Abstract

引力能量转换装置,包括装置架、重物、载物架、组合弹簧、链条、棘轮、传动轴、飞轮、限位闩和回位弹簧。传动轴设置于装置架上,飞轮置于传动轴两端,棘轮置于传动轴上,棘轮上链条,链条的一端固定于限位闩,另一端连接于组合弹簧的一端。装置架的内侧壁同一水平面上设置有与限位闩相配合的棘爪对;回位弹簧一端固定于限位闩,另一端固定于载物架上;组合弹簧的另一端与载物架相连,载物架上设置有弹簧钢板,重物固定于弹簧钢板上。载物架下连接能量回馈器。本发明装置结构简单造价低廉,占位少,效力高,随源性能好,海上、陆上和空中,只要有引力的地方都有可使用。

引力能量转换装置与应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能源利用装置,尤其涉及引力能源的转换装置,对具有引力[重力]作用的物体在与弹性元件组合振动中的能量进行转换为机械能或液压能或气压能后加以利用。
背景技术
能源问题,尤其是环保能源(如:风能、太阳能和潮汐能等)的利用与开发是当前的突出问题,也是技术难点。其中,风能和太阳能都得以一定程度的应用,太阳能热水器也被人们日常生活广泛接受。但对于最稳定.最公平.最环保的引力能源却被歧视为巫术,永动机梦想者,科技乌托邦。甚至禁止申请专利。可喜的今天已有智士同仁在大声疾呼!给引力能源应有的地位。[见台湾省淡江大学教授徐郁辉在2011-06-07日重庆大会演讲]思想观念的转变,将改变世界。
因地球等天体之间的相对转动而产生的作用力人们称之为引力,几佰年来对它本质的认识很少,但不妨碍智士同仁对它的爱好;研究。
发明专利CN87106130公开了一种振动能转换装置,在减振弹簧交通车辆上增设有联接于车架或车管轴的碗形节杆和球形节杆,利用车架相对于车管轴的振动能转换为交通车辆动力的电能、液体压力能、气体压力能,以此代替现交通车辆用燃料或电力为动力的能量装置。本装置是通过弹簧的弹性势能经碗形节杆和球形节杆转换为其它形式的能量。
发明专利CN200810031082.0公开了一种绿色发动机,包括绿色能源生成系统和发动机系统,该绿色能源生成系统通过管道与发动机系统相连接,该绿色能源生成系统包括惯性块、谐振弹簧、油泵或空压机。本发明的发动机以机械运动时产生的振动能量,驱动油泵转换成液压能源或驱动空压机转换成气压能源,实现驱动发动机的目的,但是没有解决波动物体中的能量转换问题。
发明专利:CN201010165824.6公开了一种地心引力发电机,它包括连接发电机的动力机构,该动力机构主要包括由链条与两链轮组成的直立放置的链轮链条机构及其上设置的多个重锤构件。两链轮中心线左右侧分为下坠段与上升段,下坠段的重锤构件至链条的力臂较上升段重锤构件至该链条的力臂长。形成转动带动发电机发电。
发明专利CN200680002157.1公开了一种关于用引力发电的引力轨道或引力公路都是一头高一头低,从一个高坡到一个低波,然后从低坡向前过渡到别一个高坡,接着再从高坡到低坡....,如此高低重复不断延伸成一个圆环形引力轨道或一个直线引力轨道上产生引力发电。
目前,已知的引力能源开发设施,系统复杂、造价高、效力低、难以大规模商业化运作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能量转换装置,将振动中的引力能量转换为机械能或液压能或气压能。用作工厂电站;车间电站或家庭电站.省去了铁塔;架线;变电所。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种能量转换装置,配合以各式传动部件后能用于航行中的船舶、行驶中的车辆,飞行中的飞机作发动机或发电机。是最环保,最理想;最方便的可移动能源站。
引力能量转换装置,包括装置架、重物、载物架、组合弹簧、链条、棘轮、传动轴、飞轮、限位闩和回位弹簧。传动轴设置于装置架上,飞轮置于传动轴两端,一个以上的棘轮平行置于传动轴上,每个棘轮上有一根链条,链条的一端固定于限位闩,另一端连接于组合弹簧的一端;装置架的内侧壁同一水平面上设置有与限位闩相配合的棘爪对;回位弹簧一端固定于限位闩,另一端固定于载物架上;组合弹簧的另一端与载物架相连,载物架上设置有弹簧钢板,重物固定于弹簧钢板上。载物架下用钢索连接能量回馈器。能量回馈器可由电马达,油马达,气马达或电磁吸铁线卷组成,再由电控元件控制能量输出在重物与弹性元件维持不断等幅正弦振动所需能量。这里的弹性元件是指组合弹簧和钢板弹簧,在和重物引力能为主导力的振动中,不断地产生失重与超重二个时态,在这里简称为振动器。振动器中的重物被弹性势能作用时,超过静态称重位向上回复时被称为失重时态,这时回位弹簧,弹簧钢板开始工作,至重物复原到高势能位。重物在高势能位下降时通过拉伸弹簧的反作用力带动链条传动棘轮转动飞轮输出机械能,在引力能被变为机械能的同时弹簧势能也被积蓄,为重物回复高势能位,可积蓄了百分之八十至九十的能量,[因弹簧质量而异]因此回馈器每次只需付出收入的五分之一不到的能量就能维持振动器不断地等幅振动,让引力能源不断地变为机械能,液压能或气压能用于发动机或发电机;用于生产与生活。
本发明技术方案实现的有益效果:
本发明公开的一种能量转换的装置,通过能量回馈器利用弹性元件和重物引力能,组合成能不断地等幅正弦振动的振动器,把振动中的引力能量,通过机械元件转换为机械能;通过液压元件转换为液压能;通过气压元件转为气压能。再配合以传动部件就能作为发动机和发电机使用,替代现有的内燃机,气轮机,燃煤发电机等。让地球母亲得到休生养精蓄锐之机。本发明装置结构简单造价低廉,占位少,效力高,随源性能好(只要有引力的地方),海上、陆上和空中都有可使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细描述本发明的技术方案。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明能量转换的装置,包括装置架1、传动轴2、棘轮3、飞轮4、限位闩5、链条6、组合弹簧7、重物8、载物架9和回位弹簧10,能量回馈器14。
传动轴2设置于装置架1上,飞轮4置于传动轴2两端,一个以上的棘轮3平行置于传动轴2上,每个棘轮3上有一根链条6,链条6的一端固定于限位闩5,另一端连接于组合弹簧7的一端;装置架1的内侧壁同一水平面上设置有与限位闩相配合的3组棘爪对11,棘爪11与装置架1之间设置有弹簧111,使棘爪11伸缩。回位弹簧40一端固定于限位闩5,另一端固定于载物架9上;组合弹簧7的另一端与载物架9相连,载物架9上设置有弹簧钢板91,重物8固定于弹簧钢板91上,回馈器14在载物架9下由钢索与其连结。
如把本发明装置设置在船上或车间里,先由外载能源驱动回馈器14拉动钢索带动载物架9和重物8往下行,并拉开组合弹簧7,至回馈器无力时,关闭回馈器14
这时组合弹簧7要复位,并带动重物8趋向失重区时被棘爪11的一对棘爪锁定,这时再开启外载能源驱动回馈器重复上述动作至重物8被棘爪11锁在势能最高位时,切换回馈器开关至本装置发电机13上,并开启弹簧111使重物8势能释放,拉动组合弹簧7带动棘轮3转动传动轴2和飞轮4,当飞轮4上连接有变速器12和发电机13后,飞轮4的转动带动了变速器12,进而由引力能转换为机械能的作用下带动发电机13实现发电。此时起回馈器就用本装置发出的电能,并按照电控元件的指令回馈给由组合弹簧7弹簧钢板91和重物8组成的振动器,维持其不断地等幅正弦振动所需能量。因为势能释放过程中,同时拉伸了组合弹簧7和回位弹簧10并压缩了弹簧钢板91这三项积蓄了重物8回复最高势能位的百分之八十至九十的能量,所以振动器每一次正弦振动所需回馈能量,是每次发出电能的五分之一以下,本装置才能不断地把引力能转变为机械能。
图4为本装置中的重物8,组合弹簧7,回馈器14和回位弹簧10组成的振动器简化应用示意图。0是重物8失重时位,T是重物8静态称重位,2T是重物8超重时位。这样不断地等幅正弦振动产生的失重与超重时态,正是建立液压能站或气压能站最合适的时机与方法。

