Abstract

本发明提供了一个能把泵封装在燃料箱中的装置。该装置由容纳泵的密封容器组成,该容器安装在燃料箱内并能够从燃料箱的外部进入。该密封容器接收来自燃料箱的LPG并且泵吸收容器内的LPG。如果LPG泵毁坏,不需要将槽内的LPG全部排空,只需要排空容纳泵的密封容器内的少量LPG,松开密封容器的盖子并移出坏泵。

封装在机动车的LPG燃料箱内无需先排空槽的可拆卸泵组件
技术领域
一般来说,液态注射LPG燃料系统按以下进行操作:装在燃料箱内的LPG由泵驱动并凭借燃油分配管,通过压力调节器提供给位于进气歧管处的LPG注射器的扶手进行注射,然后根据类似汽油发动机的操作原理返回燃料箱。
在管路内部,LPG的压力必须能够维持燃料处于液体状态,该压力大于蒸气压,在2到4巴之间变化;为了达到上述目的,LPG燃料箱装有一个用于维持LPG处于压力下的泵组件,同时压力调节器保持其处于恰当的压力下。
因此,在燃料箱内的LPG泵组件是本系统的关键部件。
目前,如果LPG泵因任何原因失灵或发生故障,泵在被修理或更换之前必须从燃料箱内移出。
然而为了拆卸泵,首先必须排空泵失灵时LPG燃料箱内含有的LPG,该操作会产生很多麻烦;实际上,燃料箱必须在安全条件下由专业人员进行排空,并且即使一个中型LPG燃料箱排空所需要的时间可能很长。
因此,很明显目前LPG泵的拆卸是一个费时和昂贵的操作,除上述操作外,还要承担装在燃料箱内的LPG的损失,并且在一段时间内不能使用车辆。
本发明目的在于通过无需先排空燃料箱中含有的LPG而允许泵组件的拆卸来解决这一问题。
发明内容
根据本发明,本发明可以通过在密封容器中安装LPG泵组件来实现,该密封容器的一部分封装在燃料箱中,由盖子从外面覆盖,在法兰合适尺寸的孔内被密封在一起的容器及其盖子通常位于LPG燃料箱上,其支承用于系统操作和安全的组件;容器通过伸入燃料箱内的管子接收LPG燃料,并配置一个用于切断燃料流的装置,该装置可以在燃料箱外被激活,比如,法兰外表面上的旋塞或插口,在盖子内部与LPG泵集成,并且通过盖子穿过一个给发动机输送LPG燃料的密封的进气管;根据本发明,封在其密封容器内的泵组件给发动机输送燃料,并由装在容器中的LPG燃料供应。当关闭旋塞时,燃料箱与装有封装泵组件的密封容器(因此,以及与外界)之间的LPG燃料传送的唯一通道被切断,因此,如果有人需要移出泵组件,只需从密封的泵组件容器中移除少量LPG燃料并且从旋塞移出管段的下游部分,从法兰松开容器的盖子,将容器和泵组件一起移出。
因此,鉴于燃料箱内的几乎所有燃料安全地保留在燃料箱内,借助能够开启/关闭从燃料箱到封装泵组件的容器的LPG气流的旋塞,与外界的唯一通道已经关闭,本发明能够明显的减少移出和更换燃料泵组件需要的时间和成本。

