本发明涉及一种预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝,由螺套、锁母、锥形丝套及三爪丝扣构成,在螺套上部啮合套装锁母,在螺套内同轴啮合安装锥形丝套,该锥形丝套上表面中部制有一四方盲孔,锥形丝套的下部制有锥形孔,该锥形孔内径向均布嵌装三爪丝扣。本卡丝采用两段三爪丝扣对钢筋进行连接提拉,连接牢固可靠,接续了截桩后钢筋的预应力,保持了预应力管桩的强度,保证了建筑的质量。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,涉及预应力管桩,尤其是一种预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝。
背景技术
预应力管桩是直接打入地下的建筑用桩,由于地下的岩土地质情况复杂,因此,相同长度的管桩不可能实现相同的深度,对于无法深入的管桩,通常采用截桩方式实现建筑用桩的齐平。但由于是预应力管桩,因此截桩的后果是破坏了钢筋的预应力,预应力管桩的截桩一般难以接筋而保持预应力,导致管桩无法达到设计的要求。目前,尚无发现解决上述问题的方法。
通过检索,也未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种在截桩后还可保持管桩钢筋预应力的预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝,其特征在于:由螺套、锁母、锥形丝套及三爪丝扣构成,在螺套上部啮合套装锁母,在螺套内同轴啮合安装锥形丝套,该锥形丝套上表面中部制有一四方盲孔,锥形丝套的下部制有锥形孔,该锥形孔内径向均布嵌装三爪丝扣。
而且,在对应三爪丝扣下方的螺套内也制有倒锥形孔,该倒锥形孔内对应三爪丝扣的下端面也安装有倒三爪丝扣,通过锥形丝套的轴向位移,三爪丝扣与倒三爪丝扣的同步径向伸缩。
而且,在螺套上端部制有径向立槽。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本卡丝采用两段三爪丝扣对钢筋进行连接提拉,连接牢固可靠,接续了截桩后钢筋的预应力,保持了预应力管桩的强度,保证了建筑的质量。
2、本卡丝采用手动啮合方式实现两段三爪丝扣的径向伸缩,并采用锥形丝套进行两段三爪丝扣的轴向位移以实现自动的径向伸缩,结构简单,设计科学,成本低廉,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步详述;需要说明的是:本实施例是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝,由螺套4、锁母3、锥形丝套6及三爪丝扣7构成,在螺套上端部制有径向立槽2,在螺套上部啮合套装锁母,该锁母可锁定本卡丝与接筋盘,并采用铁尺嵌装在径向立槽之间的立柱1上在锁母锁定时进行定位;在螺套内同轴啮合安装锥形丝套,该锥形丝套上表面中部制有一四方盲孔5,该四方盲孔可以采用四方扳手进行锥形丝套在螺套内的轴向位移;锥形丝套的下部制有锥形孔,该锥形孔内径向均布嵌装三爪丝扣;在对应三爪丝扣下方的螺套内也制有倒锥形孔,该倒锥形孔内对应三爪丝扣的下端面也安装有倒三爪丝扣8;通过锥形丝套的轴向位移,可实现三爪丝扣与倒三爪丝扣的同步径向伸缩。
本发明的工作原理是:
将锁母采用铁尺定位使本卡丝固装在接筋盘上,然后采用四方扳手旋转锥形丝套,锥形丝套在螺套内轴向位移,两段三爪丝扣所制的丝扣对钢筋同时同步进行咬抓提拉,由此接续截桩后钢筋的预应力。

1.一种预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝,其特征在于:由螺套、锁母、锥形丝套及三爪丝扣构成,在螺套上部啮合套装锁母,在螺套内同轴啮合安装锥形丝套,该锥形丝套上表面中部制有一四方盲孔,锥形丝套的下部制有锥形孔,该锥形孔内径向均布嵌装三爪丝扣;
在对应三爪丝扣下方的螺套内也制有倒锥形孔,该倒锥形孔内对应三爪丝扣的下端面也安装有倒三爪丝扣,通过锥形丝套的轴向位移,实现三爪丝扣与倒三爪丝扣的同步径向伸缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预应力管桩接筋连接卡丝,其特征在于:在螺套上端部制有径向立槽。
