在一种有利的改进方案中规定,将弯梁作为耦合机构来使用。该弯梁能够实现耦合,但是所述耦合允许在超声震荡单元与铁砧之间出现某种程度的相对运动。与传统的轴承相反,对于所述弯梁来说能够使所述两个用于铁砧或者说超声震荡单元的轴承盖无间隙地灵活地相耦合。为了精确地调节密封缝隙,所述耦合机构的无间隙性使人感觉到有利之处。此外所述弯梁不容易变脏,这一点有别于常规的轴承。此外所述横架的热膨胀在正常的环境条件下很小并且几乎不会影响到缝隙调整。此外所述弯杆能够以低廉的成本来制造和更换。
在一种有利的改进方案中,所述弯杆可以在一个位置上在尽可能远地与超声震荡单元与铁砧之间的密封部位间隔距离的情况下布置。而后必要时在调节密封缝隙时可以放弃铁砧与超声震荡单元的轧制位置的再调整。在一种有利的改进方案中规定,用于将弯梁与相应的轴承盖固定在一起的紧固元件安置在所述弯梁的相应的外面的端部上。这降低了再调整的可能性。
在一种有利的改进方案中规定,所述弯梁可以具有特定的预应力。这种预应力提高了密封力。
其它有利的改进方案从其它从属权利要求和说明书中获得。

具体实施方式
在按图1的装置中,超声震荡单元10以能够旋转地得到支承的方式导引在相应的承轴盖14的两侧上。所述两个用于超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14在所述装置8的上侧面上通过上面的这里示范性地构造为支承杆的支承机构22在侧面彼此相连接。同样以旋转的方式得到支承的铁砧12与所述超声震荡单元10共同作用。所述铁砧12支承在两个轴承盖16中。所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14与所述铁砧12的相应布置在所述轴承盖14下面的轴承盖16通过耦合机构20相连接。所述铁砧12的两个轴承盖16又与下面的支承机构24在侧面彼此相连接,所述支承机构24示范性地构造为支承管。在所述耦合机构20的关于超声震荡单元10或者说铁砧12的旋转轴线对置的一侧上分别布置了传力机构(Kraftmittel)18,通过所述传力机构18可以将必要的密封力施加到超声震荡单元10和铁砧12的密封面上。在所述传力机构18的上方分别设置了调节机构30。由此可以调整密封力或者说密封缝隙。
在图1所描绘的装置8的在图2中示出的背视图中可以清楚地看出,所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14分别与所述铁砧12的布置在轴承盖14的下面的轴承盖16通过在这里示范性地构造为横架的耦合机构20彼此相连接。所述耦合机构20在上面的端部上用两个紧固元件21在端面上与所述轴承盖14相连接,在下面的端部上用两个紧固元件21与所述轴承盖16相连接。在此在所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14的下棱边与所述铁砧12的轴承盖16的上棱边之间设置了缝隙,该缝隙仅仅通过所述耦合机构20来跨接。此外,设置了驱动装置28,该驱动装置28通过驱动元件26反向驱动着所述超声震荡单元10以及铁砧12。
在按图3的视图中,用于旋转的超声震荡单元10和旋转的铁砧12的轴承固定座可以视为圆形的开口。所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14与所述铁砧12的轴承盖16在一侧上通过所述构造为弯梁的耦合机构20相连接。在对置的一侧上,所述传力机构18则通过作为关节起作用的耦合机构20向所述轴承盖14、16施加朝向彼此的力。所述轴承盖14、16朝所述耦合机构20的方向分别具有空隙23。所述弯杆20的所期望的弯曲能力可以通过如此产生的弯曲长度来受到影响。在所示出的装置中,所述弯梁作为旋转点起作用,通过该旋转点可以改变超声震荡单元10与铁砧12之间的间距。所述耦合机构20构造为弯梁,这在所述两个轴承盖14、16之间提供了比较刚性的但相应灵活的连接。作为耦合机构20的弯杆的使用也在碰撞情况下作为过载保护起作用。因此,所述横架20也为以下情况允许以所限定的方式打开并且弯曲所述超声震荡单元10与铁砧12之间的密封缝隙,即比如产品或者异物夹紧在超声震荡单元10与铁砧12之间。由此防止超声震荡单元10与铁砧12受损,因为所述弯梁20允许扩大密封缝隙。所述弯梁优选由金属材料制成。
根据调节情况,超声震荡单元10与铁砧12之间的密封缝隙可以变化。所述传力机构18使上面的和下面的轴承盖14、16可以围绕着旋转点56朝向彼此运动并且就这样将力施加到密封面上。为此,挺杆48在一侧上与所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14相连接,从而挺杆48的运动也引起轴承盖14的运动。所述挺杆48以能够朝所述轴承盖16运动的方式穿过所述铁砧12的轴承盖16中的开口,并且在法兰51中伸出来。所述法兰51用作用于弹簧49的支承面,该弹簧49相对于所述铁砧12的轴承盖16的下侧面支撑在另一侧上。该弹簧49构造为螺旋弹簧并且包围着所述挺杆48。所述传力机构18优选构造为能够调整的结构。为此比如螺栓的形式的调节机构30可以改变弹簧49的预应力并且由此最终改变密封力。