具体实施方式
参考本发明的优选的实施例附图,说明如下:
与燃料箱18集成的法兰1,其类型适于支承需要用于LPG(或相似燃料)供应系统的操作和安全的普通组件和装置,比如,燃料中断装置2,电子止回阀3,供给阀4,密封电力电缆管路5。
法兰1特征还在于:
适合泵组件的足够大的孔6;
容器7,在燃料箱内部的孔6处与法兰密封在一起,该容器7足够大以能够封装泵组件,并设置有一个连接LPG进气管的连接件17;
LPG泵组件11;
用于密封封装泵组件11的容器7的盖子12,该盖子12在孔6处通过螺丝钉13或其它已知的扣紧部件拧紧固定在法兰1的外表面;
用于从燃料箱18传输LPG的燃料吸入管9;
将LPG从吸入管9传输到容器7的燃料进气管8;
用于切断/开启LPG流的装置10,所述LPG流从燃料吸入管9经燃料进气管8流向封装有泵组件11的容器7;
用于释放容器7的装置,所述装置10关闭后,容器盖12和用于切断残留LPG流的装置10的下游的管8的部分;
电子供应阀4;
燃料供应管16;
燃料回流管15;
位于容器7底部的连接件17,其连接管8与容器7。
因此根据本发明,为了支撑用于操作的组装装置并保证发动机的安全,法兰1除了具有安装在LPG车辆燃料箱上的常规法兰等的特点外,还具有孔6,其足够大以适合安装LPG泵组件11;密封容器7紧固在朝向燃料箱18内侧的孔6处,该容器7通过燃料进气管8与燃料箱18的燃料吸入管9连接;在燃料进气管8和来自燃料箱的吸入管9之间设置有用于切断LPG流的旋塞10,该旋塞10能够从法兰外部开启/关闭;泵组件11通过法兰1上的孔6引入容器7中,泵组件11被盖12提前密封;此时盖12通过螺丝钉13拧紧固定在法兰1上,因此形成了一个封装有泵组件11的密封容器。
如上所述,在顶部用盖12覆盖的封装有泵组件11的容器7通过贯穿于旋塞10中的进气管8接收燃料,依次地,容器7与从燃料箱18传输燃料的吸入管9连接。以这种方式,确保了容器7中有足够用于操作泵组件11所需要的燃料的量。
泵组件11驱动容器7内的燃料在必须的压力下通过管路14进入发动机的供油管路。
简言之,容器7和泵组件11及盖12组成了密闭容器,只有操作泵组件11的必要量的燃料流入容器中,并且从燃料箱18流入封装有泵组件11的密封容器7的燃料流可以通过关闭旋塞10切断。
如上所述,通过阀门或其它方式,一旦进入容器7的LPG流通过旋塞10被切断,在排空密封容器7和旋塞10下游的导管部分的少量LPG后,该解决方案允许泵组件11的拆卸,因此,阻止了燃料箱18内燃料的外泄。
根据另一个实施例,切断流入容器7的LPG气流的装置可以由电子阀门组成,该电子阀门安装在燃料吸入管9和向容器7供应燃料的燃料进气管8之间,该电子阀门可以借助一个开关被激活或断开泵组件11来自动控制。
如果用于切断燃料流的装置由电子阀门组成,则将电子供应阀4安装在旋塞10处可能是有益的。
在上述案例中,在不操作时关闭电子阀门和在供应燃料时开启电子阀门是合理的。
根据制造商的要求,容器7与法兰1在孔6处利用比如螺丝钉等紧固装置或焊接到法兰1上或以单个部件的形式制造的方式进行集成。
当然,为了确保容器、盖、传输燃料进入发动机燃料供应管路的管以及穿过法兰的所有电力电缆管路的密封,应该采用垫圈阻止燃料的任何泄漏。

Claims (7)

1.一种封装在机动车LPG燃料箱中的泵组件,该泵组件不需要首先把LPG燃料箱(18)排空便能够拆卸,该泵组件包括在LPG燃料箱(18)上使用的一个法兰,以支承用于系统的操作和安全的装置和组件,其中所述法兰(1)具有一个允许泵组件拆卸的足够大的孔(6),
该泵组件还包括:
封装LPG泵组件(11)的容器(7),所述LPG泵组件(11)和容器(7)密封在一起并与法兰(1)在LPG燃料箱(18)内部的孔(6)处集成,所述容器(7)底部设置有用于连接LPG进气管的连接件(17);
一个LPG泵组件(11);
密封盖(12),该盖用于密封封装有LPG泵组件(11)的容器(7);
紧固装置(13),该紧固装置用于在孔(6)处把盖(12)紧固在法兰外表面;
燃料吸入管(9),该燃料吸入管用于从LPG燃料箱(18)传输LPG气流;
燃料进气管(8),该燃料进气管将LPG气流从燃料吸入管(9)传输到容器(7);
切断装置(10),切断装置(10)用于中断或开启LPG气流,所述LPG气流从燃料吸入管(9)经燃料进气管(8)流向封装有LPG泵组件(11)的容器(7),切断装置(10)从LPG燃料箱(18)外操作;
给发动机提供燃烧的燃料供应管(14),该供应管穿过LPG泵组件(11)的密封盖(12);当关闭切断装置(10)后,用于排空容器(7)、密封盖(12)和切断装置(10)下游的燃料进气管(8)部分的残余LPG燃料的装置;
电子供应阀;用于LPG燃料箱(18)的供应管(14);用于LPG气流回流到LPG燃料箱(18)的回流管(15)。

4.如权利要求1所述的封装在机动车LPG燃料箱中的泵组件,其中,用于切断或开启LPG气流的所述切断装置(10)是由于LPG泵组件(11)失灵后自动操作的电子操作阀,所述LPG气流从燃料吸入管(9)流向燃料进气管(8)到达LPG泵组件(11)的容器(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的封装在机动车LPG燃料箱中的泵组件,其中,当容器(7)的密封盖(12)被移出以取出LPG泵组件(11)时,通过切断装置(10),流向容器(7)的LPG气流的切断阻止了LPG燃料箱(18)内LPG气流的泄漏。
