Abstract
Description
一种治疗烧烫伤的药物组合物及其制备方法技术领域[0001] 本发明属于中药领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种治疗烧伤烫伤病人的药物组合物及其制备方法。背景技术[0002] 烧伤烫伤是一种严重危害人们身体健康的常见意外创伤,·历来是难以治疗的疑难病症,烧伤的程度由温度的高低、作用时间的长短而不同,局部的变化可分为四度:第一度: 因血管麻痹而充血;第二度:形成充满血清的烧伤水疱;第三度:组织坏死;第四度:组织的炭化。烧伤时可见血液中的乳酸量增加,动静脉血的PH值降低,随着组织毛细血管功能障碍的加重,缺氧血症也严重。[0003] 不论是传统还是现代的中医中药治疗烧伤的方法或处方,一般都停留在秘方阶段,并未形成切实的药品产品,很容易使传统的秘方失传而使我们中华医药的宝贵财富流失,本发明人针对上述情况,潜心研究中医中药治疗烧伤的机理。中医关于烧伤有着深厚的理论基础,中医认为烧伤亦称火烧疮、汤泼火烧、汤火伤。轻浅者通常不影响内脏功能,仅在局部出现红晕,起疱,或腐烂;重者损害面积大而深,产生火盛伤阴,热毒炽甚,耗伤体内阴液。甚则热毒内攻,或气血两虚等全身症状,临床可见口渴,发热,便秘,小便不利甚或烦躁不宁,神昏谵语。治疗轻者只需外治,用地榆、大黄等量,冰片少许研末,香油调敷。重者宜辨证施治,清热解毒,凉营熄风,或固气养阴,回阳救逆,多选用黄连解毒汤、犀角地黄汤、羚羊钩藤汤或生脉散、参附汤等加味,若病程日久,耗伤气血者,则宜补气养血,可用八珍汤加味。外治方法包括清洗疮面,水泡处理,清除焦痂或植皮等项,亦可将上述药膏涂敷疮面,严重者应及时进行中西医抢救治疗。[0004]目前,多数治疗烧伤烫伤的药物治疗效果并不十分理想,部分药物在治疗烧伤烫伤时需要的周期较长,或治疗后仍存在疤痕的现象,或每天需要的用药量次数多,给患者带来诸多不便,另外就是有的药物在治疗烧伤烫伤时,患者不能在室外走动,限制了患者的活动量,抑或在药物中加入过多的化学成分,对患者的身体造成潜在的危害。发明内容[0005] 本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗烧烫伤的药物组合物及其制备方法,本申请的发明人结合祖传秘方根据前人经验及自己多年的医疗实践,通过对传统中药的研究,并结合辩证论证,多方收集众家之长,以中医外治为主,寻求最佳治疗方案,采用纯天然中草药原料,结合传统中医技术精心配制成本发明的治疗烧伤的药物组合物,该中药组合物不仅对烧伤烫伤处治愈周期短,I度烧伤或烫伤4到6天可痊愈,2度烧伤或烫伤8-12天可痊愈, 3度烧伤或烫伤18-30天即可,患者只需要一天换1-2次药即可,为患者带来方便,另外,该组合物治愈率达100%。[0006] 为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:[0007] —种治疗烧烫伤的药物组合物,其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制作而成:[0008] 野牡丹20-25份、黄连20-25份、虎杖12_25份、白芷8_12份、藏红花6_7份、紫草 10-15份、白背叶10-12份、金银花12-15份、黄芩25-30份、当归20-30份、没药12-15份、 乌梅6-8份、苍术3-5份、五倍子10-12份、白及10-12份、炉甘石10-12份、三七1_3份、寒水石8-12份、防风5-8份、丁香25-30份、乳香8_12份、地榆8_10份。[0009] 所述的治疗烧烫伤的药物组合物,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份优选为:[0010] 野牡丹20份、黄连20份、虎杖15份、白芷8份、藏红花7份、紫草10份、白背叶10 份、金银花15份、黄芩25份、当归20份、没药12份、乌梅7份、苍术5份、五倍子10份、白及10份、炉甘石12份、三七3份、寒水石10份、防风8份、丁香25份、乳香10份、地榆10 份。