本发明提供一种签字的笔迹具唯一性、艺术性、观赏性的新签字笔——防伪签字笔 
背景技术：
古今中外，一只笔签的字都是一条笔迹、一种颜色，其缺陷共识：容易仿冒(给当事人造成损失)；缺艺术性、观赏性。 
社会及经济交往、公务或旅行外出……人们签字的次数渐多，仿冒签字侵害的案件时有发生。探索、发明可靠地维护当事人利益的新签字笔，非常且急切需要。 
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题及其目的是：提供一种签字的笔迹具唯一性、艺术性、观赏性的新签字笔——一种防伪签字笔，可靠地维护当事人的利益及社会良序。 
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案实现的： 
一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：笔管(1)的尖端制作露出二只笔芯尖的孔(2)或露出多只笔芯尖的孔，笔管内排齐或略斜装配二或多只笔芯：拟在笔管内装配硬笔尖笔芯和或软笔尖笔芯；拟在笔管内装配一只笔迹粗的主笔芯和一只笔迹细的副笔芯；拟在笔管内装配一只主色黑色的笔芯和一只副色灰色的笔芯；可在副笔芯的根部装配弹簧，使副笔芯签的字迹活跃而有别于主笔芯签字的笔迹。 
用这种笔签字，二只笔尖一齐写在纸上，签的字呈现二条笔迹，加之各人 对字的写法、执笔的角度、下笔的轻重都有差异，签的字具唯一性。 
为开拓这种防伪签字笔的用途：拟在笔管内并排几支各种颜色的笔芯，让爱好美术的人士创作梦幻的多彩的作品。 
实施这种防伪签字笔，其优点及有益效果显然、显著：用这种笔签字的笔迹，突破了已有笔签字一条笔迹的模式而呈现二条或多条笔迹且主笔芯的笔迹与副笔芯的笔迹及颜色有差异，加之各人对字的写法、执笔的角度、下笔的轻重都有差异，签的字具唯一性、艺术性、观赏性；是仿冒签字者的克星；能够可靠地维护当事人的利益和社会良序；减省政、法资源；发展“中国(创)造”这种笔，为全世界所有会写字的人造福！

具体实施方式：
一种防伪签字笔，笔管(1)的尖端制作露出二只笔芯尖的孔(2)，笔管内排齐装配二只笔芯：笔管内装配一只笔迹粗的主笔芯和一只笔迹细的副笔芯；主笔芯写的字为黑色，副笔芯写的字为灰色；副笔芯的根部装配弹簧，使副笔芯签的字迹活跃而有别于主笔芯签字的笔迹。

1.一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：笔管(1)的尖端制作露出二只笔芯尖的孔(2)或露出多只笔芯尖的孔，笔管内排齐或略斜装配二或多只笔芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：拟在笔管内装配硬笔尖笔芯和或软笔尖笔芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：拟在笔管内装配一只笔迹粗的主笔芯和一只笔迹细的副笔芯。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：拟在笔管内装配一只主色黑色的笔芯和一只副色灰色的笔芯。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：可在副笔芯的根部装配弹簧，使副笔芯签的字迹活跃而有别于主笔芯签字的笔迹。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种防伪签字笔，其特征是：拟在笔管内并排几支各种颜色的笔芯。
