技术领域
本文实施方式涉及在电子文件上加上电子签名的图像形成装置。
背景技术
借助网络将电子文件向对方发送时，为了保护数据，防止第三者冒充修改数据，基于公钥加密方式将电子签名加在电子文件中的方法被广泛使用。用户将用密钥加密并且加上了电子签名的电子数据和含有公钥和用户名等固有信息的电子证书向对方发送。对方可使用电子证书中包含的公钥将被加密的电子数据解码，获得原来的电子数据。通过电子签名及电子证书，可以保证电子文件的发送人为本人并保证电子文件的真实性(原件)。
另外，通常，PDF具有电子签名的功能。用户可以指定文档中所希望的区域，嵌入签名用表格(form)及签名区域。例如，签名用表格通过鼠标的点击执行签名的验证，显示示出签名中使用的电子证书内容的窗口。签名区域(署名フィ一ルド，签名域)可以粘贴显示图像，为了更详细地表示出签名者的信息，也可以粘贴手写的签名、公司的标志、照片等。
图像形成装置可以在扫描到PDF过程中生成的电子文件中加上电子签名。但是，这样的PDF不能在签名区域中粘贴与签名者相关的信息。
发明内容
概括地讲，根据实施方式的图像形成装置，包括：扫描部、设置部和控制部。所述扫描部读取原稿。所述设置部接受向PDF的签名区域粘贴显示图像的指示。所述控制部对于所述原稿，将所述显示图像粘贴到所述签名区域而生成所述PDF。

具体实施方式
在下文中参照附图对本实施方式进行说明。图1是示出图像形成装置1的框图。在本实施方式中，作为图像形成装置1的一例，对MFP(多功能外围设备)进行说明。图像形成装置1包括：CPU 101、ROM 102、硬盘(存储器)103、通信部104、扫描部105、图像形成部106、控制面板107、读取部108。CPU 101控制图像形成装置1的各部的动作。ROM 102保存由CPU 101执行的各种程序。硬盘103保存各种数据。通信部104将图像形成装置1连接到网络。通信部104包括：发送部1041、接收部1042。发送部1041通过网络向其它装置发送信息。例如，发送部1041将硬盘103中保存的电子数据向其它装置发送。接收部1042通过网络从其他装置接收信息。例如，接收部1042从其它装置接收印刷任务。
扫描部105从纸质原稿读取图像信息，转换为电子数据。图像形成部106基于印刷任务将图像信息或者扫描部105读取的图像信息打印到纸张上。控制面板107一体地包括：显示部1071、输入部(设置部)1072。显示部1071是显示各种信息的液晶显示器。输入部1072包括可以选择(输入)必要事项的硬键及显示部1071的触摸屏。CPU 101接收通过输入部1072的用户的选择，按照保存在ROM 102中的程序执行后续处理。读取部108从为了登录到图像形成装置1而被举起的IC卡读取信息。
图2是示出显示部1071显示的扫描设置画面的图。用户使用输入部1072或者将IC卡举起对准读取部108而登录。用户在扫描部105中放置纸质原稿，并用控制面板107的规定硬键选择扫描后，CPU 101就在显示部1072中显示如图2所示的扫描设置画面。CPU 101在扫描设置画面上可选择地显示与“保存地址”、“文件名”、“文件形式”、“加密”、“签名”的各项目相关的详细设置。用户对扫描部105读取的原稿的电子数据设置这些项目。
在“保存地址”项目，可以通过触摸屏设置电子数据的保存地。在“文件名”项目，可以通过触摸屏设置电子数据的文件名。在“文件形式”，可以通过触摸屏设置电子数据的文件形式(PDF、TIF、JPEG、XPS)。在“加密”项目，可以通过触摸屏设置电子数据是否加密。在“签名”项目，可以通过触摸屏设置原稿的电子数据的电子签名的开启/关闭(ON/OFF)。本实施方式中，对用户在“文件形式”项目选择PDF，在“签名”项目选择电子签名开启的情况进行说明。
图3是示出显示部1072显示的签名设置画面的图。用户在图2所示的扫描设置画面上将“签名”项目设置为电子签名开启后，CPU 101使得在显示部1072上显示图3所示的签名设置画面。CPU 101在签名设置画面上可选择地显示与“签名中使用的证书”、“显示图像”的各项目相关的详细设置。用户对扫描部105读取的原稿的电子数据详细地设置这些项目。在“签名中使用的证书”项目，可以设置电子签名中使用的电子证书(下文中简单地称为证书)。在“显示图像”项目，可以设置是否将作为签名者相关信息的显示图像粘贴到PDF的签名区域中。
首先，对与“签名中使用的证书”项目相关的详细设置进行说明。在“签名中使用的证书”项目，可以通过触摸屏选择“证书库(証明書ストァ)”键或者“证书纸”键中的任一个。
“证书库”键是从证书库选择电子签名中使用的证书的设置。用户一旦选择“证书库”键，CPU 101就检索设置在硬盘103的空间中的证书库中保存的证书，在列表框中显示证书一览。另外，也可以当用户将IC卡举起对准读取部108而登录时，CPU 101检索IC卡内的证书库中保存的证书，在列表框中显示证书一览。用户可以通过触摸屏从列表框中选择所希望的证书。CPU 101将所选择的证书指定为在电子签名中使用的证书。
“证书纸”键是使用证书纸(指令卡)来指定在电子签名中使用的证书的设置。图4示出证书纸的一例的图。证书纸通过底纹、QR代码、模式图像等而嵌入特别指定证书的信息。特别指定证书的信息一般是证书的序号和发行者名称。