[0011]方解:[0012]1、野牡丹;性味:甘、酸、涩,平。功能主治清热利湿,消肿止痛,散瘀止血。根:用于消化不良,肠炎,痢疾,肝炎,衄血,便血,血栓闭塞性脉管炎。叶:外用治跌打损伤,外伤出血;[0013] 2、黄连:药性苦寒。归心、脾、胃、胆、大肠经;功效:清热燥湿、泻大解毒;[0014] 3、虎杖:药性微苦,微寒。归脾、胆、肺经;功效:利胆退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛,化痰止咳;[0015] 4、白芷:药性辛、温。归脾、胃、大肠经;功效:解毒散寒,祛风止痛,通鼻窍,燥湿止带,消肿排脓;[0016] 5、藏红花:性味甘平,归经入心、肝经。功能主治活血化 瘀,散郁开结。治忧思郁结,胸膈痞闷,吐血,伤寒发狂,惊怖恍惚,妇女经闭,产后瘀血腹痛,跌扑肿痛。;[0017] 6、紫草:药性甘、咸、寒。归心、肝经;功效:清热凉血解毒透疹;[0018] 7、白背叶:寒,无毒。清热,利湿,止痛,解毒,止血。治淋池,胃痛,口疮,痔疮,溃疡,跌打损伤,蛇咬伤,外伤出血;丁香:性辛,温;入胃、脾、肾经,降逆,抗真菌;[0019] 8、金银花:药性甘寒,归肺、心、胃经;功效:清热解毒,疏散风热;[0020] 9、黄芩:药性苦寒。归肺、胆脾、胃、大肠小肠经;功效:清热燥湿,泻火解毒,止血;[0021] 10、当归:药性甘、辛、温。归肝、心、脾经;功效:补血调经,活血止痛,润肠通便;[0022] 11、没药:性苦、平,散血去淤,消肿止痛,生肌,杀菌;[0023] 12、乌梅:药性酸,潘,平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经;功效:敛肺止咳,涩肠止泻,安蛔止痛,生津止渴;[0024] 13、苍术:药性辛、苦、温,归脾、胃、肝经;功效:燥湿健脾,祛风散寒;[0025] 14、五倍子:药性酸、涩、寒。归肺、大肠、肾经;[0026] 15、白及:收敛止血药性味与归经:苦、甘、涩,微寒。归肺、肝、胃经。功能与主治: 收敛止血,消肿生肌。用于咳血吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂;肺结核咳血,溃疡病出血。[0027] 16、炉甘石:药性甘平,归肝、胃经;功效:解毒明目退翳,收湿止痒蔹疮;[0028] 17、三七:性甘微苦,温,无毒,止血,散淤,消肿止痛,抗病毒;[0029] 18、寒水石:药性辛、咸、寒。归心、胃肾•’功效:清热泻火;[0030] 19、防风:辛、甘,温。归膀胱、肝、脾经。解表祛风,胜湿,止痉;[0031] 20、丁香:性味辛,温。功能主治温脾胃,降逆气。主治胃寒呕逆,吐泻,脘腹作痛。[0032] 21、乳香:性辛、苦、降逆、抗真菌;[0033] 22、地榆:性味苦酸、寒、入肝、大肠经;功效:凉血上血,清热解毒。治吐血,衄血, 血痢,崩漏,肠风,痔漏,痈肿,湿疹,金疮,烧伤。[0034] 本发明的药物组合物其制备方法为:[0035] 按质量比例取用各种中药材粉碎至100-150目的细粉,混合放入广口玻璃瓶内,备用。[0036] 本发明的治疗烧伤的药物组合物可以制备成膏状,方法是:[0037] 按质量比例取用各种中药材粉碎至100-150目的细粉,混合放入广口玻璃瓶内, 备用,然后加入重量为原料组分重量4倍的香油,搅拌均匀即得膏状产品。