Claims (4)

1.引力能量转换装置,其特征是包括装置架、重物、载物架、组合弹簧、链条、棘轮、传动轴、飞轮、限位闩和回位弹簧;其中,
装置架,内侧壁同一水平面上设置有棘爪对,所述棘爪对与所述限位闩相配合;
载物架,其上设置有弹簧钢板;其下连接能量回馈器;能量回馈器可以是油马达,气马达,电马达或电磁吸铁线卷等,能在电控元件下工作,回馈维持重物与组合弹簧不断振动的损耗能量;
所述传动轴设置于所述装置架上,所述飞轮置于传动轴两端,一个以上的所述棘轮平行置于所述传动轴上;每个所述棘轮上有一根所述链条,所述链条的一端固定于所述限位闩,另一端连接于所述组合弹簧的一端;所述组合弹簧的另一端与载物架相连;所述回位弹簧一端固定于所述限位闩,另一端固定于所述载物架上;所述重物固定于所述弹簧钢板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能量转换装置,其特征是所述能量回馈器能使重物与组合弹性元件在重物引力能量主导下,不断地等幅正弦振动,我们简称之振动器,它也就不断地产生失重与超重二态;失重时态回位弹簧及弹簧钢板工作,使重物势能回复到高位,超重时态重物的引力能拉动弹簧的反作用力作用于链条传动棘轮带动飞轮,引力能转换为机械能输出,机械能可应用于发动机或发电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能量转换装置,其特征是所述重物与弹性元件组成的振动器产生的失重与超重二态,通过杠杆应用于液压油缸上,失重时态活塞上升吸进液压油,超重时态压出高压能油,收于蓄能器,建立高能液压站,可直接用于工业生产,液压能也可应用于发动机或发电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能量转换装置,其特征是所述重物与弹性元件组成的振动器产生的失重与超重二态,通过杠杆应用于气压缸上,失重时态活塞上升吸进空气,超重时态压缩空气进入蓄能器,建立高能气压站,可用于生产与生活,气压能也可应用于发动机或发电机。
