技术领域:
[0001] 本发明涉及一种地下换热器专用管,具体地说,本发明涉及一种梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管。
背景技术:
[0002] 传统地源热泵地埋管均采用圆形PE管,其断面均系圆形;为达到管内紊流,流动水V > 0. 4m/s,一般取0. 6m/s时,流速快才能形成紊流,但这增加了循环水泵的耗能。又因为圆形断面的管道外表面与土壤耦合面积受到限制,地下换热管(主要指以垂直埋管为主的末端换热器埋管)换热效率长期以来未能有所突破,传热系数比较小,换热效果不是很明显。
发明内容:
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以使管内介质快速紊流并且能够使传热系数能够增加的梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
[0005] 这种梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管包括管壁和管孔,所述管壁和管孔的断面呈梅花状,表面呈梅花旋转形。
[0006] 为了增加管道外表面与土壤耦合面积和传热系数,所述所述管壁和管孔梅花状的断面边缘分别由半径为R-I和R-2的圆弧构成,所述R-I为6mm,R-2为3mm。
[0007] 为了能够与其他零部件配合,所述管壁的最大直径D为32mm,管孔的最大直径d为 26mm,螺旋管壁厚为3mm。
[0008] 为了提高梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管的使用寿命,所述地埋管的材质为高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
[0009] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:这种梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管可以使管内流动的介质很快达到紊流状态,有效的提高传热量;对土壤源热泵空调系统可以提高地下换热器的热交换效率,减少室外钻井埋管数量10〜15%,节省工程初投资。

[0014] 下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:[0015] 图1、图2所示一种梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管,包括管壁1和管孔2 ; 所述管壁1和管孔2的断面呈梅花状,它们的表面呈梅花旋转形,这样可以使管道内的介质 (如水)能够快速达到紊流状态;所述管壁1和管孔2梅花状的断面边缘分别由半径为R-I 和R-2的圆弧构成,其中R-I为6mm,R-2为3mm,这样可以增加管道外表面与土壤耦合面积和传热系数;为了能够与其它部件相互配合运用,所述管壁1的最大直径D为32mm,管孔2 的最大直径d为^toirn,螺旋管壁厚为3mm ;为了提高使用寿命和质量,所述梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管的材质为高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯。

[0017] 取长度都为lm,管壁直径都为32mm,管孔直径都为^mm的梅花螺旋形地埋管和圆形地埋管进行比较,经测试,所述梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管的管壁截面积为 284. 02mm2,管壁外表面积为52174. 08mm2 ;而圆形地埋管的管壁面积为273. 32mm2,管壁外表面积为50¾¾. 48mm2,由此可知,梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管的管壁截面积比圆形地埋管的管壁截面积大3. 9% ;管壁外表面结大4%,因此梅花螺旋形地源热泵地下换热器专用管比圆形地埋管更能增加管道外表面与土壤耦合面积,使管道内的介质快速达到紊流状态,增加传热系数。