在按图4的实施例中,作为耦合机构20设置了轴套-销栓连接,所述轴套-销栓连接能够使所述两个轴承盖14、16相对于彼此围绕着旋转点56进行旋转运动。但是,重要的是,所述耦合机构20如此允许所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14与所述铁砧12的轴承盖16之间的相对运动,使得超声震荡单元10和铁砧12可以相对于彼此进行运动,用于按包装材料来设置密封缝隙的调节。围绕着旋转点56的旋转轴线平行于超声震荡单元10与铁砧12的旋转轴线。
按图5的实施例与图1和2的实施例的区别主要在于,额外地设置了调节机构50。所述调节机构50包括联轴器52和螺栓54,用于进行缝隙调节,方法是所述调节机构50相对于所述铁砧12的轴承盖16来调节所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14。此外,在按图5的实施例中,所述耦合机构20布置在侧面。在此在旋转点56中,一根销栓与所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14相耦合并且相应地插在该销栓中的轴套与所述铁砧12的轴承盖16相耦合。
在按图6到8的实施例中,示出了所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14与所述铁砧12的轴承盖16之间的调节方案的不同的变型方案。图6相当于在图5中示出的变型方案,在该变型方案中所述调节机构50通过联轴器52和螺栓54朝所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14的下棱边挤压并且就这样获得围绕着旋转点56的相对运动。所述调节机构50布置得尽可能远离所述旋转点56。作为调节机构50,比如设置了伺服马达,该伺服马达通过螺栓54将平移的运动施加到所述轴承盖14上。所述下面的轴承盖16在这里几乎作为底座起作用并且所述上面的轴承盖14在旋出所述螺栓54时通过该螺栓54向上挤压。此外,所述传力机构18使所述上面的轴承盖14总是抵靠在所述螺栓54上并且就这样也在旋入所述螺栓54时向下运动。由于连续地从上面起作用的压力,并未在不利的情况下觉察到螺纹间隙。将相应的伺服马达借助于螺栓54用在左边和右边的轴承盖14、16中,这提供了自动地使所述超声震荡单元10与铁砧12相对于彼此平行定向的可能性。在按图6的实施例中,可以非常精确地实现很小的以及较大的调节行程。
在按图7的实施例中,所述间距可以通过偏心轮58来改变,该偏心轮58在平行于超声震荡单元10和铁砧12的旋转轴线的情况下以能够旋转的方式得到支承。所述传力机构18又引起所述两个轴承盖14、16之间的预应力。伺服马达的旋转运动通过偏心盘58转换为平移的运动。在所述偏心盘58固定地得到支承的同时,所述上面的轴承盖14则通过所述偏心轮58来提升或者说降低。
在按图8的实施例中设置了执行器60,该执行器60比较近地作用于所述旋转点56。所述执行器比如是压电执行器60,该压电执行器60将电能转换为机械的位移变化。压电执行器60之所以如此有利,是因为其可以在亚纳米范围内实施运动。此外,压电执行器60免维护并且无磨损。在静态的运行中,其不需要功率。此外可以使较高的载荷运动。
所述用于借助于超声波对包装材料进行加工的装置8以如下方式进行工作。它作为主要元件包括超声震荡单元10,该超声震荡单元10作为主动的焊接工具朝所述铁砧12起作用。由电气的发电机将电网电压转换为高频的电压。在所述发电机上连接着声变换器(Converter),该声变换器又将电能转换为高频的机械振动。借助于振幅变换件(放大器Booster)来放大或者减小振幅,并且将振幅从变换器传递到所述超声震荡单元10上。所述铁砧12是被动的工件。在铁砧12与超声震荡单元10之间夹紧有待焊接的工件比如包装材料,用于就这样能够在超声震荡单元10与包装材料之间实现能量传递。所述铁砧12吸收所述超声震荡单元10的超声波振动。不仅所述超声震荡单元10而且所述铁砧12都反向旋转并且在一定程度上构造为密封辊(Siegelwalzen)。所述密封辊具有多个密封面,在这些密封面中也可以集成用于分离包装材料的切割功能。根据包装材料的类型,必须以较高的精度来调节密封缝隙。在此将所述超声震荡单元10的密封面的离开所述铁砧12的密封面的间距称为密封缝隙。这条密封缝隙通过示范性地在附图5到8中示出的调节机构如调节驱动装置50、偏心轮58和执行器60以所期望的大小来调节。所述调节机构相对于另一个轴承盖16作用于至少一个轴承盖14。如果应该在连续的运行中改变所述密封缝隙的大小,那么所述调节机构50又可以将该密封缝隙调节到所期望的额定大小。所述设置在轴承盖14、16的端部上的比如构造为弹簧的传力机构18用于将轴承盖14、16挤压在一起并且施加必要的密封力或者说切割力。此外,力通过齿形皮带驱动装置作用于所述超声震荡单元10,所述力会提升上面的轴承盖14,所述传力机构18则阻止了这一点。所述传力机构18也可以取代弹簧而构造为气动的或者液压的结构。所述耦合机构20用于以活动的方式将所述超声震荡单元10的轴承盖14与所述铁砧的轴承盖16连接起来。除了所描述的变型方案之外也可以设置线性导向装置比如导向柱,所述线性导向装置允许所述轴承盖14、16相对于彼此进行相对的线性运动。
