Abstract
本发明提供了含氯噻啉的超低容量液剂,活性成分由氯噻啉,或氯噻啉与活性组分II复配组成,其余组分为助剂和溶剂。本发明所述的超低容量液剂加工方便、持效期长、工效高、靶标不易产生抗药性、环境污染低、省药省水,提高农药利用率,通过超低容量喷雾、低容量喷雾或超低容量静电喷雾能够防治水稻、小麦、玉米、蔬菜、烟草、茶树、果树和甘蔗的多种害虫。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,具体为含氯噻啉的超低容量液剂,主要通过超低容量喷雾、低容量喷雾或超低容量静电喷雾实现对作物害虫的有效防治。
背景技术
目前对于农业上易产生抗性的害虫防治,主要办法是开发与现有品种无交互抗性的新成份或已有农药品种之间的复配,前者由于所需的开发成本高、周期长,而且目前开发速度远远比不上害虫抗药性产生的速度。因此,对于作用机理不同的已有农药品种进行混配是一种最佳的选择。如果配比合理,则可以产生显著的增效作用,使田间防治效果显著优于各单剂的作用。含有单一活性成分的杀虫剂在农业害虫防治上常常存在一定的缺陷,连续多次使用不但使害虫容易产生抗药性,且易造成对食品和环境的污染,通过杀虫剂活性成分之间合理混配能够克服以上缺点;同时合理的复配使活性成分产生的增效作用,可以提高防效,减少有效成份用量,节约成本,延缓害虫的抗药性的产生,进而能够减轻甚至避免农药对食物和环境的污染,而本发明研究开发出的低毒高效农药,不但对靶标药效显著增强,而且对人、作物、非靶标和环境的影响很低。
氯噻啉是一种噻唑杂环类杀虫剂,英文名称为imidaclothiz,化学名称为1-(5-氯-2-噻唑基甲基)-N-硝基亚咪唑烷-2-基胺。有触杀、胃毒和内吸作用,具有广谱、高效、低毒、低残留、害虫不易产生抗药性、药效不受温度限制、对人畜、植物和天敌安全的特点。作用机理是选择性抑制昆虫神经系统中的烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,与其发生极强的竞争性结合,从而破坏中枢神经的正常传导,对害虫的突触受体具有神经传导阻断作用。该药剂对鱼为低毒,对鸟类为中等毒,对蜜蜂、家蚕为高毒。对作物无药害,可用于水稻、果树、蔬菜等众多作物害虫防治。
本发明人通过研究证明,氯噻啉和选自甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、唑蚜威、乙虫腈、茚虫威、抑食肼、虫酰肼、溴虫腈、联苯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、醚菊酯、唑虫酰胺、氟啶虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺、伊维菌素、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、吡蚜酮、毒死蜱、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻嗪酮中的任一杀虫剂活性成分复配成的超低容量液剂对靶标害虫具有极强的增效作用。
氯噻啉现有制剂主要包括水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂等,而氯噻啉超低容量液剂,国内外未见报道。
超低容量液剂通过筛选挥发性低、闪点高、对原药溶解性好、对作物药害低、粘度低的溶剂,施药时不兑水,而是用超低容量喷雾器械、低容量喷雾器械或超低容量静电喷雾器械直接施用。超低容量喷雾由于雾滴中不含高挥发性成分,其大小与质量从离开喷雾器械到达靶标过程中没有明显变化,减少了挥发与飘逸。雾滴细小而均匀,符合“生物最佳粒径”要求,显著提高了沉积量。由于无需兑水施用,超低容量液剂适合用于水源缺乏、病虫害大面积发生且须短时间内大范围施药的场合,同时超低容量喷雾极大的降低操作者的劳动强度。
超低容量喷雾技术具有以下优点
①喷液量少,仅为常规喷雾的数百分之一。
②雾滴小,超低容量静电喷雾雾滴直径为30~60μm、超低容量地面喷雾雾滴直径为30~80μm、空中超低容量喷雾雾滴直径30~60μm,而常规喷雾雾滴直径多在200~600μm以上。
③喷雾方式是漂移积累性喷雾,而常规喷雾是针对性喷雾,即对着作物喷雾。
④超低容量喷施的是以油为载体的油剂,浓度一般为百分之几到百分之几十;而常规喷雾喷施的水稀释药剂浓度很低,一般为千分之几到万分之几。
⑤工效高,防治及时。手持超低容量喷雾机比手动压缩喷雾机提高工效20~30倍,因其工效高,能及时有效防治暴发性害虫,如飞虱、粘虫、蝗虫等。
⑥节省农药。与一般比常规喷雾节省农药30%以上。
⑦不用水。节省了取水、配药和负水作业等繁重体力劳动,尤其是在干旱少雨、劳动力不足和取水困难的丘陵山地施用,更为方便。
⑧药效好,持效长。油质农药易于穿透酯溶性害虫体表进入害虫体内,表现为杀虫迅速、药效好;油剂中占有较大比例的高沸点助剂,能对农药活性成分起到抗水解、抗氧化、抗光解等保护作用,表现为持效长。