例如，在图像形成装置1旁边放置多个证书纸。各证书纸按照用于个人用、小组用、用于机器签名的图像形成装置用等用途分类。各证书纸嵌入特别指定各证书的信息。证书纸也可以如图4所示，可在规定位置手写签字。
图5是示出基于证书纸的取得证书的处理的流程图。这里，用户选择“证书纸”项目，将证书纸放置在前面的原稿放置到扫描仪105中。CPU101控制在扫描部105读取证书纸(Act 101)。接着，CPU 101从证书纸取得特别指定证书的信息(Act 102)。在Act 102，CPU 101通过用扫描部105扫描原稿前方放置的证书纸，读取特别指定证书的信息。CPU 101从证书库检索与特别指定证书的信息相对应的证书(Act 103)。在Act 103，CPU 101从设置在硬盘103的空间中的证书库或者用于登录的IC卡内的证书库，检索与特别指定证书的信息相对应的证书。然后，CPU 101从证书库中取得与特别指定证书的信息相对应的证书(Act 104)。CPU 101将通过图5所示流程获得的证书指定作为在电子签名中使用的证书。此外，CPU 101除了使用特别指定证书的信息以外，也可以根据证书纸的颜色、底纹等取得证书。此时，硬盘103可以事先保存证书纸的颜色、底纹等模式以及与证书相对应的信息。
接着，对与“显示图像”项目相关的详细设置进行说明。在“显示图像”项目，可以通过触摸屏选择“显示图像”的“有”键或“无”键。用户如果选择“显示图像”的“无”键，CPU 101就不接受与“显示图像”项目相关的其他详细设置。用户如果选择“显示图像”的“有”键，CPU101就接受与“显示位置”项目、“图像选择”项目相关的详细设置。在“显示位置”项目，可以通过触摸屏从列表框中选择显示图像的大概的显示位置(文档的左上、中上、右上等)。另外，CPU 101也可以在显示部1071中显示通过触摸屏的拖动操作而能够详细指定显示图像的显示位置的画面。用户通过拖动操作可以详细指定显示图像在原稿中的显示位置。
在“图像选择”项目，作为在显示图像中使用的图像的选择，通过触摸屏可以选择“手写签字”项目或者“文件”项目。在“手写签字”项目，可以选择特别指定原稿任一部分中书写的手写签字的图像的读取位置的方法。“文件”项目中，可以选择硬盘103中保存的图像。
首先，对与“手写签字”项目相关的详细设置进行说明。“手写签字”项目中，作为特别指定“手写签字”图像的读取位置的方法，可以选择“自动”键、“设置”键、“预览”键中的任一个。
“自动”键是例如这样的设置：CPU 101剪切预定位置的图像，即原稿的最后页的正中附近的图像。此外，可以设置成：如果用户在签名设置画面的“签名中使用的证书”项目中选择“证书纸”键及“自动”键，CPU101剪切作为显示图像的证书纸的手写签字的位置的图像。另外，也可以设置成：如果用户在签名设置画面的“签名中使用的证书”项目中选择“证书纸”键，CPU 101不接受与“图像选择”项目相关的详细设置，而剪切作为显示图像的证书纸的手写签字的位置的图像。
“设置”键是用于在扫描部105读取原稿之前、允许用户指定CPU101剪切图像的详细位置的设置。如果用户选择“设置”键，CPU 101在显示部1071中显示位置设置画面。图6是示出显示部1072中显示的位置设置画面的图。用户能够在位置设置画面上通过触摸屏的拖动操作，从原稿(也可包含证书纸)中，指定CPU 101剪切的图像页数、在该页中的详细位置、大小。CPU 101接受位置设置画面上的详细位置的指定。
“预览”键是用于在扫描部105读取原稿后、写出电子文件前，允许用户指定CPU 101剪切图像的详细位置的设置。如果用户选择“预览”键，CPU 101在显示部1071中显示预览画面。图7是示出显示部1072中显示的预览画面的图。用户能够在预览画面上通过触摸屏的拖动操作，从原稿(也可包含证书纸)中指定CPU 101剪切的图像的页数、该页中的详细位置、大小。CPU 101接受预览画面上的详细位置的指定。
CPU 101基于“手写签字”项目中的设置，从扫描部105读取的原稿的电子数据中剪切手写签字的图像，并设置显示图像。此外，CPU 101从扫描部105读取的原稿的电子数据中作为显示图像剪切的图像不限于手写签字。例如，也可以是在原稿最后页等的员工证的图像、原稿中印着的任意图像。用户不将这些图像作为显示图像设置时，也可选择“手写签字”项目中任一键。
接着，对与“文件”项目相关的详细设置进行说明。“文件”项目中，硬盘103中保存的所希望的图像可以通过触摸屏从列表框中选择。如果用户选择“文件”项目，并选择硬盘103中保存的所希望的图像，CPU 101就从硬盘103中读出被选择的图像，在显示部1071中显示。CPU 101将在“文件”项目中选择的图像设置为显示图像。
如果用户对图2所示的扫描设置画面的各项目进行详细设置后，通过触摸屏选择OK键(扫描为PDF的开始)，CPU 101就基于用户设置的内容，开始原稿的PDF的生成处理。图8是示出基于图2所示的扫描设置画面的各项目的详细设置，进行PDF的生成处理的流程图。首先，CPU 101接受PDF的生成指示(Act 201)。在Act 201中，CPU 101基于扫描为PDF的开始的选择，接受PDF的生成指示。其次，CPU 101判断是否有电子签名的指示(Act 202)。在Act 202中，CPU 101判断在扫描设置画面的“签名”项目中电子签名开启是否被选择。