所述轴承盖14形成侧壁,所述侧壁与支承机构也就是支承杆22彼此相连接。所述支承管24也可作稳定之用并且用作包装机中的接纳方案。所述上面的和下面的密封辊(超声震荡单元10和铁砧12)的驱动耦合通过齿形皮带来进行。所述密封辊的旋转速度依照有待密封的包装材料软管的幅面速度并且比如可以根据事件来受到控制。这种动态借助于驱动装置28比如伺服马达来实现,所述驱动装置28将力和力矩借助于构造为齿形皮带的驱动元件26来传递。所描述的装置能够非常精确并且根据应用情况来调节对借助于超声波进行的接合过程来说必要的参数比如密封缝隙、密封力和密封时间。密封力的调节可以通过所述传力机构18来实现。所述传力机构比如构造为弹簧,从而可以相对于弹簧变形曲线线性地调节所述密封力。所述传力机构18作用于所述两个轴承盖14、16,从而可以调节所述上面的密封辊也就是超声震荡单元10与下面的密封辊也就是铁砧12之间的密封力。
所描述的装置8尤其适合于施加用于软管包袋(Schlauchbeutel)的横向密封接缝。这样的软管包袋机可以按有待包装的产品水平地或者垂直地布置。

Claims (12)

1. 用于借助于超声波对包装材料进行加工的装置,该装置包括
-至少一个轴承盖(14),
-至少一个以旋转方式支承在所述轴承盖(14)中的超声震荡单元(10),
-至少一个为了对包装材料进行加工而与所述超声震荡单元(10)共同作用的铁砧(12),
-至少一个另外的用于以旋转方式对所述铁砧(12)进行支承的轴承盖,
其特征在于,设置了至少一个耦合机构(20),用于以机械方式使所述两个轴承盖(14、16)相耦合,其中如此设计所述耦合机构(20),从而能够在所述两个轴承盖(14、16)之间实现相对运动。
2. 按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述耦合机构(20)如此与所述轴承盖(14、16)相连接,从而可以使所述两个轴承盖(14、16)相对于彼此进行旋转运动。
3. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,作为耦合机构(20)设置了至少一根弯梁。
4. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,作为耦合机构(20)设置了至少一个关节或者说轴套-销栓连接。
5. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,至少在所述轴承盖(14、16)之一中设置了至少一个空隙(23),尤其用于影响所述耦合机构(20)的弯曲特性。
6. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,设置了调节机构(50、54、58、60),用于调节超声震荡单元(10)与铁砧(12)之间的所限定的缝隙。
7. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,作为调节机构设置了伺服驱动装置(50)、压电执行器(60)或者偏心盘(58)。
8. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,设置了至少一个传力机构(18),用于在所述两个轴承盖(14、16)之间施加反作用力。
9. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,设置了至少一个用于所述传力机构(18)的调节机构(30),用于调整所述反作用力。
10. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传力机构(18)具有至少一根弹簧(49),如此布置该弹簧(49),使得所述两个轴承盖(14、16)朝彼此预张紧。
11. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传力机构(18)包括至少一根挺杆(48),该挺杆(48)不仅与至少一个轴承盖(14)相连接而且与所述弹簧(49)相连接。
12. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,设置了另外的轴承盖(14、16),用于在两侧支承所述超声震荡单元(10)和/或铁砧(12)。