⑨对作物安全。超低容量喷雾对作物安全不易产生药害,无明显残留,可以提高作物品质。
⑩防治费用低。由于超低容量喷雾具有省药、省力、不用水、药效好、持效长等优点,因此防治费用比常规喷雾低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有氯噻啉的超低容量液剂制剂,并提供所述超低容量液剂的制备方法。
本发明制成的超低容量液剂,由活性成分、表面活性剂、助溶剂、溶剂组成;活性组分I为氯噻啉,活性组分II为下列中任意一种:甲氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、唑蚜威、乙虫腈、茚虫威、抑食肼、虫酰肼、溴虫腈、联苯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、醚菊酯、唑虫酰胺、氟啶虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺、伊维菌素、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、吡蚜酮、毒死蜱、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻嗪酮。
该超低容量液剂活性组分I氯噻啉的含量为0.1%~15%,助剂的重量百分比含量为1%~20%,溶剂补足至100%;或者以活性组分I与活性组分II药剂复配组合,其中活性组分I氯噻啉的含量为0.1%~12%,活性组分II的含量为0.1%~18%,活性组分(I+II)的总量占组合物总重量的0.2%~30%,优选4%~12%,助剂的重量百分比含量为1%~20%,溶剂补足至100%。
所述助剂包括表面活性剂、增效剂、渗透剂等,主要用来提高制剂对作物和靶标的粘附性、润湿性和渗透性,增强作物和靶标对药剂的吸收,减少溶剂的挥发性,提高制剂的稳定性,降低制剂的粘度,从而起到提高药效的作用。
适合的表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、 烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或一种以上的组合,优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙。
适合的增效剂选自增效磷、增效砜、胡椒基丁醚等的一种或一种以上的组合。
适合的渗透剂选自氮酮、噻酮、快渗T的一种或一种以上的组合。所述的快渗T可以直接在市场上购买到,也叫快速渗透剂T或快T。
所述溶剂为芳烃类溶剂、植物油类溶剂和极性溶剂中的一种或多种组合;
适合的极性溶剂选用C6以上的醇类,如正己醇、正辛醇、苯甲醇,环己酮,二甲亚砜,N-甲基吡咯烷酮,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,优选N-甲基吡咯烷酮或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。
适合的芳烃类溶剂包括三甲苯、邻二氯苯、甲基萘、C10以上芳烃如四甲苯、二乙苯、甲基丙基苯、丁苯、二线油,烷基萘如甲基萘、一线油、二线油;
适合的植物油类溶剂为植物油如松节油或棉籽油、玉米油、大豆油、菜籽油,或酯化植物油如油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯;
优选植物油、二线油、酯化植物油、C10以上芳烃。
本发明所述的超低容量液剂的配制方法为,将活性成分与表面活性剂、助溶剂、溶剂充分搅拌溶解混合而成。具体制备方法是,在带电动搅拌的反应容器中,先用溶剂将活性成分搅拌溶解后,再加入助剂成分,充分搅拌混合均匀,即得含氯噻啉超低容量液剂;工艺参数为,搅拌速度控制为60~150转/分钟,搅拌时间为15~60分钟,温度为常温。
适合的靶标作物是水稻、玉米、小麦等粮食作物,甘蔗、香蕉、橡胶、棉花、茶树、柑橘、苹果、山楂、桃树等经济作物,番茄、茄子、辣椒、芹菜、甘蓝、菜豆、蚕豆、豇豆等蔬菜作物,黄瓜、南瓜、西瓜等葫芦科作物。
本发明的超低容量液剂适合防治稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟、褐飞虱、白背飞虱、灰飞虱、二化螟、稻蓟马、稻瘿蚊、稻叶蝉、黑尾叶蝉、稻蛛椽蝽象、星蝽象、稻绿蝽象、红须盲蝽、稻负泥混虫、稻筒水螟、稻蝗、蚜虫类、粉虱类、蚧类、矢尖盾蚧、朱绿蝽、桃小食心虫、桔潜蛾、茶细蛾、黄条跳甲、豆潜蝇。角腊蚧、小菜蛾、二黑条叶甲、茶黄蓟马、烟蓟马、黄蓟马、柑橘黄蓟马、大豆荚瘿蚊、番茄潜叶蝇。
施用本发明的超低容量液剂的优选方法是超低容量喷雾,其次是低容量喷雾和超低容量静电喷雾,根据防治对象发生情况确定适宜的用药量,通常施药量是75~150ga.i./hm2.
本发明所述的超低容量液剂加工方便、成本低廉、药效好、持效长、协同增效高、节省水;可以降低环境污染,提高农药利用率,降低农药施用量。

