技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于经由设置在建筑物屋顶的烟囱排放爆炸性气体的装置,在烟囱上部的自由端设置有排放头,该排放头包括多个以星形的方式从烟囱伸出的分配器管,并且在分配器管的自由端分别设置有排放口。
背景技术
发电厂中的大型发电机一般用氢气冷却。在故障情况下,氢气必须从发电机尽可能快速地移除。这种快速排空通过经由发电机房屋顶排放氢气进入大气得以实现。由于氢气是爆炸性气体,当排放进入大气和与大气氧气混合的时候,有引爆气体爆炸的危险。从排放装置上方的起爆位置传播出的压力波可能引起放置有发电机的发电机房屋顶的损坏。
提供开始提及的这种类型的装置主要为了降低这个压力波载荷。这种用于排放爆炸性气体的装置例如在DE 195 17 163A1中已有说明。
在该已知的设备中,排放气体被分离成与排放口数量对应的多个气体射流;所述气体射流至少在它们的易燃容积区域内被空间地彼此分离。气体喷射流可以因此不一同引燃,并且因此由爆炸形成的压力波是较小幅度的。
然而,在强风条件的情况下,上述情况不会保持。一定的强风条件,彼此空间地分隔的易燃容积区域能够又被吹到一块形成单一的大的易燃容积区域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种开始提及的这种类型的装置,借助该装置,即使在不利的风情状况下,爆炸形成的压力波载荷也可以被降低。
在开始提及的装置的情况下,根据本发明的目的是凭借如下技术措施来实现的,即:分配器管的末端区域被设计为喷射泵,在喷射泵中,爆炸性气体是抽吸周围空气的动力介质。
在该发明装置中,排放的射流中的平均密度增大,因此产生了更大的喷射动量。这种平均密度的增加是空气密度大致是氢气密度10倍这个事实的结果。以这种方式易燃的体积减少,并且基于大的喷射动量,当风大时,也不会发生大的射流偏移。

图1示出了用于排放爆炸性气体的本发明装置的侧视图,其大致包括烟囱2和排放头3,烟囱安装在屋顶1上。
在本发明装置中,排放头3被这样设计,即,多个分配器管分布在两个高度上。分配器管4位于较低高度,以及分配器管5位于较高高度。
为了进一步加大吹出的爆炸性混合气体射流的分离,较高高度的分配器管5以规定的角度倾斜向上。并且所述分配器管4和5以交替设置在两个不同高度的方式环绕布置。
根据本发明,喷射泵6分别位于每个分配器管的端部。
喷射泵6的设计在图3中用示意图说明。
附图标记4和5表示相应的分配器管,氢气G经由该分配器管输入喷射泵6中。驱动喷嘴8位于各分配器管端部。基于在扩散器11颈部形成的负压,空气被吸入到位于喷嘴8之前的混合腔室9内。爆炸性气体基本上在扩散器11中与吸入的空气相混合一直到排放口7,通过排放口7,混合气体被排出。
αO和αU分别表示空气/气体混合物的喷射角。β标记了上分配器管5的倾斜角度。从图1中清楚地看出,上分配器管5向上倾斜了一个规定的角度,由此进一步将位于喷射角区域中的易燃容积彼此分离。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于经由设置在建筑物屋顶的烟囱排放爆炸性气体的装置,在烟囱上部的自由端设置有排放头,该排放头包括多个以星形的方式从烟囱伸出的分配器管,并且在每个分配器管的自由端分别设置有排放口,其特征在于:所述分配器管的端部区域设计为喷射泵,在所述喷射泵中,爆炸性气体是抽吸周围空气的动力介质,所述多个分配器管分别设置在两个高度。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述多个分配器管以交替设置在较低高度和较高高度的方式环绕布置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:设置在较高高度的分配器管以规定角度倾斜向上。
