[0002] 钢铁行业日益严峻的环保要求和市场形势,要求钢铁企业必须做到节能减排,降低成本。目前,高炉炼铁工序污染排放量占据整个钢铁行业排放量的大部分,因此,减少炼铁工序排放量显得尤为必要。
[0003] 当前,传统的高炉上料时的均压放散是利用半净煤气、氮气向料罐均压至与高炉炉顶压力一致来实现向高炉内排料,放散时,料罐内的荒煤气经旋风除尘器粗除尘后直接排入大气中,以使料罐放散至常压,满足料罐受料。虽然,经旋风除尘器回收的部分粉尘在充压过程中能再次被吹入称量料罐中,但每年仍会排入大量的粉尘进入大气中。更为重要的是,大量的有毒煤气也排入了空气中,不仅污染了环境,而且是一种巨大的经济浪费。按吨铁放散量7〜9Nm3计算,目前,我国年煤气放散量达50亿立方米左右,经济损失高达5. 5 亿元人民币(高炉煤气单价按0. 11元/Nm3计算)。
[0004] 目前已知的新均压放散煤气回收工艺,或回收成本过高,或不能在工业中实现很好的煤气回收,无法同时实现经济效益与环保效益二者兼顾。申请号为201010209016. 5,名称为“高炉装料均压放散过程的煤气回收工艺及其装置”公开了一种将放散煤气回收入净煤气管网的技术,虽然运行成本低廉,操作简单,但主要依靠炉顶压力做动力将净煤气送入煤气管网,实际使用中,很难实现均压放散煤气的完全放散和净煤气的有效回收。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明要解决的技术问题是针对当前传统工艺及各种新改进工艺的不足,提供一种操作方便,运行维护费用低廉的高炉炉顶均压放散过程煤气回收装置,有效回收产生的煤气和粉尘,达到高炉炉顶均压放散系统的节能减排与环保目的。

[0007] 高炉炉顶均压放散过程煤气回收装置,包括高炉称量料罐、与此料罐连接的均压放散管道、多种阀、旋风除尘器以及旋风除尘器后串联的布袋除尘器;其特征在于在布袋除尘器后串联引射器;从高炉称量料罐均压放散的荒煤气经均压放散管道进入旋风除尘器初步除尘后,进入旋风除尘器后串联的布袋除尘器形成净煤气;此净煤气在引射器的作用下, 被快速弓I射进入净煤气管网中,实现称量料罐均压放散煤气的快速放散和回收。
[0008] 所述的引射器入口段包含两个入口,分别为工作管和引射管,工作管通过管道和炉顶高压煤气切断阀与炉顶净煤气管相连接以通入经过高炉炉顶煤气布袋除尘器系统净化除尘的高炉炉顶净煤气,引射管通过管道和引射器切断阀与布袋除尘器相连接以接入布袋除尘后的净煤气;由于布袋除尘后的称量料罐放散煤气压力低于经过净化除尘的高压的高炉炉顶净煤气压力,经布袋除尘后的称量料罐放散煤气从引射管进入引射器中,被从工作管喷入引射器中的经过净化除尘的高压的高炉炉顶净煤气引射,并通过引射器快速进入净煤气管网中。

[0022] 如图1所示,高炉炉顶均压放散过程煤气回收装置,高炉本体1通过下料阀2与称量料罐3连接,从称量料罐3均压放散的荒煤气经均压放散管道4进入旋风除尘器6初步除尘后,进入旋风除尘器6后串联的布袋除尘器13进行精除尘形成净煤气。该布袋除尘器装置13与高炉炉顶煤气布袋除尘器系统是并联的。
[0023] 布袋除尘器13的后面连接了一个引射器16,使经布袋除尘器13精除尘后的净煤气在引射器16的作用下,快速的进入净煤气管网18,实现称量料罐煤气的放散和回收利用。而称量料罐3的均压则与传统工艺一致。对于不同类型的高炉,只需根据称量料罐3 放散煤气的多少,来选择合适容积的布袋除尘器13和引射器16即可。
[0024] 所述的引射器16入口段由工作管和引射管两部分组成;工作管通过管道和炉顶高压煤气切断阀15与炉顶净煤气管相连接以通入经过高炉炉顶煤气布袋除尘器系统净化除尘的高炉炉顶净煤气;引射管通过管道和引射器切断阀14与布袋除尘器13相连接以接入布袋除尘后的净煤气。引射器出口段则通过管道和切断阀17与净煤气管网18相连接。
[0025] 由于布袋除尘后的称量料罐放散煤气压力低于经过净化除尘的高压的高炉炉顶净煤气压力,经布袋除尘后的称量料罐放散煤气从引射管进入引射器16中,被从工作管喷入引射器16中的经过净化除尘的高压的高炉炉顶净煤气引射,并通过引射器16快速进入净煤气管网18中。
[0026] 所述的高炉炉顶净煤气未经过TRT余压发电机组或减压阀组,仍处于高压状态。
[0027] 如图1所示,均压时,打开均压放散阀5和半净煤气充压阀8,半净煤气经均压放散管道4对称量料罐3进行一次均压。若一次均压不能满足要求,再打开氮气充压阀9,用高压氮气对称量料罐3进行二次均压,达到合适的压力要求。均压完毕,打开下料间2,炉料从称量料罐3经下料闸2进入高炉1中。
[0028] 放散时,打开均压放散切断阀5和布袋切断阀10,从称量料罐3放散的荒煤气经均压放散管道4,进入旋风除尘器6。经旋风除尘器6除尘后的半净煤气进入布袋除尘器13 中,并被精除尘形成净煤气。
[0029] 在放散的同时,打开引射器切断阀14、炉顶高压煤气切断阀15和切断阀17,在引射器16作用下,经布袋除尘器6除尘后的均压放散煤气被从工作管喷入引射器中的经过净化除尘的高压的高炉炉顶净煤气引射进入净煤气管网18。当称量料罐3中的均压放散煤气放散至常压时,关闭均压放散切断阀5,实现称量料罐3的煤气放散回收的目的。
[0030] 旋风除尘放散阀7用于在布袋除尘器13出现故障或更换布袋及维修等情况下,直接打开旋风除尘放散阀7,放散掉称量料罐3中的均压放散煤气。
[0031] 净煤气放散阀11用于在布袋除尘器13维修或更换布袋情况下,放散掉布袋除尘器13中的净煤气。
[0032] 清灰阀12用于清理布袋除尘器13捕集下来的灰尘。
[0033] 引射器容积可根据称量料罐煤气放散量和放散速度选择。为了更快的实现称量料罐3中的均压放散煤气的放散,可在煤气放散完毕后,关闭布袋切断阀10,同时保持引射器切断阀14、炉顶高压煤气切断阀15和切断阀17开启一段时间,使引射器16继续引射布袋除尘器13中的煤气,并使布袋除尘器13中形成一定程度的负压,以利于下次称量料罐3均压放散煤气放散时,能以更快的放散速度进行。如此,也可在维持称量料罐3煤气放散速度不变的情况下,选择较小的引射器,降低固定投资成本。
