Abstract

Description
本发明系关于电器设备的接线柱,它一方面包括一个安装在绝缘支承内并有一螺孔的导电件,另一方面包括一个穿过桥式连接件并与螺孔啮合的夹紧螺钉,和位于绝缘支承上用来限制螺钉旋出的壁。
这种接线柱的频繁使用以及固紧导体所花费的时间,使得电器制造商对于使用和维修者所面临的问题产生了兴趣。
在第一方案中,由于这种设备的接线柱的螺钉在旋出方向上没有保护措施,故在制造时被锁紧,以防止在运输过程中偶然旋出而导致丢失。
当发现使用者被迫花去不少时间在接线时拧出螺钉以便将导体安装在桥式连接件下方时,就采取了措施使得相关电器设备的本体,或靠近接线柱的该本体上的壁的形状能防止这些部分地旋在导电件上的螺钉掉出。这一方案的优点是虽然可以使得使用者直接使用已经松开的接线柱,然而却不能防止运输期间的振动所引起的这些螺钉的旋紧。
本发明改进了上述结构的接线柱,从而防止部分地旋在导电件内的接线柱螺钉的偶然旋入或旋出,在它被拧紧在要被连接的导体上时仅仅反抗一个很小的阻挡扭矩。
根据本发明提供了一种用于电器设备的接线柱,该接线柱包括一个安装在绝缘支承内并有一螺孔的导电件,还包括一个穿过桥式连接件并与螺孔啮合的夹紧螺钉,和位于所述支承上用来限制螺钉旋出的壁,其中所述接线柱螺钉有这样一个长度,即当它处于最大松开位置时,与螺钉头相对的螺纹端部从螺孔中伸出一足够的距离,使得该螺纹端部与一直接或间接固定在所述绝缘支承上并在螺孔下方横向延伸的弹性舌部接

所述舌部最好属于接合器的电磁线圈管架,并与该线圈的接线柱配合。

属于一个电磁线圈骨架2的绝缘支承1(仅被局部示出并由模制塑料制成)包括上部3,其中加工有一个槽4和一个空腔5,用于容纳和保持固定在其中的接线柱10的导电件6;导电件的其中一个端部有一连接部分7,其上加工有一个凸台和一个螺孔(8),用于容纳一个穿过一桥式连接件9的夹紧螺钉(15),见图1。
当该桥式连接件处于松开的情况而使其处于远离连接部分的位置从而能容纳大直径导体(未示出)时,与螺钉头12相对的螺钉端部11从螺纹孔8中伸出一个距离d。
在接线柱松开而处于最大松开位置时,螺钉头12碰到壁16,壁16或是属于支承1或是属于容纳线圈的接合器的辅助部分。
螺钉的该螺纹部分然后与可弹性变形的舌部14的边缘13接触。
相对于螺钉的XX′轴来说被横向压缩的该舌部可以十分有利地构成绝缘支承1的一部分,并在任何情况下与接线柱螺钉接触起到轻度制动舌部的作用,它可足以防止在没有导体时螺钉的旋入或旋出,见图2。
很清楚,当装置18组装后,设备的壁16的存在可以防止旋出
螺钉,防止螺钉旋出的这种保护措施对仍未安装线圈的制造过程很重要。
该制动舌部的制动力不大,只要在旋入和锁定螺钉时能反抗这一微不足道的阻力即可,将导体机械夹紧和导电连接在桥式连接件9和连接部分7之间。
采用相同原理的另一实施例示于图3中,作用与舌部14相同的用来锁定功率接线柱21之螺钉20的舌部19构成了接线柱盖17的一部分,该盖安装在设备18上用来实现其它功能,如防止使用者偶然接触其它接线柱,或通过表面26为导体22导向而引入接线柱21的入口。
应当注意,该可拆卸的绝缘接线柱盖17对于第二接线柱23也很重要,该第二接线柱23类似于接线柱10并有一接近螺钉的通道24,其端部有一如前所述的壁16′。
Claims (4)
1、一种用于电器设备的接线柱,该接线柱包括一个安装在绝缘支承内并有一螺孔的导电件,还包括一个穿过桥式连接件并与螺孔啮合的夹紧螺钉,和位于所述支承上用来限制螺钉旋出的壁,其中所述接线柱螺钉有这样一个长度,即当它处于最大松开位置时,与螺钉头相对的螺纹端部从螺孔中伸出一足够的距离,使得该螺纹端部与一直接或间接固定在所述绝缘支承上并在螺孔下方横向延伸的弹性舌部接触。
2、根据权利要求1所述的接线柱,其中所述舌部属于接合器电磁线圈管架,并与所述线圈的接线柱配合。
3、根据权利要求1所述的接线柱,其中所述舌部属于一个可拆卸地安装在接合器本体上的接线柱盖。
4、根据权利要求3所述的接线柱,其中所述接线柱盖还包括至少一个可以接近接线柱螺钉的通道,和为导体朝另一接线柱的入口导向的表面。
