本实用新型所要解决的技术问题及其目的是：提供一种写的字呈双笔迹具唯一性、艺术性、观赏性的新型笔——笔迹具唯一性的钢笔、蘸水笔。

笔迹具唯一性的钢笔、蘸水笔，其特征是：这种钢笔(1)、蘸水笔装配的笔尖是双笔尖(2)或两个笔尖或多个笔尖。这种笔的笔尖拟同样粗细、同样高低；这种笔可拟一稍粗的笔尖为主笔尖，一略细的笔尖为副笔尖；这种笔的笔尖可做成一边高、一边低。 
用这种钢笔、蘸水笔写字，其同样高低的双笔尖写在纸上与执笔稍斜让略低的笔尖和较高的笔尖一齐写在纸上所写的字呈现两条笔迹，加之各人对字的写法及运笔方法、下笔轻重差异，如是写的字具唯一性，尤适于公务、私事签字以防伪，美术书法以创新。
