Abstract

一种弹爪固定装置,用以将一弹爪固定于一零件,所述弹爪包括若干卡爪,所述弹爪固定装置包括一将所述弹爪固定于所述零件的固定件及一限位件,所述限位件包括一位于所述卡爪顶部的头部及固定于所述固定件的杆部,且所述头部的直径大于所述每相对两卡爪之间的距离,所述固定件及所述杆部均被所述弹爪包围。本发明利用所述杆部及固定件收容于所述卡爪,来减小弹爪的变形空间,以确保弹爪的变形在其允许的弹性变形量以内;利用所述限位件的头部来保护卡爪,以防止卡爪受到向外张开的外力。

弹爪固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹爪固定装置。
背景技术
通常,弹爪通过一塑胶螺丝固定于一零件。然而,在装配该零件或运输的过程中,所述弹爪极易受到外力的作用,向外扩张或者向内收缩变形。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种不易使弹爪变形的弹爪固定装置。
一种弹爪固定装置,用以将一弹爪固定于一零件,所述弹爪包括若干卡爪,所述弹爪固定装置包括一将所述弹爪固定于所述零件的固定件及一限位件,所述限位件包括一位于所述卡爪顶部的头部及固定于所述固定件的杆部,且所述头部的直径大于所述每相对两卡爪之间的距离,所述固定件及所述杆部均被所述弹爪包围。
本发明的弹爪固定装置利用所述杆部及固定件收容于所述卡爪,来减小弹爪的变形空间,以确保弹爪的变形在其允许的弹性变形量以内;利用所述限位件的头部来保护卡爪,以防止卡爪受到向外张开的外力。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明弹爪固定装置的较佳实施方式用于将一弹爪10固定于一零件20。所述固定装置包括一固定件30及一限位件40。
弹爪10包括一底板12及若干由底板12的周缘向一侧弯折形成的V形卡爪14。该底板12设有一圆形的通孔120。
零件20设有一凸台22。该凸台22轴向设有一固定孔24。
固定件30包括一连接部32及一由连接部32垂直延伸的固定部34。连接部32的横截面的尺寸大于固定部34的横截面的尺寸。连接部32轴向设有一装配孔320。
限位件40包括一头部42及一由头部42延伸的杆部44。杆部44远离头部42的末端为一尺寸较小的固定端440。头部42的直径大于每相对两卡爪14之间的距离。
请结合参照图2,使用时,限位件40的固定端440卡合于固定件30的装配孔320。固定件30的固定部34穿过弹爪10的通孔120,并螺锁于零件20的固定孔24,且固定件30的连接部32的底部抵压弹爪10的底板12,以将弹爪10固定于零件20。此时,限位件40的杆部44及固定件30的连接部32均被弹爪10的卡爪14包围。即使卡爪14受到外力向内收缩变形时,由于杆部44及连接部32的抵挡,减小了弹爪10的变形空间,以确保弹爪10的变形在其允许的弹性变形量以内。限位件40的头部42位于卡爪14的顶部,以保护卡爪14,防止卡爪14受到向外张开的外力。

Claims (6)

1.一种弹爪固定装置,用以将一弹爪固定于一零件,所述弹爪包括若干卡爪,其特征在于:所述弹爪固定装置包括一将所述弹爪固定于所述零件的固定件及一限位件,所述限位件包括一位于所述卡爪顶部的头部及固定于所述固定件的杆部,且所述头部的直径大于所述每相对两卡爪之间的距离,所述固定件及所述杆部均被所述弹爪包围。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹爪固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定件包括一连接部,所述连接部设有一装配孔,所述杆部由所述头部延伸而成,所述杆部的末端为一固定于所述装配孔的固定端。
3.如权利要求2所述的弹爪固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹爪包括一底板,所述底板设有一通孔,所述固定件包括一自所述连接部延伸的固定部,所述固定部穿过所述通孔后卡合于所述零件。
4.如权利要求3所述的弹爪固定装置,其特征在于:所述连接部的底部抵顶于所述弹爪的底板。
5.如权利要求1所述的弹爪固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹爪包括一设有通孔的底板,所述卡爪自所述底板的周缘弯折而成,所述固定件穿过所述底板的通孔后卡合于所述零件。
6.如权利要求5所述的弹爪固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定件包括一连接部,所述连接部设有一装配孔,所述杆部由所述头部延伸而成,所述杆部的末端为一固定于所述装配孔的固定端。