没有电子签名的指示时(Act 202，否)，CPU 101生成PDF(Act 203)。在Act 203中，CPU 101对扫描部105读取的原稿，生成不加电子签名的PDF。CPU 101将PDF保存在硬盘103中。
有电子签名的指示时(Act 202，是)，CPU 101判断是否有向签名区域粘贴显示图像的指示(Act 204)。在Act 204中，CPU 101判断是否选择了签名设置画面的“显示图像”项目的“有”键。没有显示图像的粘贴指示时(Act 204，否)，CPU 101生成没有显示图像的签名区域(Act 205)。在Act 205中，也可设置为CPU 101将默认图像粘贴到签名区域中。CPU101在签名区域中加上电子签名(Act 206)。之后，CPU 101在Act 203对扫描部105读取的原稿生成在没有显示图像的签名区域中加上了电子签名的PDF。CPU 101将PDF保存到硬盘103中。
有显示图像的粘贴指示时(Act 204，是)，判断是否有读取来自原稿的显示图像的指示(Act 207)。在Act 207中，CPU 101判断是否选择了签名设置画面的“图像选择”项目的“手写签字”项目。没有读取来自原稿的显示图像的指示时(Act 207，否)，CPU 101从硬盘103取得图像(Act208)。在Act 208中，CPU 101判断是否选择了签名设置画面的“图像选择”项目中的“文件”项目。CPU 101从硬盘103取得“文件”项目中被选择的图像，设置为显示图像。

Claims (20)

1.一种图像形成装置，包括：
扫描部，读取原稿；
设置部，接受向PDF的签名区域粘贴显示图像的指示；以及
控制部，对所述原稿，将所述显示图像粘贴到所述签名区域中，生成所述PDF。
2.根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述设置部基于具有用于所述PDF的电子签名的指示，接受所述显示图像的粘贴指示。
3.根据权利要求2所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述设置部基于具有所述电子签名的指示，接受所述电子签名中使用的电子证书的选择。
4.根据权利要求3所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述控制部从证书库取得所述电子证书。
5.根据权利要求4所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述图像形成装置包括存储器，该存储器具有保存1份以上的所述电子证书的所述证书库。
6.根据权利要求4所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述证书库在用于登录的IC卡内。
7.根据权利要求3所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述图像形成装置具有显示部，显示所述PDF的生成的设置画面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述显示部显示证书库中保存的1份以上的电子证书的列表。
9.根据权利要求4所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述控制部基于所述扫描部读取的证书纸来取得所述电子证书。
10.根据权利要求9所述的图像形成装置，其中，
所述证书纸包含特别指定第一电子证书的信息，而与所述证书纸不同的另外的证书纸包含特别指定第二电子证书的信息。
11.一种PDF生成方法，包括：
接受向PDF的签名区域粘贴显示图像的指示；
读取原稿；
对所述原稿，将所述显示图像粘贴到所述签名区域中，生成所述PDF。
12.根据权利要求11所述的PDF生成方法，包括：
基于具有用于所述PDF的电子签名的指示，接受所述显示图像的粘贴指示。
13.根据权利要求12所述的PDF生成方法，包括：
基于具有所述电子签名的指示，接受在所述电子签名中使用的电子证书的选择。
14.根据权利要求13所述的PDF生成方法，包括：
从证书库取得所述电子证书。
15.根据权利要求14所述的PDF生成方法，其中，
具有保存1份以上所述电子证书的所述证书库。
16.根据权利要求14所述的PDF生成方法，其中，
所述证书库在用于登录的IC卡内。
17.根据权利要求13所述的PDF生成方法，包括：
显示生成所述PDF的设置画面。
18.根据权利要求17所述的PDF生成方法，包括：
显示证书库中保存的1份以上的电子证书的列表。
19.根据权利要求14所述的PDF生成方法，包括：
基于扫描部读取的证书纸来取得所述电子证书。
20.根据权利要求19所述的PDF生成方法，其中，
所述证书纸包含特别指定第一电子证书的信息，而与所述证书纸不同的另外的证书纸包含特别指定第二电子证书的信息。