制备0.1%氯噻啉超低容量液剂
氯噻啉原药用溶剂完全溶解,再加入助剂,均匀混合,充分搅拌后即可配成超低容量液剂。具体制备方法是,在带电动搅拌的反应容器中,先用溶剂将活性成分氯噻啉搅拌溶解后,再加入助剂成分,充分搅拌混合均匀,即得0.1%氯噻啉超低容量液剂;工艺参数为,拌速度控制为60~150转/分钟,搅拌时间为15~60分钟,温度为常温。

所制备的含氯噻啉的超低容量液剂外观为均一油状液体;低温相容行好,在-5℃条件下,冷藏7d不析出结晶和悬浮物;挥发性低,滤纸悬挂发测定结果,挥发率低于30%;对植物安全,无药害;采用闭口法测定,闪点大于60℃;粘度小于30mPa·s;导电率在1×10-6~1×10-10s/cm范围内。
下面再结合应用本发明实施例进行的田间药效测定结果进一步来说明本发明的有益效果。
本发明的应用实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间药效试验相结合的方法。先通过室内毒力测定,明确两种药剂按一定比例复配后的共毒系数(CTC),CTC<80为拈抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC>120为增效作用,在此基础上,再进行田间药效试验。
应用实施例1
防治对象:稻飞虱
实验地点:广西南宁市郊区稻田
施药方法:超低容量喷雾
施药量:120g a.i./hm2。

从表1中可以看出:本发明的超低容量液剂采用超低容量喷雾方法防治水稻稻飞虱速效性强、防治效果好、持效期较长。
应用实施例2
防治对象:小菜蛾
实验地点:广西南宁市郊区十字花科蔬菜菜地
施药方法:超低容量喷雾
施药量:100g a.i./hm2。

从表2中可以看出:本发明的超低容量液剂采用超低容量喷雾方法防治田间十字花科蔬菜小菜蛾速效性强、防治效果好、持效期较长。
应用实施例3
防治对象:柑橘介壳虫
实验地点:广西南宁市武鸣县柑橘园
施药方法:超低容量喷雾
施药量:120g a.i./hm2。

从表3中可以看出:本发明的超低容量液剂采用超低容量喷雾方法防治柑橘介壳虫速效性强、防治效果好、持效期长。
Claims (5)
1.含氯噻啉的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,以氯噻啉,或以氯噻啉和活性成分Ⅱ复配为活性成分,助剂含量为1%~20%,溶剂补足至100%的超低容量液剂;
活性成分Ⅱ为茚虫威、溴虫腈、联苯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、醚菊酯、唑虫酰胺、氟啶虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺、伊维菌素、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、吡蚜酮、毒死蜱、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻嗪酮中的任意一种;
所述溶剂为芳烃类溶剂、植物油类溶剂和极性溶剂中的一种或多种组合;
所述芳烃类溶剂为三甲苯、邻二氯苯、甲基萘、四甲苯、二乙苯、甲基丙基苯、丁苯、二线油;
所述植物油类溶剂为大豆油、棉籽油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、松节油、油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯;
所述极性溶剂为苯乙酮、苯甲醇、二甲亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、正己醇、正辛醇、苯甲醇;
所述助剂包括表面活性剂、增效剂、渗透剂;
所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或一种以上的组合;
所述增效剂为增效磷、增效砜、胡椒基丁醚的中一种或一种以上的组合;
所述渗透剂为氮酮、噻酮、快渗T中的一种或一种以上的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超低容量液剂,其特征在于:以氯噻啉为活性成分,其重量百分比含量为0.1%~15%;以氯噻啉和活性成分Ⅱ复配为活性成分,氯噻啉的重量百分比含量为0.1%~12%,活性成分Ⅱ的重量百分比含量为0.1%~18%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,它是通过以下的制备方法制备而成的:在带电动搅拌的反应容器中,先用溶剂将活性成分搅拌溶解后,再加入助剂成分,充分搅拌混合均匀,即得含烯啶虫胺超低容量液剂;工艺参数为:搅拌速度控制为60~150转/分钟,搅拌时间为15~60分钟,温度为常温。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超低容量液剂在防治稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟、褐飞虱、白背飞虱、灰飞虱、二化螟、稻蓟马、稻瘿蚊、稻叶蝉、黑尾叶蝉、稻蛛椽蝽象、星蝽象、稻绿蝽象、红须盲蝽、稻负泥虫、稻筒水螟、稻蝗、蚜虫类、粉虱类、矢尖盾蚧、朱绿蝽、桃小食心虫、桔潜蛾、茶细蛾、黄条跳甲、豆潜蝇、角腊蚧、小菜蛾、二黑条叶甲、茶黄蓟马、烟蓟马、黄蓟马、柑橘黄蓟马、大豆荚瘿蚊、番茄潜叶蝇上的应用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含氯噻啉的超低容量液剂的施用方法为超低容量喷雾、低容量喷雾或超低容量静电喷雾。
