Abstract
一种用在船上的低温储罐。储罐被安装在两个水平基板(8,9)或甲板之间,储罐设置在下基板(9)上。储罐的顶部通过位于上部的柱状裙部(7)与上基板(8)相连,位于上部的柱状裙部(7)的直径比储罐圆柱部分(1)的直径小。位于上部的柱状裙部(7)设置在储罐顶部呈水平状的外侧部分(4)的中心位置上。储罐顶部的外侧部分为柔性结构,可以吸收上、下基板(8,9)之间位置的改变量,同时也可以吸收因为温度改变所引起的储罐的尺寸改变量。

背景技术
根据权利要求的前序部分可知,本发明涉及一种应用在船上的低温储罐。
特别是一种用于储存低温气体或低温液体的储罐,储罐可在船上例如生产单元或运输单元中运转,这些地方对储罐的泄漏要求比较严格。由于会产生动载荷,泄漏会增加,而且也会导致储罐的材料产生裂纹。动载荷可能由于储罐中的直接载荷产生,也可能由于支撑结构的动挠度产生。
低温储罐因为比较大的温度变化也容易产生重大的挠曲。这些问题应该尽可能的解决的以避免在储罐内产生高压。尽可能用最好的方法利用船板上的有效容积和有适当的储罐分区以便备用和维护也是非常重要的,因此在设计储罐时必须考虑这些问题。有时候,储罐的上面的区域能被利用也是很重要的,即,储罐应尽可能的通过设备安装在例如甲板的下方。
背景
现在有很多类型的低温储罐通过不同的储罐设计和支架满足了上述的一些条件。从现有技术我们可以得知,专利US347622属于与本发明稍微不同的领域,US6082676涉及一种运载火箭或宇宙飞船,在专利文本中都描述了一种被用作储罐基础的裙状部件。
发明内容
本发明中的储罐支架符合了上述所有的条件。根据权利要求中所描述的特征,本发明的储罐的轮廓完美的实现了上述要求。
本发明中储罐的支架可以吸收储罐上产生的小量动载荷。这是一种吸收由位移而产生的挠曲和因为温度变化产生的挠曲有效的方式。而且,通过适当的储罐分区,可以很好的利用有效容积。本发明的实施方式中也给出了储罐上部与甲板的连接装置的具体实例。

具体实施方式
本发明的储罐包括一个竖直放置的罐体,罐体具有一个中间圆柱部分1。储罐具有一个顶板,顶板的外侧部分4为水平设置,而中间部分5优选为圆锥形。
顶板上外侧部分4的径向内部连接有一个竖直设置的上柱状裙部7,柱状裙部的另一端附着在上基板8或甲板上。上柱状裙部7的直径比圆柱部分1的直径小。
储罐还包括一个球状底部2,球状底部2与圆柱部分1相连,且在储罐的圆柱部分1与球状底部2的过渡段6处,球状底部2与一个柱状裙部3相连。柱状裙部3支撑储罐,使其离开下基板9或甲板。
由于储罐上顶板的外部4为水平设置,上述部分会在储罐的竖直方向上构成一种可弯曲的结构,因为水平的结构可以有效的吸收因为温度改变而引起的竖直偏差。同时这种结构也可以有效的传递上基板8与储罐和下基板9与储罐之间的侧向力。而且这种结构也能够密封安装在上基板8下面的储罐。
本发明的低温储罐即能有效地利用储罐的容量,能容纳的有效装载量增大,又能有效地利用周围有效容积,而这些容积许多储罐都有。
柱状裙部3优选采用不锈钢材料,以便降低储罐与下基板9之间通过柱状裙部3的热传导。
Claims (3)
1.一种用在船上的低温储罐,储罐装配在两个水平基板(8,9)或甲板之间,其特征在于,储罐设置在下基板(9)的上面,储罐的顶部通过位于上部的柱状裙部(7)与上基板(8)相连,位于上部的柱状裙部(7)的直径比储罐圆柱部分(1)的直径小,位于上部的柱状裙部(7)设置在储罐顶部水平的外侧部分(4)的中心位置上,其中外侧部分(4)具有柔性,其可吸收由于上、下基板(8,9)之间位置偏移量,以及吸收因为温度改变所引起的储罐尺寸改变量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,位于上部的柱状裙部(7)可将侧向力从储罐传送到上基板(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的储罐,其特征在于,储罐通过位于下部的柱状裙部(3)与下基板(9)相连,位于下部的柱状裙部(3)可吸收储罐上的轴向力和侧向力。
