Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,包括单元竖直S换热器、进水口、出水口、供水总管、回水总管,所述地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,采用一系列的单元竖直S换热器埋于热交换井内跟周围的土壤进行热交换。每一个单元竖直S换热器均有一段进水管呈S形状,利用这一段S型管,一方面,可增加管内流体的局部阻力,增强管内流体的扰动,提高换热器的换热效率;另一方面减少埋地换热器的竖直深度,减少打井所用的初投资。

本实用新型涉及一种地源热泵换热器,尤其涉及一种竖直埋管的地源热泵换热器。
背景技术
目前,地源热泵作为一项可持续发展的建筑节能新技术,已经在国内外广泛应用。地源热泵埋地换热器的换热效率一直是地源热泵研究热点问题。
现有的地源热泵地埋竖直埋管换热器主要有:U型和W型,这两种形式换热器的形式都过于简单,其换热效率都不高,需要打很深的热交换井才能达到所需的换热量。
因此,需要改变埋地换热器的布置形式以提高其换热效率。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种地源热泵竖直单S型换热器。
本实用新型提供的地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,包括单元竖直S换热器、进水口、出水口、供水总管、回水总管,每个单元竖直S换热器均通过进水口与供水总管连接,通过出水口与回水总管连接,组成一个整体系统。
进一步,所述地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,单元竖直S换热器与进水口相连接的管段呈“S”型,与出水口相连接的管段呈直线型。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,采用一系列的单元竖直S换热器埋于土壤中的热交换井内跟周围土壤进行热交换。每一个单元竖直S换热器均有一段进水管呈S形状,利用这一段S型管,一方面,可增加管内流体的局部阻力,增强管内流体的扰动,提高换热器的换热效率;另一方面减少埋地换热器的竖直深度,减少打井所用的初投资。

图1为本实用新型的结构示意图,如图所示:地源热泵竖直单S型换热器包括单元竖直S换热器(1)、进水口(2)、出水口(3)、供水总管(4)、回水总管(5)。
本实用新型实施例的每一个单元竖直S换热器(1)均埋在预先打好的热交换进内,与周围的土壤进行热交换。一系列的单元竖直S换热器(1)便构成了整个地源热泵的地埋换热系统。
实施例还采用单元竖直S换热器(1)的进水口(2)与供水总管(4)相连通,单元竖直S换热器(1)的出水口(3)与回水总管(5)相连通,这样便使整个地埋换热器与地上热泵机组的相连接,以达到去除空调房间负荷的作用。

1.地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,其特征在于:包括单元竖直S换热器(1)、进水口(2)、出水口(3)、供水总管(4)、回水总管(5),每个单元竖直S换热器(1)均通过进水口(2)与供水总管(4)连接,通过出水口(3)与回水总管(5)连接,组成一个整体系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述地源热泵竖直单S型换热器,其特征在于:单元竖直S换热器(1)与进水口(2)相连接的管段呈“S”型,与出水口(3)相连接的管段呈直线型。
