Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对虾养殖用复合免疫促长添加剂。
背景技术
免疫促长剂作为一种有效防控疾病的物质，在高密度对虾养殖中已得到广泛地应用。目前常用的免疫促长剂主要有合成化学剂类、微生物类衍生物、动植物提取物、维生素以及激素和乳铁蛋白等。免疫促长剂可以增强对虾对多种传染性病原的非特异性免疫反应，主要是通过激活吞噬细胞、激活酚氧化酶活力等来提高机体的抗病能力，对控制细菌性疾病(鳗弧茵、分支杆茵等)和病毒性疾病(对虾白斑病毒、鲤痘疮病毒等)有重要意义。众多研究表明，免疫促长剂的用法、用量以及类型非常值得关注，过多、过量的服用免疫增强剂会导致机体的免疫抑制。然而，许多免疫促长性物质在实际养殖过程中造成的负面影响却没有得到足够重视，而在饲料中通过调整免疫促长剂的用法用量也有诸多不便，导致其使用效果大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对虾养殖用复合免疫促长添加剂。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：
一种对虾养殖用复合免疫促长添加剂，其是由以下质量份的原料组成：酵母硒2-8份、酵母核酸50-75份、枯草芽胞杆菌20-35份、维生素C5-15份、酵母细胞壁多糖10-25份。

本发明具有如下优点：（1）作为饲料添加剂在对虾饲料中使用，添加量仅为0.1-0.3%；(2)明显增强对虾的机体免疫力，提高抗应激能力，对桃拉综合症病毒（TSV）、白斑综合症病毒（WSSV）和各类细菌性疾病等具有良好的抗病作用。（3）本发明重在营养与免疫方面，无免疫耐受现象，在对虾营养吸收、消化道微生态系统与抑菌等方面效果明显；（4）本发明所用的原料成分安全、来源稳定、价格低廉，生产工艺成熟，操作方便，可直接制粒，也可拌料投喂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明：

一种对虾养殖用复合免疫促长添加剂，其配方成分如下表1：

用本发明的原料制成添加剂的方法为：将原料粉碎至80-100目，然后在混合机中混合均匀即可，此为本领域技术人员的公知常识。
试验验证部分：
试验共设3个处理，每个处理设4个重复，每个玻璃钢桶（260L）放养30尾虾苗，平均重为0.052g。每天投喂三次，并观察对虾蜕壳、生长及时调整投饵量，养殖期间每2天换水一次，采用自然水温（25-32℃），海水盐度为25±2mg/l，整个过程连续充氧，试验周期为8周，并分别第28D、56D并计成活率（下表4中的复合免疫促长添加剂取自实施例1）。
表5显示，南美白对虾饲料中添加可促进其生长，降低饲料系数，处理1和处理2的试验末重分别较对照组提高了2.64%、6.69%；通过添加复合免疫促长添加剂，处理1和处理2的试验饲料系数分别较对照组降低了了8.70%、11.30%；其非特异性免疫指标酚氧化酶活性分别提高了19.28%、63.03%效果显著。
本发明所用的酵母核酸产自广州雅琪生物科技有限公司，产品名称：雅康宝450。本发明所用的酵母细胞壁多糖产自广州雅琪生物科技有限公司，产品名称：雅安宝500。

1.一种对虾养殖用复合免疫促长添加剂，其特征在于：其是由以下质量份的原料组成：酵母硒3份、酵母核酸52份、枯草芽胞杆菌22份、维生素C 8份、酵母细胞壁多糖15份。
