Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车隔振块橡胶及其制备方法,其主要是将天然胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4020、莱茵蜡、中超高耐磨N375、高耐磨炭黑、环烷油、防焦剂CTP、硫磺、促进剂NOBS和促进剂PZ按一定的重量份进行胶料塑练、胶料混炼和添加硫化体系制备而成。本发明制备的橡胶具有深黑色胶料,混炼胶流动性好,易于硫化加工,合格率高;而且具有良好的综合性能,与金属粘结性、力学性能、疲劳性能、耐老化、生热低等性能都较高,适合生产高动态疲劳要求的要求减震隔振块和汽车橡胶减震产品。

一种汽车隔振块橡胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车隔振块橡胶硫化领域,具体涉及隔振块高耐疲劳的领域。
背景技术
隔振块橡胶配方的加工过程中各工序工艺要求,材料选用的要求都应严谨,因为我们正常配合汽车使用的液压减震器最低是180~220万次(寿命要求:最低180万次;条件:予载:4900N,振幅:±3mm,频率:3Hz。)而我们的减震隔振块就必须与减震器相匹配,因此隔振块高耐疲劳是有必要研究和实践出来,为此对橡胶配方进行了研究发明。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种汽车隔振块橡胶及其制备方法,此橡胶配方生产出的隔振块具有良好的耐热老化、耐撕裂、生热低、抗抗动态疲劳性能优异。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
汽车隔振块橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然胶100、氧化锌3-10、硬脂酸0.5-3、防老剂4020 1-3、莱茵蜡1-3、中超高耐磨炭黑N375 46-50、高耐磨炭黑38-40、环烷油3-20、防焦剂CTP 0.1-0.5、硫磺3-10、促进剂NOBS 1-5、促进剂PZ 0.01-0.2。
所述的汽车隔振块橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然胶100、氧化锌5、硬脂酸2、防老剂40202、莱茵蜡2、中超高耐磨炭黑N375 48、高耐磨炭黑39、环烷油10、防焦剂CTP 0.3、硫磺3、促进剂NOBS 1、促进剂PZ 0.12。
所述的汽车隔振块橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)胶料塑练:将天然胶采用密炼机进行塑练,塑练温度到145℃排料,排料后冷却停放22-26小时;
(2)胶料混炼:在上述的塑练胶料中按一定重量份加入氧化锌、防老剂4020、硬脂酸、莱茵蜡和中超高耐磨炭黑N375,然后先加入2/3高耐磨炭黑再加剩余1/3高耐磨炭黑,最后加入环烷油,停放22-26小时;
(3)硫化体系添加:再上述混炼胶中加入硫磺、促进剂NOBS、促进剂PZ、防焦剂CTP,薄通4-5遍,混炼温度控制:密炼机排料≤120℃,开炼机混炼添加硫化机温度≤60℃。
本发明的有益效果:
1、深黑色胶料,混炼胶流动性好,易于硫化加工,合格率高;
2、具有良好的综合性能,与金属粘结性、力学性能、疲劳性能、耐老化、生热低等性能都较高,适合生产高动态疲劳要求的要求减震隔振块和汽车橡胶减震产品;
具体实施方式
实施例1:汽车隔振块橡胶,其组成原料的重量份为:天然胶100、氧化锌5、硬脂酸2、防老剂4020 2、莱茵蜡2、中超高耐磨炭黑N375 48、高耐磨炭黑39、环烷油10、防焦剂CTP 0.3、硫磺3、促进剂NOBS 1、促进剂PZ 0.12。
汽车隔振块橡胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)胶料塑练:将天然胶采用密炼机进行塑练,塑练温度到145℃排料,排料后冷却停放24小时;
(2)胶料混炼:在上述的塑练胶料中按一定重量份加入氧化锌、防老剂4020、硬脂酸、莱茵蜡和中超高耐磨炭黑N375,然后先加入2/3高耐磨炭黑再加剩余1/3高耐磨炭黑,最后加入环烷油,停放24小时;
(3)硫化体系添加:再上述混炼胶中加入硫磺、促进剂NOBS、促进剂PZ、防焦剂CTP,薄通4遍,混炼温度控制:密炼机排料≤120℃,开炼机混炼添加硫化机温度≤60℃。

1.一种汽车隔振块橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然胶100、
氧化锌3-10、硬脂酸0.5-3、防老剂4020 1-3、莱茵蜡1-3、中超高耐磨炭黑N375 46-50、高耐磨炭黑38-40、环烷油3-20、防焦剂CTP 0.1-0.5、硫磺3-10、促进剂NOBS 1-5、促进剂PZ 0.01-0.2。
2.    根据权利要求1所述的汽车隔振块橡胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:天然胶100、氧化锌5、硬脂酸2、防老剂4020 2、莱茵蜡2、中超高耐磨炭黑N375 48、高耐磨炭黑39、环烷油10、防焦剂CTP 0.3、硫磺3、促进剂NOBS 1、促进剂PZ 0.12。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的汽车隔振块橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)胶料塑练:将天然胶采用密炼机进行塑练,塑练温度到145℃排料,排料后冷却停放22-26小时;
(2)胶料混炼:在上述的塑练胶料中按一定重量份加入氧化锌、防老剂4020、硬脂酸、莱茵蜡和中超高耐磨炭黑N375,然后先加入2/3高耐磨炭黑再加剩余1/3高耐磨炭黑,最后加入环烷油,停放22-26小时;
(3)硫化体系添加:再上述混炼胶中加入硫磺、促进剂NOBS、促进剂PZ、防焦剂CTP,薄通4-5遍,混炼温度控制:密炼机排料≤120℃,开炼机混炼添加硫化机温度≤60℃。