[0038] 患者在使用本发明的药物时,烧伤或烫伤无论是否出现破皮,均不用纱布包裹,将伤口用消毒水清理后,涂敷本发明的组合物,一天换药I次即可;不破皮的采用本发明的药膏或药粉涂抹在患处,烫伤或烧伤的最初两天,一天也可换药1-3次;[0039] 与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种治疗烧伤的药物组合物及其制备方法具有以下优点:[0040] I)减少渗出,保护创面,广谱抗菌,促进创面愈合,愈合后疤痕少;2)使用方法简单,每天换药的次数少,给患者带来很多方便,且不需要与其他抗菌素结合治愈周期短,见效快;3) I度、2度或3度烧伤或烫伤的治愈率均可达100%,即使是三度烧伤,18-30天即可完全治愈;4)严重烧伤或烫伤后,不需要设置无菌室,不需要红外线照射或植皮,不易感染;5)在普通的环境即可治疗,没有无菌环境的要求;6)适用于各类 按质量比例取用各种中药材分别粉碎至100-150目的细粉,混合放入广口玻璃瓶内,然后取上述中药总量4倍的香油,添加搅拌均匀得膏状药物。[0049] 实施例3 :[0050]1.本组病人286例,其中住院病人150例占52. 4%,门诊病人136例占47. 6%。 年龄最大81岁,最小3岁。平均年龄38岁。烧伤常见原因:(I)开水烫伤,(2)火烧伤,(3) 热气流冲击伤,(4)化学物质烧伤,如硫酸,石灰水,(5)浙青烫伤等。[0051] 诊断证明:烧伤部位,四肢烧伤191例占66. 8% ;头面部烧伤59例占20. 6% ;躯干36例占12. 6%。烧伤面积及深度:1度烧伤103例,最大面积占全身面积21. 5% ;浅II 度烧伤97例,最大烧伤面积33%,深II度烧伤49例;III度烧伤37例。[0052] 2.治疗方法[0053] 对于刚烧伤的新鲜创面,入院后给以用碘伏或碘络酮液消毒,并清除创面上的污物,有水泡低位剪破放出积液,保留泡皮。游离或皱折的坏死腐皮予以清除,清除干净后再消毒一次。涂敷本发明得治疗烧伤的药物组合物的粉末剂或膏剂,24小时换药一次,连续换药3次,每次换药时应给予创面清创。[0054] 3.治疗结果[0055] 本组286例,I度烧伤103例,6天内全部愈合。浅11度烧伤97例,深11度烧伤 49例,8〜15天愈合。III度烧伤37例,18〜30天愈合。早期入院的II度-1II度病人经清创包扎或暴露治疗,没有出现因炎性反应而影响愈合。晚期入院的II度-1II度病人, 因烧伤局部出现感染组织液化痂下或痂下积脓,虽经彻底清创,局部组织氧化,但仍出现炎性病变影响愈合。本组仅有3例III度烧伤的病人虽经清创周边缘皮肽爬生再生修复而自行愈合,但仍留有条状疤痕。临床追访I〜3年153例占53. 5%,没有其他不适。[0056] 实施例4[0057] 下述为采用本发明的药物组合物后的部分患者治疗情况[0058] 陈某男年龄36岁,摩托车排气管烫伤小腿,烫伤处红肿,起泡,患处面积6X9cm, 涂敷本发明组合物粉末制剂后,4天后痊愈,且烫伤处不留疤痕,患者在敷药的过程中,没有疼痛感,治愈率达100% ;[0059]田某男年龄21岁,该患者手部被油烫伤,深II度烧伤,涂敷本发明药物组合物膏状制剂后,用药5天后已无浓性分泌物,再次换药创面上皮岛形成,13天后痊愈,治愈后不留疤痕;[0060] 王某女年龄60岁,手臂处被烧伤,烧伤面积达25 %,出现破皮现象,清洁伤口后, 涂覆本发明的组合物药粉,一天两次,9天痊愈,治愈后患处死皮脱落,不留疤痕,治愈率达 100% ;[0061] 曹某女年龄22岁,腿部烧伤严重,从其它医院转入治疗,患处腐烂,病情严重无法控制,患者疼痛不堪,伤口 恶化感染,后采用本发明的组合物治疗10天后病情大大好转,25 天后疮愈,愈后不留症。[0062] 事实上,在本申请人近十年的医疗实践中,治愈的病例数目众多,均取得良好的效果,而且其成本低廉,大大减轻患者的负担。[0063] 本发明采用的上述各中药互作配伍,能发挥其协同治病作用,所用中药原料各成分之间具有药效相互交织相互促进和协调效能,经临床验证,可用于不同程度的烧伤、烫伤,本申请人近十年的医疗实践中,治愈的病例数目众多,均取得良好的效果,而且成本低廉,减轻患者的负担。[0064] 本申请的治疗烧伤的药物组合物成本低廉,疗效显著,治疗后不留疤痕,具有广 阔的应用前景。
