Abstract

本发明公开了一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒及其制备方法,该阻燃母粒按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:PA 28.5-48.5%;无卤阻燃剂50-70%;润滑剂0.5-1%;抗氧剂0.5-1%。其制备方法如下:按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;将混合均匀后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在100-260℃,七区抽真空,螺杆转速为350-450r/min。将本发明制备的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒与PA(特别是PA66)混合后,能对PA进行阻燃改性,具有高防火性,兼具高冲击及高强度性。

Description

一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒及其制备方法
[技术领域]
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,尤其涉及一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒及其制备方法。
[背景技术]
PA(Po1yamide,聚酰胺或尼龙)是最重要的工程塑料,是目前应用最多的几种工程塑料之一,这类材料被广泛应用于各个领域,PA66是其中的一种。但未经改性的PA(特别是PA66)阻燃性较差,其垂直燃烧只能达到UL94V-2级,氧指数为24左右,属于易燃材料,在使用过程中极易引发火灾,特别是应用于电子产品领域,更易发生火灾。
[发明内容]
本发明提供了一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒及其制备方法,将该制备的阻燃母粒与PA混合后,能对PA进行阻燃改性,具有高防火性,兼具高冲击及高强度。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PA                      28.5-48.5%;
无卤阻燃剂              50-70%;
润滑剂                  0.5-1%;
抗氧剂                  0.5-1%。
一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在100-260℃,七区抽真空,螺杆转速为350-450r/min。
将本发明制备的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,加入到PA中混合后,能对PA进行阻燃改性,提高PA的阻燃效果,并且兼具高冲击及高强度性。
[具体实施方式]
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做一详细的阐述。
在下述各个实施例中,PA采用PA66,如牌号HY25,或NPD-004;无卤阻燃剂选择牌号MC-25,或MCA-25;润滑剂选择牌号TAF,或PETS;抗氧剂选择牌号1010,1098,或1076。
实施例1
该实施例的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PA 48.5%、无卤阻燃剂50%、润滑剂1%、抗氧剂0.5%。
其制备方法如下:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度:一区温度120℃、二区温度260℃、三区温度250℃、四区温度230℃、五区温度200℃、六区温度100℃、七区温度100℃、八区温度100℃、机头温度260℃;七区开真空进行抽真空,螺杆转速为350r/min。
实施例2
该实施例的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PA 43.5%、无卤阻燃剂55%、润滑剂0.8%、抗氧剂0.7%。
其制备方法如下:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度:一区温度120℃、二区温度260℃、二区温度260℃、三区温度250℃、四区温度230℃、五区温度200℃、六区温度100℃、七区温度100℃、八区温度100℃、机头温度260℃,七区开真空进行抽真空,螺杆转速为400r/min。
实施例3
该实施例的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PA 38.5%、无卤阻燃剂60%、润滑剂0.7%、抗氧剂0.8%。
其制备方法如下:
步骤一、按上述所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度:一区温度120℃、二区温度260℃、二区温度260℃、三区温度250℃、四区温度230℃、五区温度200℃、六区温度100℃、七区温度100℃、八区温度100℃、机头温度260℃,七区开真空进行抽真空,450r/min。
实施例4
该实施例的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PA 28.5%、无卤阻燃剂70%、润滑剂0.5%、抗氧剂1%。
其制备方法与实施例1相同。
性能评价及测试:
将上述实施例1至4制备的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒先在鼓风烘箱中90℃-100℃的条件下干燥4-6小时,然后将干燥好的粒子物料按比例和PA66原料混合,混合后用注射成型机成型测试样条。对比例是将无卤阻燃剂跟PA66原料混合后的尼龙防火材料。实施例1至4与对比例的性能测试数据如下表1:
拉伸强度按ASTM D-638标准进行检验。试样类型为I型,样条尺寸(mm):(176±2)(长)×(12.6±0.2)(端部宽度)×(3.05±0.2)(厚度),拉伸速度为50mm/min;
弯曲强度和弯曲模量按ASTM D-790标准进行检验。试样类型为试样尺寸(mm):(128±2)×(12.67±0.2)×(3.11±0.2),弯曲速度为20mm/min;
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度按ASTM D-256标准进行检验。试样类型为I型,试样尺寸(mm):(63±2)×(12.45±0.2)×(3.1±0.2);缺口类型为A类,缺口剩余厚度为1.9mm;

上表1中,第1组测试数据是将实施例1制备的阻燃母粒(20%)与PA66(80%)混合后的性能测试数据;第2组测试数据是将实施例2制备的阻燃母粒(18.2%)与PA66(81.8%)混合后的性能测试数据;第3组测试数据是将实施例3制备的阻燃母粒(16.7%)与PA66(83.3%)混合后的性能测试数据;第4组测试数据是将实施例4制备的阻燃母粒(85.7%)与PA66(14.3%)混合后的性能测试数据;第5组测试数据是将无卤阻燃剂(10%)与PA66(90%)混合后的性能测试数据。
通过表1可以看出,将实施例1至4制备的阻燃母粒与PA66混合后,能够有效的起到阻燃效果,阻燃效果达到了V1、V0,比无卤阻燃剂与PA66混合后的阻燃效果好。而且在冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度方面也有所提升。证明本发明制备的阻燃母粒与PA66混合后,能够有效的起到阻燃效果,且冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度等力学效果也比较好。

Claims (3)

1.一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,其特征在于,按重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
PA                 28.5-48.5%;
无卤阻燃剂         50-70%;
润滑剂             0.5-1%;
抗氧剂             0.5-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙无卤阻燃母粒,其特征在于:所述PA为PA66。
3.一种尼龙无卤阻燃母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按权利要求1所述的重量百分比称取各个组分;
步骤二、将称取的各个组分放入混料筒中混合均匀;
步骤三、将混合均匀后的物料置于双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经熔融反应,挤出造粒;双螺杆挤出机各区温度分别控制在100-260℃,七区抽真空,螺杆转速为350-450r/min。
