该零值初始化将保持并经过覆盖压力释放过程的经校准时间。如果离合器PI 40在给定的离合器18仍在释放压力的过程中不知何故被重新触发以恢复离合器18,则离合器PI 40以零值开始。如果计时器已经表明释放阶段到期,则方法100将重新开始离合器扭矩估计的步骤,所述估计通常为零或一些小的值。
在一个实施例中,方法100在步骤102开始,其中车辆的各运行值被确定,例如发动机速度(箭头50)、电动机速度(箭头52和54)、车轴扭矩、输出速度(箭头56)、车轮速度、发动机速度等,如图2所示和如上所述。这些值被馈送到状态观察器21中,且方法100进入步骤104。
在步骤104处,状态观察器21示例性地使用来自步骤102的值确定估计的离合器转差(图2的箭头58),以作为状态观察器21中的任意估计状态的应变量。估计的离合器转差(箭头58)可以使用在图2中示出的校正参考转差值(箭头59)的闭环中被用于离合器18的指定PI模块(即离合器PI 40)根据需要来修改。
在步骤106处,用于指定离合器18的离合器PI 40可以使用来自步骤104的值来计算图2的扭矩值(箭头60)。该值是将指定离合器转差估计(即箭头58)保持为其参考值(即箭头59)或保持在距所述参考值的最大可允许范围内时所必须的。
在步骤108处,如图2所示的扭矩值(箭头60),被反馈到状态观察器21,并被用作状态观察器21的输入。以这样的方式,指定离合器的离合器PI 40被用作状态观察器21的输入,以便于将任何在参考离合器转差值(箭头59)和估计离合器转差(箭头58)之间的误差保持为零或接近零。该误差水平被保持到状态观察器21被告知要在状态方程之间切换。从而,无论何时状态观察器21最终在状态方程之间切换,都能得到更平滑的过渡。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于优化车辆中的换挡事件的方法,该方法包括:
在执行换挡事件之前指定离合器,该离合器在换挡事件中被用作即临离合器或待分离离合器;
通过状态观察器处理多个输入值,以由此确定所述指定离合器的估计转差速度,作为状态观察器的输出值;
使用用于所述指定离合器的比例积分控制模块(离合器PI)来对来自所述状态观察器的估计离合器转差的控制回路进行闭环,由此平滑所述状态观察器中状态空间方程之间的切换;并
执行所述换挡事件。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中执行所述换挡事件包括在锁定指定离合器之前及在不同状态空间方程之间切换之前,使所述指定离合器的输入和输出侧同步。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中使用所述离合器PI来对控制回路进行闭环包括使用所述离合器PI处理估计转差速度和校正的参考离合器转差值。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述车辆包括发动机、牵引电动机、和变速器,且其中通过状态观察器处理多个输入值包括计算作为发动机速度、电动机速度和变速器输出速度的函数的估计滑动转差。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
使用所述离合器PI产生指定离合器的扭矩值,其中所述扭矩值描述了在所述换挡事件中保持所述估计转差速度所需的扭矩量;
馈送所述扭矩值到所述状态观察器,作为多个输入值中的一个。
6.一种车辆,包括:
变速器;
发动机;
牵引电动机;以及
控制系统,包括状态观察器和用于所述变速器中指定离合器的比例积分(PI)离合器控制模块(离合器PI),其中所述控制系统被配置为用于:
使用所述状态观察器确定所述指定离合器的估计离合器转差值;
使用所述离合器PI确定作为所述估计离合器转差值和参考转差值的函数的扭矩值,其中所述扭矩值是将所述估计离合器转差值保持在所述参考滑动值的校正范围内所必须的扭矩量;
从所述离合器PI传输所述扭矩值到所述状态观察器;
执行所述换挡事件,包括使用所述扭矩值来在状态方程改变期间降低来自所述状态观察器的估计离合器转差值中的不连续性。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆,其中所述控制系统被配置为当所述指定离合器是即临离合器时以一种方式初始化离合器PI,而当所述指定离合器是待分离离合器时以另一种方式初始化离合器PI。
8.如权利要求6所述的车辆,其中该组参考值包括以下至少一个:发动机速度、每一个牵引电动机的电动机速度、以及变速器输出速度。
9.如权利要求6所述的车辆,其中所述控制系统被配置为用于通过在锁定指定离合器之前和在不同状态空间方程之间切换之前使所述指定离合器的输入和输出侧同步,来部分执行换挡事件。
10.如权利要求6所述的车辆,其中所述控制系统被配置为使用离合器PI处理所述估计转差速度和经校正参考离合器转差值。
