技术领域
本发明属于PVC地板，特别涉及耐燃PVC塑料地板。 
背景技术
当前我国各领域墓础建设持续火热，PVC产品在建材市场的前景看好，而PVC地板的应用则成为其中的热点。从产品本身看，PVC产品具有抗紫外线、耐酸碱腐蚀、防橄防蛀、阻燃性好、防静电等优点，井且具有良好的防滑性能，行走安全舒适；从环保的角度看，PVC无铅、挥发性低、无需油漆和装饰，使用过程安全可靠.而且PVC化学建材质量较轻，方便仓储和运轴，隐性成本的降低对其推广也有促进作用。但一些特殊区域如户外，需要阻燃性能更好的PVC地板，本发明提供一种PVC地板，其阻燃性能卓著。

本发明提供一种新型阻燃PVC地板，其阻燃性能卓著。 
技术方案 
一种阻燃PVC塑料地板，其特征在于由如下配方组成，按重量份数其配方为：聚氯乙烯树脂100-120份，二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡8-10份，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯25-30份，乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺11-15份，氢氧化铝5-10份、氢氧化镁5-10份，抗老化剂2-4份。 
一种抗静电PVC塑料地板的制备工艺： 
A、混料将上述配方混合； 
B、混炼：在两辊炼塑机上将Pvc塑化均匀，拉片。温度为140-160左右； 
C、压片：温度140-160左右，压力180-200kg/cm2； 
D、成品 
有益效果 
1、本发明提供一种阻燃性能良好的PVC地板，其配方增加了阻燃剂氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁，可以有效地阻燃，并且不产生新的污染，同时可以做为填充物，增强地板的强度。 
具体实施方式
实施例1 
一种阻燃PVC塑料地板，其特征在于由如下配方组成，按重量份数其配 方为：聚氯乙烯树脂100kg，二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡8kg，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯25kg，乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺11kg，氢氧化铝5kg、氢氧化镁5kg，抗老化剂2kg。 
一种抗静电PVC塑料地板的制备工艺： 
A、混料将上述配方混合； 
B、混炼：在两辊炼塑机上将Pvc塑化均匀，拉片；温度为140-160℃； 
C、压片：温度140-160℃，压力180-200kg/cm2； 
D、成品 
实施例2 
一种阻燃PVC塑料地板，其特征在于由如下配方组成，按重量份数其配方为：聚氯乙烯树脂120kg，二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡10kg，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30kg，乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺15kg，氢氧化铝10kg、氢氧化镁10kg，抗老化剂4kg。 
一种抗静电PVC塑料地板的制备工艺： 
A、混料将上述配方混合； 
B、混炼：在两辊炼塑机上将Pvc塑化均匀，拉片。温度为160℃左右； 
C、压片：温度160℃左右，压力200kg/cm2； 
D、成品。

1.一种阻燃PVC塑料地板，其特征在于由如下配方组成，按重量份数其配方为：聚氯乙烯树脂100-120份，二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡8-10份，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯25-30份，乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺11-15份，氢氧化铝5-10份、氢氧化镁5-10份，抗老化剂2-4份。
